本发明涉及一种络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料,其包括有上层石墨烯无纺布、下层石墨烯无纺布以及夹于上、下两层石墨烯无纺布中间的含络合碘石墨烯敷芯。本发明的络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料能有效吸收伤口渗液,其抑菌性强、生物相容性好、无细胞毒性、无刺激,其还具有良好的载药性,含络合碘石墨烯敷芯有效碘含量9‑12%,使用时无黄染、无刺激,有效杀菌效果在99.9%以上,络合碘稳定性好,在有效期内(2年)下降率仅为0.2%。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种伤口敷料,具体涉及一种络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料。
背景技术
皮肤伤口容易产生渗出液、脓液、毒素及毒性产物等,其中渗出液中含有大量的炎症因子、蛋白酶和自由基等,这些有害物质若长期停留在皮肤表面会减缓伤口的愈合。同时,为了避免外界有害微生物感染伤口,加速伤口的愈合,通常需要在伤口处敷伤口敷料。而伤口敷料一般由纱布或棉布等原料组成,而这些原料本身无抑菌功能,染有血迹的伤口敷料容易繁殖细菌,造成伤口感染,难以愈合,伤口分泌物在伤口敷料上吸附、干燥最终与伤口干枯形成结痂,为后续处理带来困难,也为患者带来痛苦。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明特提供了一种络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料,包括有上层石墨烯无纺布、下层石墨烯无纺布以及夹于上、下两层石墨烯无纺布中间的含络合碘石墨烯敷芯。
作为更优方案,含络合碘石墨烯敷芯的面积为上、下层石墨烯无纺布的1/3-3/4,且位于上、下层石墨烯无纺布的正中间。该络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料的上、下层石墨烯无纺布通过热粘接法结合。
本发明的络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料,其石墨烯无纺布的吸水性好,能有效吸收伤口渗液,石墨烯无纺布本身不杀菌,但抑菌性强,并且其生物相容性好、无细胞毒性、无刺激,其还具有良好的载药性,含络合碘石墨烯敷芯有效碘含量9-12%,使用时无黄染、无刺激,有效杀菌效果在99.9%以上,络合碘稳定性好,在有效期内(2年)下降率仅为0.2%。

实施例1
该实施例如附图1中所示,包括有上层石墨烯无纺布1、下层石墨烯无纺布2以及夹于上、下两层石墨烯无纺布中间的含络合碘石墨烯敷芯3。该含络合碘石墨烯敷芯的面积为上、下层石墨烯无纺布的3/4,且位于上、下层石墨烯无纺布的正中间,上、下层石墨烯无纺布进行外沿粘合。
实施例2
该实施例包括有上层石墨烯无纺布、下层石墨烯无纺布以及夹于上、下两层石墨烯无纺布中间的含络合碘石墨烯敷芯。该含络合碘石墨烯敷芯的面积为上、下层石墨烯无纺布的1/2,且位于上、下层石墨烯无纺布的正中间,上、下层石墨烯无纺布是通过热粘接法进行外沿粘合。该实施例中的含络合碘石墨烯敷芯是如附图2、3中所示的均布鼓包的结构(鼓包面朝上),以更好地锁住络合碘。
实施例3
该实施例如附图1中所示,包括有上层石墨烯无纺布1、下层石墨烯无纺布2以及夹于上、下两层石墨烯无纺布中间的含络合碘石墨烯敷芯3。该含络合碘石墨烯敷芯的面积为上、下层石墨烯无纺布的1/3,且位于上、下层石墨烯无纺布的正中间,上、下层石墨烯无纺布是通过热粘接法进行外沿粘合。

2.根据权利要求1所述络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料,其特征在于:所述含络合碘石墨烯敷芯的面积为上、下层石墨烯无纺布的1/3-3/4,且位于上、下层石墨烯无纺布的正中间。
3.根据权利要求1所述络合碘石墨烯无纺布敷料,其特征在于:所述上、下层石墨烯无纺布通过热粘接法结合。
