一种高层烟囱智能净化装置,采用槽形多齿不锈钢条高压正极板的两排齿尖端垂直对准方形不锈钢管高压负极板,组成一个战壕式带状布局的齿尖端放电单元,九个齿尖端放电单元等距离排一列,共有四列合成一个净化抽屉,两个净化抽屉放置在大框架內,微电脑时控开关,控制三餐的净化时段,强大的电场,巨量的高能电子、各种离子、自由基活性粒子和污染物充分混合,经多次重复净化处理,去除、降解烟气味,本装置净化效率高、设计独特、结构紧凑、使用可靠、清洗方便、运行成本低、无二次污染,广泛适用于不同的高层住宅烟囱废气的净化处理。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种烟道的油烟智能净化,主要用于高层住宅厨房集中排放烟道末端的烟囱内油烟雾状异味气体净化技术,前端油烟分离后,对烟味进行过电、吸附、轰击、降解、电离、去异味,特别是一种高层烟囱智能净化装置。
背景技术:
现在商品住宅越建越高,每个烟道集中了10--30多个家庭厨房的排油烟任务,加上中国人三餐的饮食习惯,烹调时间比较一致,虽然瞬间产生油烟量沒有餐馆、食堂那么大,但整个时段的总体烟量还是非常大,这种沒有经过净化处理的带辛辣味雾状油烟气直接排放在大气中,严重污染周围的空气加速雾霾形成,这个污染现象没有引起人们的足够关注。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一个完全独立的多齿尖端放电等离子富氧油烟净化器,一个油烟分离器,一个抽风机,净化器有两个净化抽屉,槽形多齿不锈钢条正极板的两排齿尖端垂直对准方形不锈钢管负极板,组成一个多齿的尖端放电单元,九个多齿尖端放电单元等距离排成一列,共有四列合成一个净化抽屉,两个净化抽屉放置在一个大框架内,框架下层装有一台油烟分离器,框架上层装有一台抽风机,大框架五个面都敞开,只有一个面装有大门,门上安装直流高压电源和微电脑时控开关,整个大框架门朝外装进烟囱内。
本发明的技术是这样实现的:
一种高层烟囱智能净化装置其特征在于采用槽形多齿不锈钢条高压正极板(1)的两排齿尖端垂直对准方形不锈钢管高压负极板(2),组成一个多齿的尖端放电净化单元,每个齿尖端呈伞状发射,九个多齿尖端放电净化单元等距离排成一列,共有四列合成一个净化抽屉(3),两个净化抽屉(3)放置在大框架(4)内,产生强大的电场、巨量的高能等离子体,其密度可控并保持衡量,大框架(4)上层装一台抽风机(5),大框架(4)下层装一台油烟分离器(6)。微电脑时控开关每天分三个时段准时开关,早餐5:00~8:30、中餐9:30~13:30晚餐16:00~20:30。
各家各户厨房产生的带辛辣味油烟雾状污染物,都通过各自的抽油烟机强排至公共烟道内,虽然滤掉了大颗粒的油与水,但细小的颗粒还是和热烟气味,一起上升至烟囱顶部,细小的油水颗粒遇到高速运转油烟分离器的滤油栅,全部汇集进聚油槽(废油定期回收),带辛辣味的烟气进入净化抽屉,由于多齿尖端放电点是战壕式带状布局,均匀地分布在大框架内,只要直流高压电源一启动几千个尖端放电点就会同时不间断地连续衡量产生包括电子、各种离子、原子和自由基活性粒子在内的混合体,利用高能电子去轰击污染物分子,自由基等活性粒子和污染物作用,使污染物分子在极短的时间内发生分解,并发生后续的各种反应以达到降解污染物的目的,不会造成二次污染,为了消除装置安装增加的风阻,在本装置上层装有一台抽风机。
本发明创造性地将多齿尖端放电运用在高层烟囱的厨房油烟味净化处理上,利用尖端放电点战壕式带状布局,将成千上万个尖端放电点均匀地分布在大框架内,净化器下层装有一台油烟分离器,上层装有一台抽风机,直流高压电源的正极接多齿正极板并与大框架连接后牢固的接在地线上,油烟味通过烟道进入本装置,首先遇到油烟分离器滤掉油和水细粒子,辛辣味的烟雾污染物与均匀分布的巨量高能电子、各种离子、自由基活性粒子等充分混合,经过多次重复处理后,仅存一点无害、无异味的气体,为了克服装置本身的风阻,在上层装有一台抽风机。装置净化效率高、设计独特、结构紧凑、使用可靠、清洗方便、运行成本低、无二次污染,广泛适用于不同高层住宅烟囱废气的净化处理。

具体实施方式:
图中所示,一种高层烟囱智能净化装置,采用槽形多齿不锈钢条(1)接直流高压正极,方形不锈钢管(2)的固定长螺杆接直流高压负极,组成多齿尖端放电单元,九个多齿尖端放电单元等距离排成一列构成战壕式带状布局,共有四列用四根长螺杆距离均等地串联固定合成一个净化抽屉(3),两个净化抽屉(3)放置在大框架(4)内,每个齿尖端象战士一样均匀地设伏在战壕两旁待射击命令,一旦直流高压接通,每个射击点就会同时不间断地、连续衡量地呈伞状向负极板发射,击穿、燃烧所有经过的气体,并产生强大的电场、大量的高能电子、各种离子、自由基等活性粒子,齿尖端发射的衡量大小,可根据废气的浓度调节,巨量的高能电子、自由基等活性粒子和废气污染物充分混合,在极短的时间内激活、电离、裂解各种废气中的各组成份,使之发生分解、氧化等一系列复杂的化学反应,再经过几十次的重复净化处理,去除、降解废气中的烟异味,大框架(4)上层设置抽风机(5),下层设置油烟分离器(6)。
Claims (4)
1.一种高层烟囱智能净化装置,其特征在于采用槽形多齿不锈钢条正极板垂直对准方形不锈钢管负极板,组成一个战壕式带状布局的齿尖端放电单元。
2.九个齿尖端放电单元等距离排成一列,共有四列合成一个净化抽屉。
3.两个净化抽屉放置在一个大框架内,大框架下层装有一台油烟分离器,大框架上层装有一台抽风机。
4.大框架五个面都敞开,只有一个面装有大门,整个大框架大门朝外装进烟囱内。
