Currently, lawnmowers have been widely used for weeding large-area planting fields.
In mower construction, the most important is the mowing portion. When the mowing mechanism works, the mowing mechanism rotates around the connecting hinge point by pushing of the air cylinder, so that mowing height is adjusted. When grass of a certain height needs to be cut, the air cylinder adjusts the box body to the height through expansion and contraction and keeps the height unchanged, and at the moment, the air cylinder needs to provide larger supporting force. The connecting mechanism 3, the supporting device 4 and the spring adjusting device 5 are arranged between the mowing mechanism 1 and the vehicle body 2, and connect the mowing mechanism 1 and the vehicle body 2.
The mowing mechanism 1 comprises a housing 11, a hammer shaft 12 and a baffle 13.
A first connection end 111 and a second connection end are respectively formed by extending on the cambered surface of the housing 11 at positions close to the end of the housing 11. The middle part of the cambered surface of the shell 11 extends to form a third connecting end 112, the bottom part of the cambered surface of the shell 11 extends to form a hemispherical fourth connecting end 113, and a plurality of protruding screws 114 are arranged on two end surfaces of the shell 11.
The hammer shaft 12 is arranged on the shell 11 in a penetrating way and can rotate relative to the shell 11. The portion of the hammer shaft 12 within the housing 11 is provided with a plurality of blades for cutting. The baffle plates 13 are provided on both end surfaces of the housing 11 and close to the bottom surface of the mowing mechanism 1.
The baffle 13 is provided with a plurality of baffle sliding grooves 131, the baffle sliding grooves 131 are matched with screws 114, and the screws 114 are clamped in the baffle sliding grooves 131 and can slide along the baffle sliding grooves 131, so that the position of the baffle 13 relative to the shell 11 is adjusted.
The vehicle body 2 includes a vehicle case 21 and a driving device 22.
An end face of the housing 21 protrudes to form a connection stage 211.
The driving device 22 comprises a power device, wheels 221 and tracks 222.
The power device is arranged in the vehicle shell 21 and connected with the wheels 221, and is used for driving the wheels 221 to rotate, and the caterpillar tracks 222 are sleeved on the wheels 221.
The connection mechanism 3 comprises a support 31.
The support 31 comprises two support plates arranged perpendicular to the connection table 211 and a cross bar. Two ends of the cross rod are respectively and vertically connected with two support plates. One end of each supporting plate is vertically connected with the connecting table, and the other ends of the two supporting plates are hinged with the first connecting end 111 and the second connecting end respectively.
The support device 4 comprises a first cylinder 41 and a connecting block. The first cylinder 41 is hinged to the connection table 211, the movable end of the first cylinder 41 is fixed to one end of the connection block, and the other end of the connection block is hinged to the third connection end 112.

The bracket 51 is L-shaped, one end of which is fixed to the connection table 211, and the other end of which is provided with a screw 52.
The screw 52 is disposed through one end of the bracket 51 away from the connection table 211, and is connected to the cylinder 53.
One end of the second oil cylinder 54 is hinged with the connecting table 211, and the other end is connected with the spring 56. The side of the second cylinder 54 extends to form a connection lug plate 541.
One end of the cylinder 53 is connected with the screw 52, and the other end is hinged with the connecting lug plate 541.
One end of the spring 56 is connected to the second cylinder 54, and the other end is connected to the stopper 55.
The stop 55 is recessed on an end surface distal from the spring 56 to form a spherical concave surface that mates with the fourth connecting end 113.
When the mower starts to work, the mower 1 rotates around the hinge point of the first connecting end 111 and the second connecting end by the telescopic action of the first oil cylinder 41, so that the height of the mower 1 is adjusted. When the mowing mechanism 1 reaches a certain height, the screw rod 52 is adjusted at this time, the cylinder 53 can move in the vertical direction, so that the second oil cylinder 54 has a certain inclination, then the spherical concave surface of the stop block 55 is just contacted with the fourth connecting end 113 through the expansion and contraction of the second oil cylinder 54, and a certain supporting force is given to the fourth connecting end 113, and the mowing mechanism 1 can be in a balanced state under the condition that the supporting force is not provided by the first oil cylinder 41. At this time, the first cylinder 41 may be in a non-operating state, which may effectively protect the cylinder and increase the service life of the cylinder. The mower can generate larger vibration when mowing in walking, and the spring 56 can play a role in buffering so as to reduce vibration.
The mower with the elastic adjusting device has the advantages that the spring adjusting supporting device is high in flexibility and simple in structure, the elastic supporting device is used for providing the whole mower with the whole elastic supporting, the oil cylinder can be effectively protected, and the service life of the oil cylinder is prolonged.
