本发明涉及一种织物富有生机防水吸湿功能面料，包括里层，防水层和表层，里层一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面，防水层和表层之间设有防水透气膜，防水透气膜与表层之间设置有速干层。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。本发明具有很好的防水性和透气性，而且面料浸水后能快干。本发明织物富有生机。

织物富有生机可快速排汗的防水面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可快速排汗的防水面料。属于服装加工技术领域。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一，面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。 现有的面料为了提高透气性，往往防水性较差，而且浸水洗涤后速干效果较差，运动服装主要是人们在进行体育运动时的服装穿着，此时身体的出汗量比较大，要求服装必须有很好的导湿快干性能，即能将人体产生的汗液迅速地从体表转移到服装表层，并快速地散失掉，从而保持皮肤的干爽和舒适。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种可快速排汗的防水面料，防水性能好，且能起到导湿快干性能。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种织物富有生机可快速排汗的防水面料，主要包括采用化学纤维制成的里层，防水层和采用天然纤维制成的表层，所述里层利用罗纹组织的不同配置，使其形成一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面，沟槽状面部分与身体接触，平整面部分与防水层交织在一起，所述的防水层上设有透气孔，所述的防水层和表层之间设有防水透气膜，在所述防水透气膜与表层之间设置有速干层，所述速干层为蜂窝结构，在蜂窝结构的侧面开设有排水孔，所述的防水层朝向表层一侧，以及朝向里层一侧分别设有倾斜设置的导流槽一和竖直设置的导流槽二，所述表层为斜纹组织结构，其经向短浮长或纬向短浮长依次阶梯式排列，在织物表面构成连续的斜纹，斜纹的倾角为30°—90°。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
本发明利用防水透气膜具有很好的防水性，同时结合防水层上设有的透气孔使得具有很好的透气性，而且由于防水透气膜和表层之间还设有蜂窝结构的速干层，使得面料浸水后能快干，同时表层的斜纹结构使得面料更加柔软，制成的服装与身体接触的部分为沟槽状，能够使织物与身体之间留有一定的空间，形成一个热量散失的通道。
本发明通过抓毛工艺，布面有一层朦胧的绒毛，绒绒的表面下，隐隐约约露出斜向的纹路，使得整个产品有了层次感，再运用了数码印花工艺印上了不同的纹样，增加了色彩感，使得织物富有生机。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1，3所示，本实施例中的一种织物富有生机可快速排汗的防水面料，主要包括采用化学纤维制成的里层1，防水层2和采用天然纤维制成的表层3，所述里层1利用罗纹组织的不同配置，使其形成一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面8，沟槽状面8部分与身体接触，平整面部分与防水层2交织在一起，所述的防水层2上设有透气孔4，所述的防水层2和表层3之间设有防水透气膜5，利用防水透气膜5具有很好的防水性，同时结合防水层2上设有的透气孔4使得具有很好的透气性，在所述防水透气膜5与表层3之间设置有速干层6，所述速干层6为蜂窝结构，在蜂窝结构的侧面开设有排水孔7，所述的防水层2朝向表层3一侧，以及朝向里层1一侧分别设有倾斜设置的导流槽一2.1和竖直设置的导流槽二2.2，导流槽一2.1和导流槽二2.2分别用于外侧防水和内侧防水，当外侧渗水时，利用倾斜设置的导流槽一使渗水能沿着导流槽一充分与速干层6接触，通过速干层6的蜂窝结构更好的吸附渗水，同时部分渗水能沿着导流槽一2.1往下流，而进入透气孔4的渗水能通过导流槽二2.2直接往下流，避免内部渗水。所述表层3为斜纹组织结构，其经向短浮长或纬向短浮长依次阶梯式排列，在织物表面构成连续的斜纹3.1，斜纹3.1的倾角为30°—90°，斜纹组织较平纹交织点少，有浮长，其织物较平纹柔软厚实，光泽也较好。
所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。

1.一种织物富有生机防水吸湿功能面料，主要包括采用化学纤维制成的里层（1），防水层（2）和采用天然纤维制成的表层（3），其特征在于所述里层（1）利用罗纹组织的不同配置，使其形成一面为平整面，另一面为沟槽状面（8），沟槽状面（8）部分与身体接触，平整面部分与防水层（2）交织在一起，所述的防水层（2）上设有透气孔（4），所述的防水层（2）和表层（3）之间设有防水透气膜（5），在所述防水透气膜（5）与表层（3）之间设置有速干层（6），所述速干层（6）为蜂窝结构，在蜂窝结构的侧面开设有排水孔（7），所述的防水层（2）朝向表层（3）一侧，以及朝向里层（1）一侧分别设有倾斜设置的导流槽一（2.1）和竖直设置的导流槽二（2.2），所述表层（3）为斜纹组织结构，其经向短浮长或纬向短浮长依次阶梯式排列，在织物表面构成连续的斜纹（3.1），斜纹（3.1）的倾角为30°—90°；所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括印花织物的基布本体层和贴合在基布本体底部的衬层，基布本体由经纬纱相互编织而成且具有斜向的纹路，衬层和基布本体层之间设有热熔胶层，在基布本体层表面附有一绒毛层，绒毛层上面具有油墨印刷层。
