技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，具体涉及一种有效降低血糖血脂的中药。
背景技术
高脂血症祖国医学将其归属于“痰湿”“浊阻”、“瘀血”范畴。中医学认为本病的发生与年龄、饮食、遗传、体质等因素有关，与肝、脾、肾三脏关系密切。素体脾气不足，运化功能失常，导致痰湿内生，浊脂内留；肝肾阴虚，肝阳上亢，木旺克脾土，脾胃功能受损，运化失司则痰热内生。正如张景岳所说：“痰之化，无不在脾，痰之本无不在肾”。痰浊内生，阻于脉络，脉中湿浊与血相互搏结，脉络阻滞而形成痰瘀互组之症。“久病多瘀”，“痰湿”、“浊阻”日久，必然影响气机不畅，气滞则血瘀必生。故本病的病位在脾、肝、肾三脏，基本病理为脏腑功能失调、膏脂输化不利，主要病理因素为痰湿、浊脂、瘀血。
因此一种有效降低血糖血脂的中药是迫切需要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是越来越多的人的血糖血脂的偏高，因此用于降低血糖血脂是迫切需要的，目的在于提供一种有效降低血糖血脂的中药，解决降低血糖血脂的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现：
一种有效降低血糖血脂的中药，包括以下重量份数的组分：

其中，桑寄生：补肝肾，强筋骨，除风湿，通经络，益血，安胎；治腰膝酸痛，筋骨痿弱，偏枯，脚气，风寒湿痹，胎漏血崩，产后乳汁不下。
桑椹：主治肝肾不足和血虚精亏造成的头晕目眩，腰酸耳鸣，须发早白，失眠多梦，津伤口渴，消渴，肠燥便秘。
夏枯草：辛、苦，寒，归肝、胆经；清热泻火，明目，散结消肿；
益母草：味辛、苦、凉，活血、祛淤、调经、消水，治疗妇女月经不调，胎漏难产，胞衣不下，产后血晕，瘀血腹痛，崩中漏下，尿血、泻血，痈肿疮疡。
何首乌：养血滋阴，润肠通便，截疟，祛风，解毒。主治血虚头昏目眩，心悸，失眠，肝肾阴虚之腰膝酸软，须发早白，耳鸣，遗精，肠燥便秘，久疟体虚，风疹瘙痒，疮痈，瘰疬，痔疮。
当归：当归，属伞形科的一种植物，多年生草本植物，在中国分布于甘肃、云南、四川、青海、陕西、湖南、湖北、贵州等地，各地均有栽培。当归的根可入药，一般做药用，是最常用的中药之一。
白芍：用于平肝止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗。用于头痛眩晕，胁痛，腹痛，四肢挛痛，血虚萎黄，月经不调，自汗，盗汗。
川芎：行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛；治风冷头痛旋晕，胁痛腹疼，寒痹筋挛，经闭，难产，产后瘀阻块痛，痈疽疮疡；用于月经不调，经闭痛经，瘕腹痛，胸胁刺痛，跌扑肿痛，头痛，风湿痹痛。
生石膏：据中医理论及民间使用证明：高血压属热症，生石膏性大寒，用石膏磨制而成，以寒克热能自然调节脑神经和人脑正常温度，使脑血管正常工作，可有效地控制血压升高，长期坚持使用能将血压逐步降低至正常水平。
生大黄：即原生药材的饮片。主要功能为攻积导滞、泻下通便，用于胃肠实热积滞，大便秘结。
牛黄：医学认为牛黄气清香，味微苦而后甜，性凉。可用于解热、解毒、定惊。内服治高热神志昏迷、癫狂、小儿惊风、抽搐等症，外用治咽喉肿痛、口疮痈肿、尿毒症。天然牛黄很珍贵，国际上的价格要高于黄金，大部分使用的是所谓人工牛黄。
天麻：息风，定惊；治眩晕眼黑，头风头痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，语言蹇涩，小儿惊痫动风。
珍珠母：平肝潜阳，安神定惊，清肝明目；平肝，潜阳，定惊，止血；治头眩，耳鸣，心悸，失眠，癫狂，惊痫，吐血，衄血，妇女血崩。
葛根：解肌退热，透疹，生津止渴，升阳止泻；用于表证发热，项背强痛，麻疹不透，热病口渴，阴虚消渴，热泻热痢，脾虚泄泻。
山栀：泻火除烦；清热利湿；凉血解毒。主热病心烦；肝火目赤；头痛；湿热黄疳；淋证；叶血衄血；血痢尿血；口舌生疮；疮疡肿毒；扭伤肿痛。
钩藤：钩藤味甘、微苦，性微寒，具有清热平肝，熄风止痉的功效，主治肝火上逆头痛目赤，肝阳上亢头晕目眩，热盛动风惊痫，小儿惊风等疾病。
罗布麻叶：平肝安神，清热利水；用于肝阳眩晕，心悸失眠，浮肿尿少，高血压，神经衰弱，肾炎浮肿。
黑种草子：黑种草子是一种维吾尔族常用药，又名赛拉纳赫布，赛拉纳赫布——朝格，色雅担，喜温和阳光充足的环境。可以调理胃火，助消化，固齿。
柏子仁：含有脂肪泊约14％，多为不饱和脂肪酸组成，还含有少量挥发油，皂甙、蛋白质、钙、铁多种维生素等。柏子仁性平味甘。具养心安神、润肠通便的功效。治惊悸、失眠、遗精、盗汗、便秘等症。常食有健美作用。
清热解毒，利咽消肿，活血止痛。用于乳蛾喉痹，咽喉肿痛，疮疡肿毒，跌扑伤痛。
红芪：常用于气虚乏力，食少便溏，中气下陷，久泻脱肛，便血崩漏，表虚自汗，气虚水肿，内热消渴，血虚萎黄，半身不遂，痹痛麻木，痈疽难溃，久溃不敛。
百合：养阴润肺；清心安神。主阴虚久嗽；痰中带血；热病后期；余热未清，或情志不遂所致的虚烦惊悸、失眠多梦、精神恍惚；痈肿；湿疮。
槐花：中医认为其味苦、性微寒，归肝、大肠经；入血敛降，体轻微散；具有凉血止血，清肝泻火的功效；主治肠风便，而从西医的角度看，槐花含芦丁(即芸香苷，Rytub)、槲皮素(Quercetin)、鞣质、槐花二醇(sophoradiol)、维生素A等物质(具体可参见下面的含量表)。芦丁能改善毛细血管的功能，保持毛细血管正常的抵抗力，防止因毛细血管脆性过大，渗透性过高引起的出血、高血压、糖尿病，服之可预防出血。
石决明：有清热、镇静、降血压、拟交感神经的作用。
干地黄：有助于滋阴，养血的功效，有助于治疗发热，消渴。具有治疗吐血，血崩，月经不调，胎动不安等症。
酸枣仁：味甘、酸，性平，能滋养心肝，安神，敛汗；有镇静、催眠、镇痛、抗惊厥作用；有一定的降压作用；对子宫有兴奋作用。
黄柏：用于湿热泻痢，黄疸尿赤，带下阴痒，热淋涩痛，脚气痿蹙，骨蒸劳热，盗汗，遗精，疮疡肿毒，湿疹湿疮。盐黄柏滋阴降火。用于阴虚火旺，盗汗骨蒸。
白花莲：根:甘、平。茎叶:甘、微苦，平。根:祛风，利湿，活血，散瘀，止血。茎叶:祛风，利湿，舒筋，活血。
荆芥穗：荆芥一药，生用有祛风解表的功效，炒炭则用于止血。配防风、羌活，治风寒表症；配银花、连翘、薄荷，治风热表症；配生石膏，治风热头痛；配牛蒡子、桔梗、生甘草，治咽喉肿痛；配槐花炭，治便血；配白茅根，治鼻衄。
紫苏叶：理气、和营、治感冒风寒、恶寒发热、咳嗽、气喘、胸腹胀满、胎动不安。并能解鱼蟹毒。用于感冒风寒、发热恶寒、头痛鼻塞、兼见咳嗽或胸闷不舒者。具行气宽中，和胃止呕功效。
黄芩：别名山茶根、土金茶根，因草色黄而有俗名“黄芩”。为唇形科植物，以根入药，味苦、性寒，能清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎有清热燥湿，凉血安胎，解毒功效
玉米须：具有利尿作用、降压作用、利胆作用、降血糖作用。
地骨皮：清热，凉血。治虚劳潮热盗汗，肺热咳喘，吐血，衄血，血淋，消渴，高血压，痈肿，恶疮
红曲：具有活血化瘀；健脾消食的功效。
黄蜀葵花：利尿通淋；活血；止血；消肿解毒。主淋证；吐血；衄血；崩漏；胎衣不下；痈肿疮毒；水火烫伤。
枸杞：有降低血糖、抗脂肪肝作用，并能抗动脉粥样硬化。
苦瓜：根、藤及果实入药，有清热解毒的功效
天南星：以块茎入药，燥湿化痰，祛风定惊，消肿散结。治中风痰壅，口眼歪斜，半身不遂，癫痫，惊风，破伤风，风痰眩晕，喉痹，瘰疬，痈肿，跌扑折伤，蛇虫咬伤。
甘草：功能主治清热解毒，祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
本发明通过以下步骤进行制备：
(1)将桑寄生、桑椹、夏枯草、益母草、何首乌、当归、白芍、川芎、生石膏、生大黄、牛黄、天麻、珍珠母、葛根、山栀、钩藤、罗布麻叶、黑种草子、柏子仁、山香圆叶、红芪、百合、槐花、石决明、干地黄、酸枣仁、黄柏、白花莲、荆芥穗、紫苏叶、黄芩、玉米须、地骨皮、红曲、黄蜀葵花、枸杞、苦瓜、天南星、甘草按比例进行研磨，然后加水没过原料，浸泡70～80分钟后，使用武火煮开至沸腾，保持武火熬制5～8分钟后，转文火熬制50～60分钟，得药液，经100～120目的滤网过滤，得过滤液A；
(2)将所得药渣加入适量含有柠檬酸的水溶液，再进行加热，先使用武火加热，将混合药液煮沸，沸腾后保持武火熬制6～8分钟，再使用文火加热，继续加热40～50分钟，保温60～70分钟，经120～140目的滤网过滤，得过滤液B；
(3)将滤液A和滤液B均匀混合，自然冷却至室温，得到中药。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下的优点和有益效果：
1、本发明一种有效降低血糖血脂的中药，本发明具有较好的降低血糖血压的效果，并且无副作用，更有利于身体健康；
2、本发明一种有效降低血糖血脂的中药，本发明能在短时间降低血压血脂，便于食用。

实施例2

根据实验，本发明实施例1在本发明的组分和范围内，实施例2和实施例3在本发明的组分范围外，实施例1的降低血糖血压的效率高于实施例2的23％，高于实施例3的19％，并且实施例1的效率高于现有的治疗药物的21％，并且本发明降低血糖血压的疗效更快。
