一款抗辐射智能精准注射机器人
技术领域
本发明涉及智能医疗器械领域。具体地说是:步进电动机在智能控制器控制下按预先设定的程序转动,通过丝杆、滑块、推杆推动注射泵活塞运动,实现抗辐射精准注射。
背景技术
影像科给病人做血管造影、CT等检查,需要向血管注射造影剂时,注入速度需要精准、可控,需要在X射线环境下摄影,医务人员需要防辐射。但至今未见相关医疗器械和专利问世。
发明内容
本发明正是为上述需要而发明的一款抗辐射智能精准注射机器人,由智能控制器、机械结构两部分组成,其特征是由以下部件构成:基板(1),固定在基板上的智能控制器(2),固定在基板上的导轨(3),能在导轨上滑动的滑块(4),步进电动机(5),步进电动机支架(6),带有螺纹的丝杆(7),与丝杆相配的丝杆螺帽(8),丝杆螺帽(8)与支架(9)相固定,支架(9)与滑块(4)相固定,推杆(10)与滑块(4)相固定,注射泵活塞被推动端(11),注射泵(12),平臥固定在基板上的半圆筒状凹槽(13),凹槽与基板间的固定螺丝(14),固定在凹槽内的弹簧(15),半圆筒状注射泵上盖板(16),翻折铰链(17),固定螺钉(18),与螺钉匹配的孔(19),蝶形螺帽(20),压力标尺(21)。
本发明突出的实质性特点是:
1、推动注射泵活塞运动的推杆(10)依托机器人导轨精准运动,使注射速度精准、可控、可按需要调整。
2、推杆(10)推动与注射泵活塞的推力达到一定值还不能注射时,注射泵外壳(12)会在凹槽(13)内滑动,起到自动停止注射、保护患者。注射泵外壳在凹槽(13)内滑动所需要的推力可用蝶形螺帽(20)拧得松或紧来调节:拧得紧,压力大,注射泵外壳(12)在凹槽(13)内滑动需推力大,正常注射(12)不会在(13)内滑动。压力大小可由压力标尺(21)露出的刻度显示。无须压力传感器就能直观显示。
3、因使用步进电动机,所以无须角度传感器,无须连轴器(步进电动机与丝杆出厂已连成一体),在控器的智能控制下就能控制步进电动机转动角度(圈数),使推杆运动的距离、速度十分精准。
4、血管造影必须在X射线环境中进行,使用本发明,医务人员可以防X射线辐射。
5、使用本发明,对准血管扎针、注射泵吸取造影剂,仍预先由人工完成。本发明解决的问题是:用机器人的推杆推动活塞移动的距离更精准,即药液注射量、注射速度更精准;能在X射线环境下一边注射造影剂,一边摄影,医务 人员只需在安全区域远程监控和操作。
本发明显著的进步是:
1、注射造影剂的速度、剂量能精准控制。
2、抗辐射,能在X射线环境下注射,进而实现在X射线下对血管摄影,医务人员免受辐射伤害。
以上两点在注射机器人智能控制器的控制下有序完成。这两点正是人工难以实现的。即本发明显著进步是:解决血管造影、CT等检查,需要向血管注射造影剂时的关键技术。

具体实施方法
1、一款抗辐射智能精准注射机器人,由智能控制器、机械结构两部组成。将智能控制器(2)固定在基板上,将导轨(3)固定在基板上,在导轨上安放滑块(4),安装带有丝杆的步进电动机(5),安装步进电动机支架(6),安装与丝杆相配的丝杆螺帽(8),丝杆螺帽(8)与支架(9)相固定,支架(9)与滑块(4)相固定,使推杆(10)与滑块(4)相固定,注射泵活塞被推动端(11)。在智能控制器控制下步进电动机(5)转动,带动丝杆(7)转动,推动滑块(4)向左运动,推动注射泵活塞的被推动端(11)向左运动,实现自动精准抗辐射注射,注射完成后,电动机按预设程序反转复位,(12)为注射泵。
将半圆筒状凹槽(13)平臥在基板上,凹槽与基板间用固定螺丝(14)固定,並将弹簧(15)固定在凹槽内,制作半圆筒状的上盖板(16),安装翻折铰链(17),固定螺钉(18),与螺钉匹配的孔(19),安装蝶形螺帽(20),压力标尺(21)。将注射泵(12)平放在凹槽(13)内,盖好上盖板(16),(18)基部材料有弹性便于(18)和(19)对准,将螺帽(20)拧在螺钉(18)上,因(15)弹力作用,注射泵外壳受压力用蝶形螺帽(20)拧得松或紧来调节,压力大小可由标尺露出的刻度来显示,从而实现:推力超过一定值如果还不能实施注射,注射泵外壳(12)将向左滑动,不强行注射,保护患者。
寻找血管扎针、注射泵吸入造影剂,预先由人工完成。本智能精准注射机器人的优点体现在:运动精准,即注射速度精准;可以抗辐射(能在X射线下注射造影剂),医务人员只需在安全区域远程监控和操作。

1.一款抗辐射智能精准注射机器人,由智能控制器、机械结构两部分组成,其特征在于由以下部件构成:基板(1),固定在基板上的智能控制器(2),固定在基板上的导轨(3),能在导轨上滑动的滑块(4),步进电动机(5),步进电动机支架(6),带有螺纹的丝杆(7),与丝杆相配的丝杆螺帽(8),丝杆螺帽(8)与支架(9)相固定,支架(9)与滑块(4)相固定,推杆(10)与滑块(4)相固定,注射泵活塞被推动端(11)。配套注射泵(12),平臥固定在基板上的半圆筒状凹槽(13),凹槽与基板间的固定螺丝(14),固定在凹槽内的弹簧(15),半圆筒状注射泵上盖板(16),翻折铰链(17),固定螺钉(18),与螺钉匹配的孔(19),蝶形螺帽(20),压力标尺(21)。
