Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an interlocking device for a grounding switch cabinet door, which aims to solve the problems of complex structure, troublesome assembly and unreliable interlocking of the existing grounding switch rear door in the background art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an interlocking device for a cabinet door of a grounding switch cabinet comprises a mounting seat arranged on a cabinet body of the switch cabinet and a first interlocking piece in linkage connection with a main shaft of the grounding switch, the first interlocking piece is provided with an interlocking part, the mounting seat is provided with a second interlocking piece, the second interlocking piece is hinged on the mounting seat and can rotate relative to the mounting seat, the second interlocking piece has a first state of interlocking with a hook head on a cabinet door of the switch cabinet when the grounding switch is switched off and a second state of rotating and limiting the rotation of the first interlocking piece after the cabinet door is opened, the first interlocking piece is provided with a first position which interlocks the second interlocking piece to ensure that the second interlocking piece rotates for limiting when the grounding switch is switched off and a second position which unlocks the second interlocking piece to ensure that the second interlocking piece can rotate relatively, the second interlocking piece is unlocked with the cabinet door when the first interlocking piece is in the second position, so that the cabinet door is opened conveniently.
As an improvement of the present invention, the second interlocking member is provided with a notch portion, and the interlocking portion is disposed in the notch portion of the second interlocking member when the first interlocking member is at the first position and limits the rotation of the second interlocking member.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the second interlocking member is provided with a limiting portion for limiting the rotation of the second interlocking member, and the limiting portion is in rotation limiting fit with the interlocking portion when the first interlocking member is at the first position.
As a further improvement of the invention, the mounting seat is provided with a groove, the second interlocking piece is arranged in the groove and is in running fit with the mounting seat, and the limiting part is abutted against the inner wall of the mounting seat when the second interlocking piece is in the second state.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the second interlocking member is provided with an interlocking side surface portion that restricts rotation of the first interlocking member when the second interlocking member is in the second state.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the second interlocking member is provided with an accommodating groove for accommodating the hook on the cabinet door and a hook portion for being engaged with the hook, and the hook portion is interlocked with the hook of the cabinet door when the second interlocking member is in the first state.
As a further improvement of the invention, the hook part is provided with a guide part which is convenient for pulling the hook head to enable the second interlocking piece to rotate and unlock the cabinet door.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the second interlocking member is provided with a driving portion for facilitating driving of the cabinet door, and when the second interlocking member is in the second state, the driving portion drives the second interlocking member to rotate by the hook on the cabinet door and enables the second interlocking member and the hook to be interlocked.
As a further improvement of the invention, the interlocking part is in a fan shape, and the interlocking part is provided with an arc-shaped connecting part protruding outwards at the connecting part with the first interlocking piece.
The interlocking device has the advantages that the first interlocking piece and the second interlocking piece are arranged, the first interlocking piece is in linkage connection with the main shaft, the main shaft can be prevented from misoperation when the first interlocking piece is in rotation limit interlocking, the main shaft is reliably interlocked, and the second interlocking piece enables the first interlocking piece to be in rotation limit when the grounding switch closing cabinet door is opened, so that the main shaft misoperation is prevented from harming the safety of maintainers when the switch cabinet door is opened; the second interlocking piece is arranged, when the switch cabinet door is closed and the grounding switch is opened, the second interlocking piece is pushed by the cabinet door to rotate and is interlocked with the cabinet door, the main shaft can be operated in opening, the switch cabinet rear door is prevented from being opened in a misoperation mode, and the condition that the cabinet door is opened in an opening mode to damage the safety of maintenance personnel is avoided. The invention also has the advantages of simple structure, convenient assembly, few parts, low production cost, reliable interlocking, stable action, quick response, long service life and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2-8, an interlocking device for a grounding switch cabinet door comprises a mounting seat 1 arranged on a cabinet body 4 of a switch cabinet and a first interlocking member 2 in linkage connection with a main shaft 5 of a grounding switch, wherein an interlocking part 21 is arranged on the first interlocking member 2, a second interlocking member 3 is arranged on the mounting seat 1, the second interlocking member 3 is hinged on the mounting seat 1 and can rotate relative to the mounting seat 1, the second interlocking member 3 has a first state of interlocking with a hook 61 on a cabinet door 6 of the switch cabinet when the grounding switch is switched off and a second state of rotating and limiting the first interlocking member 2 after the cabinet door 6 is opened, the first interlocking member 2 has a first position of interlocking the second interlocking member 3 to limit the rotation of the second interlocking member 3 when the grounding switch is switched off and a second position of unlocking the second interlocking member 3 to enable the second interlocking member 3 to rotate relatively, the second interlocking member 3 is unlocked from the door 6 when the first interlocking member 2 is in the second position to facilitate opening of the door. The second interlocking member 3 is provided with a notch portion 31, and the interlocking portion 21 is disposed in the notch portion 31 of the second interlocking member 3 when the first interlocking member 2 is at the first position and limits the rotation of the second interlocking member 3. The second interlocking member 3 is provided with an interlocking side surface part 33, and the interlocking side surface part 33 restricts the rotation of the first interlocking member 2 when the second interlocking member 3 is in the second state.
