Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water pressure resistance test of instruments, equipment and parts.
Background
When designing underwater products, performance indexes of each unit at a certain water depth are required to be tested, at this time, the tested units can be placed in a sealed container filled with water and having a certain water pressure, and the corresponding water depth is simulated by adjusting the water pressure, so that further tests are carried out.
The existing mature method is to adjust the water pressure through the combination of the water pump and various valves, but has the defects of complex waterway, high noise when the water pump works and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sealing pressure-resistant test device capable of adjusting water pressure, which is convenient to test.
The invention comprises a sealer shell, a water pressure gauge, a pressure sensor, a water inlet, a water outlet and an exhaust port which are communicated with the inner cavity of the sealer shell are respectively arranged on the sealer shell, and the invention is characterized in that: the sealing device comprises a sealing device shell, a piston, a motor, a piston axial motion control motor, a sealing device and a sealing device, wherein the sealing device shell is connected with the piston through a dynamic sealing element; the water inlet, the water outlet and the air outlet are respectively provided with corresponding electromagnetic control valves, and the air outlet is also provided with a water level sensor; the signal output end of the water level sensor is connected with the input end of the electromagnetic control valve connected with the water inlet.
It is known that water is elastic, and the volume of water of a certain mass changes correspondingly with the pressure change, and the change relation is as follows:

From the above formula, when the volume of water is changed, the water pressure is correspondingly changed.
The present invention has been designed using the above principle.
During the test, each unit is filled into a sealer shell with a known internal volume, the water outlet is closed by an electromagnetic control valve, water is injected into the water inlet by the electromagnetic control valve until a water level sensor on the air outlet shows that the water is full. The water level sensor is used for guaranteeing that the water inlet is automatically closed after the sealer shell is filled with water.
The control center controls the motor to drive the piston to axially move according to the water pressure required by the test through the axial movement of the piston to adjust the water pressure in the sealer shell, and the water pressure is fed back to the control center through the pressure sensor, so that the water pressure in the sealer shell is ensured to reach the test setting requirement, and the control center controls and adjusts the water pressure in the sealer shell in real time.
After the test is finished, the control center sends a signal to the electromagnetic control valve, the water inlet is closed, the air outlet and the water outlet are opened, and water in the sealer shell is discharged.
The invention has simple structure and arrangement, small noise, more accurate and convenient adjustment of water pressure and is beneficial to accurately carrying out pressure resistance test on a test object.

Detailed Description
1. Device structure description:
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a water pressure gauge 2 and a pressure sensor 3 are respectively arranged on the sealer shell 1, a water inlet 4, a water outlet 5 and an air outlet 6 are respectively communicated with the inner cavity of the sealer shell 1, and corresponding electromagnetic control valves are respectively arranged on the water inlet 4, the water outlet 5 and the air outlet 6 so as to conveniently perform opening or closing actions on the water inlet 4, the water outlet 5 and the air outlet 6 through the corresponding electromagnetic control valves. In addition, a water level sensor is further arranged on the exhaust port 6, and the signal output end of the water level sensor is connected with the input end of the electromagnetic control valve connected with the water inlet 4.
The sealing device is characterized in that a piston 8 is connected to the sealing device shell 1 through a dynamic sealing piece 7, one end of the piston 8 extends into the inner cavity of the sealing device shell 1, and the other end of the piston 8 is connected with a piston axial movement control motor 9.
2. Application:
in this example, the pressure resistance of a dynamic seal and static seal test device of an angle encoder under a water pressure of 3MPa was tested.
The encoder is required to be tested for properties of water repellency at 3mp water pressure, accuracy, response, etc., and can be operated in a single step.
Since the tested encoder needs to be tested under rotation, the invention is connected with a rotating shaft 11 on the sealer shell 1 through another group of dynamic sealing devices, the inner end of the rotating shaft 11 stretches into the sealer shell 1 and is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the encoder assembly 10, and the outer end of the rotating shaft 11 is arranged outside the sealer shell 1 and is connected with a group of rotating motors 12.
The size and movement of the piston 8 are calculated before the test:

The invention adopts the water level sensor on the air outlet 6 to ensure that the water inlet 4 is automatically closed after the sealer shell 1 is filled with water.
The water pressure adjusting process comprises the following steps: the control center opens the water inlet 4 and the air outlet 6 through corresponding electromagnetic control valves, closes the water outlet 5, injects fresh water into the sealer shell 1, and when the control center detects that the air outlet 6 overflows water, the control center closes the water inlet 4 and the air outlet 6 through corresponding electromagnetic control valves, so that the sealer shell 1 is ensured to be fully filled with water.
The control center adjusts the water pressure in the sealer shell 1 by axially moving the motor driving piston 8 according to the required water pressure of 3MPa, and the water pressure is fed back to the control center through the pressure sensor 3, so that the water pressure in the sealer shell 1 is ensured to reach 3MPa, and the control center controls and adjusts the water pressure in the sealer shell 1 in real time to keep stable at 3MPa.
After the test is finished, the control center closes the water inlet 4 through the corresponding electromagnetic control valve, opens the air outlet 6 and the water outlet 5, and discharges the water in the sealer shell 1.
When the encoder assembly 10 sends out a water inlet alarm signal in the test process, the device can give an alarm in time and send out alarm information to the control center, and the control center executes the pressure relief and drainage actions.
