the driving mechanism (3) comprises a hand lever (31), a first rotating shaft (32), a first bearing seat (33), a second bearing seat (34) and a spline shaft (35), the first bearing seat (33) is arranged at the top of the n-shaped frame (2), the second bearing seat (34) is arranged in the middle of the top of the bottom plate (1), the first rotating shaft (32) is installed between the first bearing seat (33) and the second bearing seat (34), the hand lever (31) is arranged at the top end of the first rotating shaft (32), and the spline shaft (35) is arranged below the first rotating shaft (32);
