The dumbbell mainly comprises a body, a left end plate and a left cover plate. The left cover plate 5 and the right cover plate 6 are respectively circular plates, wherein the left end surface of the left cover plate 5 is provided with a second marking part 51, and the center position of the right end surface of the left cover plate 5 is provided with a right protruding circular tube 52 for passing through and positioning in the left through hole 32 and the left circular groove 33 of the left end plate 3; five clamping tenons protruding rightwards are annularly arranged on the right end face of the left cover plate 5 and clamped and positioned in five corresponding positioning holes of the left end plate 3, and the clamping tenons serve as second positioning portions 53.
