Abstract
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计合理、具有吸汗和防静电性能的面料。本发明提供的丝绸印花抗静电面料,在经丝和纬丝上均涂设有防静电涂层,该设置有可以使得面料具有良好的防静电性能,进而提高了衣物或饰物的性能,可以有效地满足人们的穿着需求。经吸汗丝和纬吸汗丝的设置有效的提高了面料的吸汗性能,进而优化了面料的性能。经吸汗丝和纬吸汗丝均纺织于基层内,有效地降低了面料的厚度,另外,在防静电涂层涂设在经丝和纬丝上,经丝和纬丝纺织在一起后形成防静电层,减小了面料的厚度。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料,尤其涉及丝绸印花抗静电面料,属于面料领域。
背景技术
面料是制成衣物或饰物的基础材料,面料的性能将直接影响着衣物或饰物的性能。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对衣物或饰物的性能要求也越来越高,除了要求衣物或饰物具备美观、舒适的性能外,还对衣物或饰物提出了更高的要求,如除菌性能、吸汗性能、防静电性能等。现有技术中的面料已经无法人们对衣物或饰物的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计合理、具有吸汗和防静电性能的面料。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
丝绸印花抗静电面料,包括基层、竹炭纤维层和印花层,所述竹炭纤维层位于所述印花层与所述基层之间;
所述基层包括经线和与经线纺织在一起的纬线,所述经线包括涂设有防静电涂层的经丝和经吸汗丝,所述纬线包括涂设有防静电涂层的纬丝和纬吸汗丝;
相邻两根经吸汗丝之间具有至少两根经丝,相邻两根纬吸汗丝之间具有至少两根纬丝;
所述经吸汗丝的直径小于经丝的直径,所述纬吸汗丝的直径小于纬丝的直径。
本发明提供的丝绸印花抗静电面料,在经丝和纬丝上均涂设有防静电涂层,该设置有可以使得面料具有良好的防静电性能,进而提高了衣物或饰物的性能,可以有效地满足人们的穿着需求。经吸汗丝和纬吸汗丝的设置有效的提高了面料的吸汗性能,进而优化了面料的性能。经吸汗丝和纬吸汗丝均纺织于基层内,有效地降低了面料的厚度,另外,在防静电涂层涂设在经丝和纬丝上,经丝和纬丝纺织在一起后形成防静电层,减小了面料的厚度。
优选的,所述经吸汗丝均布于所有经丝之间,所述纬吸汗丝均布于所有纬丝之间。
经吸汗丝和纬吸汗丝分布均匀,优化了面料的吸汗性能。
优选的,所述经吸汗丝的直径是经丝直径的3/5至4/5,所述纬吸汗丝的直径是纬丝直径的3/5至4/5。
经吸汗丝和纬吸汗丝均不与人体接触,提高了面料的防静电性能。
优选的,在所述经吸汗丝和所述纬吸汗丝上均涂设有防静电环,位于同一根经吸汗丝上的相邻两个防静电环之间的距离不小于经吸汗丝的直径的3倍,位于同一根纬吸汗丝上的相邻两个防静电环之间的距离不小于纬吸汗丝的直径的3倍。
防静电环的设置使提高了面料的防静电性能。在相邻两个防静电环之间的间隙处形成吸汗窗口,优化了面料的抗静电性能。
优选的,所述竹炭纤维层缝制在所述基层上,所述印花层缝制在所述竹炭纤维层上。
竹炭纤维层、印花层、基层连接可靠,提高了面料的性能。
本发明同现有技术相比具有以下优点及效果:
1、防静电涂层的设置使得面料具有防静电性能,优化了面料的性能。
2、经吸汗丝和纬吸汗丝的设置使得面料具有吸汗性能,优化面料的性能。
3、竹炭纤维层的设置使得面料具有抗菌功能,优化了面料的性能。
4、防静电涂层分别涂设于经丝和纬丝上,降低了面料的厚度。
5、经吸汗丝和纬吸汗丝纺织于基层内,降低了面料的厚度。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
如图1、图2、图3所示,丝绸印花抗静电面料,包括基层1、竹炭纤维层2和印花层3,所述竹炭纤维层2位于所述印花层3与所述基层1之间;
如图1、图2、图3所示,所述基层1包括经线4和与经线4纺织在一起的纬线,所述经线4包括涂设有防静电涂层6的经丝5和经吸汗丝7,所述纬线包括涂设有防静电涂层6的纬丝和纬吸汗丝;
相邻两根经吸汗丝7之间具有至少两根经丝5,相邻两根纬吸汗丝之间具有至少两根纬丝;
所述经吸汗丝7的直径小于经丝5的直径,所述纬吸汗丝的直径小于纬丝的直径。
该方案在经丝5和纬丝上涂设防静电涂层6,基层1纺织完成后形成防静电层,该方案可以有效地减小面料的厚度。另外,经吸汗丝7和纬吸汗丝的设置使得面料具有吸汗性能,优化了面料的性能。竹炭纤维层2的设置使得面料具有抗菌作用。
上述方案中的纺织为现有技术中的常规纺织工艺,在此不再展开叙述。
实施例2
本实施例结合实施例1,是对经吸汗丝7和纬吸汗丝的限定。
所述经吸汗丝7均布于所有经丝5之间,所述纬吸汗丝均布于所有纬丝之间。经吸汗丝7和纬吸汗丝分布均匀,优化了面料的吸汗性能。
实施例3
本实施例结合实施例1或实施例2,是对经吸汗丝7和纬吸汗丝的限定。
所述经吸汗丝7的直径是经丝5直径的3/5至4/5,所述纬吸汗丝的直径是纬丝直径的3/5至4/5。
通过对经吸汗丝7和纬吸汗丝的直径进行限定,可以有效地优化面料的吸汗性能及防静电性能,避免经吸汗丝7和纬吸汗丝过细而无法达到吸汗功能。
实施例4
如图4所示,本实施例可以结合实施例1至实施例4中的任意一个实施例,主要是对经吸汗丝7和纬吸汗丝的限定。
在所述经吸汗丝7和所述纬吸汗丝上均涂设有防静电环8,位于同一根经吸汗丝7上的相邻两个防静电环8之间的距离不小于经吸汗丝7的直径的3倍,位于同一根纬吸汗丝上的相邻两个防静电环8之间的距离不小于纬吸汗丝的直径的3倍。
基层1纺织完成后,相邻两个防静电环8之间的间隙形成吸汗窗口,而防静电环8与防静电涂层6一起形成防静电层,优化了面料的防静电性能。
实施例5
本实施例可以结合实施例1至实施例4中的任意一个实施例,介绍一种竹炭纤维层2、印花层3、基层1的连接方式。所述竹炭纤维层2缝制在所述基层1上,所述印花层3缝制在所述竹炭纤维层2上。
竹炭纤维层2、印花层3、基层1的连接方式并不仅限于本实施例,在实际生产过程中可以根据需要进行合理的变化。

Claims (5)
1.丝绸印花抗静电面料,其特征是:包括基层(1)、竹炭纤维层(2)和印花层(3),所述竹炭纤维层(2)位于所述印花层(3)与所述基层(1)之间;
所述基层(1)包括经线(4)和与经线(4)纺织在一起的纬线,所述经线(4)包括涂设有防静电涂层(6)的经丝(5)和经吸汗丝(7),所述纬线包括涂设有防静电涂层(6)的纬丝和纬吸汗丝;
相邻两根经吸汗丝(7)之间具有至少两根经丝(5),相邻两根纬吸汗丝之间具有至少两根纬丝;
所述经吸汗丝(7)的直径小于经丝(5)的直径,所述纬吸汗丝的直径小于纬丝的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丝绸印花抗静电面料,其特征是:所述经吸汗丝(7)均布于所有经丝(5)之间,所述纬吸汗丝均布于所有纬丝之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的丝绸印花抗静电面料,其特征是:所述经吸汗丝(7)的直径是经丝(5)直径的3/5至4/5,所述纬吸汗丝的直径是纬丝直径的3/5至4/5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的丝绸印花抗静电面料,其特征是:在所述经吸汗丝(7)和所述纬吸汗丝上均涂设有防静电环(8),位于同一根经吸汗丝(7)上的相邻两个防静电环(8)之间的距离不小于经吸汗丝(7)的直径的3倍,位于同一根纬吸汗丝上的相邻两个防静电环(8)之间的距离不小于纬吸汗丝的直径的3倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的丝绸印花抗静电面料,其特征是:所述竹炭纤维层(2)缝制在所述基层(1)上,所述印花层(3)缝制在所述竹炭纤维层(2)上。
