Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a muffler, which is composed of a plug body 1, a plug rod 2, a tuning pad 3 and a plug cover 4. The far ear end of the plug body 1 is provided with a sound collecting cavity 101, and the edge of the sound collecting cavity 101 is provided with an outwards extending chamfer angle, so that external sound waves S1 can conveniently enter the silencer; a conducting cavity 102 is arranged at the rear side of the sound collecting cavity 101, and the conducting cavity 102 is a cylinder or a reverse cone; the conducting cavity 102 is internally provided with the stopper rod 2, and the stopper rod 2 is a cylinder or a cone. The taper of the stopper rod 2 is equal to the chamber taper of the conducting chamber 102; the small end of the stopper rod 2 is plugged into the conducting cavity 102 through the large end of the conducting cavity 102; the outer surface of the stopper rod 2 is closely attached to the inner surface of the conducting cavity 102; the grooves 201 on the outer surface of the stopper rod 2 form a noise suppressing cavity 5 with the inner surface of the conducting cavity 102. The external sound wave S1 enters the conducting cavity 102 through the sound collecting cavity 101 to form a sound wave S2; the external sound wave S1 enters the conducting cavity 102 through the sound collecting cavity 101 to form a sound wave S2; the sound wave S2 further propagates into the ear canal through the noise suppression cavity 5, and the noise suppression cavity 5 is relatively long and narrow, so that noise in the sound wave S2, particularly middle-low frequency noise, can be effectively suppressed, and a relatively soft sound wave S3 is formed.
The sound wave S3 enters the tuning cavity 103 immediately, and a tuning pad 3, preferably a near-ear end, is arranged at the near-ear end or the far-ear end of the tuning cavity 103; the tuning pad 3 may be PP, nylon, glass fiber, carbon fiber non-woven fabric or mesh material, or even metal material, and has an outer diameter smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the tuning cavity 103, and the tuning pad 3 is used for filtering part of high, middle and low frequency noise in the sound wave S3, and meanwhile, filters different frequencies in a targeted manner by selecting tuning pads with different materials, densities and thicknesses in the market; the outer side of the tuning pad 3 is covered with the plug cover 4, and the plug cover 4 is provided with a sound outlet 401; after passing through the tuning pad 3, the sound wave S3 passes through the sound outlet 401, and finally forms a sound wave S4 to be transmitted into the auditory canal.
The diameter of the tuning cavity 103 is 3-10 mm, preferably 5.5mm; the thickness of the tuning pad 3 is 0.01 to 1mm, preferably 0.5mm. The diameter of the tuning pad 3 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the tuning cavity 103.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to further improve tuning quality, a diaphragm 9 may be further disposed in the tuning cavity 103 near the ear end in addition to the tuning pad 3; the vibrating diaphragm 9 is a vibrating slice and can be made of PP, nylon, glass fiber, carbon fiber non-woven fabrics or net-shaped materials, even metal materials; the sound wave S3 is filtered by the tuning pad 3 to form a sound wave S4, the sound wave propagates in the tuning cavity 103, and the sound wave S5 is further refined and filtered by the vibrating diaphragm 9 and is transmitted into the ear.
The large end of the cone-shaped conducting cavity 102 is a near-ear end, and the small end of the conducting cavity 102 is a far-ear end; the large end of the cone stopper rod 2 is a near-ear end, and the small end of the stopper rod 2 is a far-ear end; so positioned, the stopper rod 2 is not easily removed from the conduction cavity 102 by external forces.
Since the noise suppressing cavity 5 is formed by grooving the outer surface of the stopper rod 2, it can be made thinner and longer as needed, and can suppress high-frequency noise effectively, the production process is simpler, and the manufacturing cost is lower.

The muffler of claim 1, wherein the large end of the conductive cavity is a proximal ear end and the small end is a distal ear end, the large end of the stopper rod is a proximal ear end and the small end is a distal ear end, the diameter of the large end of the conductive cavity is 0.5-4 mm, the diameter of the small end of the conductive cavity is 0.5-4 mm, and the length of the conductive cavity is 5-25 mm.
3. The muffler of claim 2, wherein the major end of the conductive cavity has a diameter of 2mm, the minor end of the conductive cavity has a diameter of 1.8mm, and the conductive cavity has a length of 12mm.
4. A muffler as claimed in claim 3, wherein the diameter of the stopper rod matches the inner diameter of the conductive cavity, and the stopper rod has a length of 1mm to 25mm.
5. The muffler of claim 1, wherein the depth of the groove is 0.01 to 0.8mm.
6. The muffler of claim 1, wherein the tuning cavity has a diameter of 3 to 10mm, the tuning pad has a thickness of 0.01 to 1mm, and the tuning pad has a diameter less than or equal to the diameter of the tuning cavity.
7. The muffler of claim 1, wherein a diaphragm is secured to a proximal end of the tuning chamber and the tuning pad is secured to a distal end of the tuning chamber, the diaphragm being a vibrating sheet.
8. A noise reducing earplug comprising the muffler of any one of claims 1-7 and an earplug body having one or more layers of fins, the proximal end of the muffler being inserted into an insertion hole of the earplug body, the insertion hole having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the proximal end of the muffler.
