Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐高温金属复合板,包括外金属层、内金属层和填充在所述外金属层和内金属层之间的耐火填充层;所述耐火填充层由以下重量份的耐火材料制成:20‑80份的石棉、5‑40份的隔热微球体、2‑15份的粘结剂、5‑15份的金属合金材料和1‑4份水。本发明的复合板,可以保证更好的隔热,并能够提高隔热质量,本发明的复合板制造成保险柜等设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体涉及一种耐高温金属复合板。
背景技术
复合板由于制造成本低,实用方便而被广泛运用于家具工业领域,但是现有的复合板和三合板没有防火功能,在使用时在一些对防火有特殊要求的地方受到限制,且现在家具等也要求有防火性能,比如保险箱等,现有市场上的耐高温板材性能较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐高温金属复合板。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种耐高温金属复合板,包括外金属层、内金属层和填充在所述外金属层和内金属层之间的耐火填充层;所述耐火填充层由以下重量份的耐火材料制成:20-80份的石棉、5-40份的隔热微球体、2-15份的粘结剂、5-15份的金属合金材料和1-4份水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的复合板,可以保证更好的隔热,并能够提高隔热质量,本发明的复合板制造成保险柜等设备。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述耐火填充层由以下重量份的耐火材料制成:60份的石棉、25份的隔热微球体、10份的粘结剂、10份的金属合金材料和3份水。
进一步,所述金属合金材料为铝合金材料制成的直径为2mm-5mm的空心球状颗粒。
进一步,所述外金属层和内金属层均由如下重量份的金属原料制成:50-62份钼、20-30份钨、2-7份铝、3-6份钛、2-4份锰、1-5份硅。
进一步,所述外金属层和内金属层均由如下重量份的金属原料制成:55份钼、25份钨、5份铝、5份钛、3份锰、2份硅。
进一步,所述外金属层和内金属层的厚度均为2mm-10mm,所述耐火填充层的厚度为5mm-20mm。

实施例1
本实施例的一种耐高温金属复合板,包括外金属层、内金属层和填充在所述外金属层和内金属层之间的耐火填充层;所述耐火填充层由以下重量份的耐火材料制成:20份的石棉、5份的隔热微球体、2份的粘结剂、5份的金属合金材料和1份水。
具体的,所述金属合金材料为铝合金材料制成的直径为2mm的空心球状颗粒。
具体的,所述外金属层和内金属层均由如下重量份的金属原料制成:50份钼、20份钨、2份铝、3份钛、2份锰、1份硅。
具体的,所述外金属层和内金属层的厚度均为2mm,所述耐火填充层的厚度为5mm。
本实施例的复合板,可以保证更好的隔热,并能够提高隔热质量,本发明的复合板制造成保险柜等设备。
实施例2
本实施例的一种耐高温金属复合板,包括外金属层、内金属层和填充在所述外金属层和内金属层之间的耐火填充层;所述耐火填充层由以下重量份的耐火材料制成:60份的石棉、25份的隔热微球体、10份的粘结剂、10份的金属合金材料和3份水。
具体的,所述金属合金材料为铝合金材料制成的直径为3mm的空心球状颗粒。
具体的,所述外金属层和内金属层均由如下重量份的金属原料制成:55份钼、25份钨、5份铝、5份钛、3份锰、2份硅。
具体的,所述外金属层和内金属层的厚度均为8mm,所述耐火填充层的厚度为10mm。
本实施例的复合板,可以保证更好的隔热,并能够提高隔热质量,本发明的复合板制造成保险柜等设备。
实施例3
本实施例的一种耐高温金属复合板,包括外金属层、内金属层和填充在所述外金属层和内金属层之间的耐火填充层;所述耐火填充层由以下重量份的耐火材料制成:80份的石棉、40份的隔热微球体、15份的粘结剂、15份的金属合金材料和4份水。
具体的,所述金属合金材料为铝合金材料制成的直径为5mm的空心球状颗粒。
具体的,所述外金属层和内金属层均由如下重量份的金属原料制成:62份钼、30份钨、7份铝、6份钛、4份锰、5份硅。
具体的,所述外金属层和内金属层的厚度均为10mm,所述耐火填充层的厚度为20mm。
本实施例的复合板,可以保证更好的隔热,并能够提高隔热质量,本发明的复合板制造成保险柜等设备。
对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的耐高温复合板的耐高温性能进行检测,取相同大小的实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的复合板,分别为A、B、C。再取未添加有隔热微球体的复合板;再取添加物质与本实施例的相同,但是添加量少的复合板E。分别对复合板A、B、C、D、E的一个侧面进行加热,对其另一个侧面的温度进行检测,检测结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本实施例1-3的复合板的耐高温性能远远优于复合板D和E的耐火性能。

1.一种耐高温金属复合板,其特征在于,包括外金属层、内金属层和填充在所述外金属层和内金属层之间的耐火填充层;所述耐火填充层由以下重量份的耐火材料制成:20-80份的石棉、5-40份的隔热微球体、2-15份的粘结剂、5-15份的金属合金材料和1-4份水。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种耐高温金属复合板,其特征在于,所述耐火填充层由以下重量份的耐火材料制成:60份的石棉、25份的隔热微球体、10份的粘结剂、10份的金属合金材料和3份水。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种耐高温金属复合板,其特征在于,所述金属合金材料为铝合金材料制成的直径为2mm-5mm的空心球状颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种耐高温金属复合板,其特征在于,所述外金属层和内金属层均由如下重量份的金属原料制成:50-62份钼、20-30份钨、2-7份铝、3-6份钛、2-4份锰、1-5份硅。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种耐高温金属复合板,其特征在于,所述外金属层和内金属层均由如下重量份的金属原料制成:55份钼、25份钨、5份铝、5份钛、3份锰、2份硅。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述一种耐高温金属复合板,其特征在于,所述外金属层和内金属层的厚度均为2mm-10mm,所述耐火填充层的厚度为5mm-20mm。
