Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉,包括远端和近端;所述近端设有多个贯穿内外的安装孔,所述安装孔的内径由外至内逐渐加大,所述安装孔的靠外侧通过球形铰链设有万向锁。本发明的有益效果是,由于在髓内钉的近端的安装孔上设置万向锁,配合锁定螺钉,允许锁定螺钉在一定的角度内变化;防止由于锁定螺钉位置偏向导致锁定失败或需重建,降低手术需时,提高手术成功率,并且减小创口;所述安装孔的内径由外至内逐渐加大,为锁定螺钉的插入提供空间;限位销和限位槽的相互配合,提高锁定螺钉的稳定性。

一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉。
背景技术
股骨髓内钉目前远端锁定多采用导航技术(磁力导航、芯钻导航):既在空心髓内钉中置入导转,导航进行远端锁定。这些方法能大大提高远端锁定准确度,但前提条件是必须将导航系统或芯钻置于髓内钉中,且需先行远端锁定固定。如果骨折端位于股骨近端则需采用重建钉进行手术治疗。如远端锁定先行固定则近端加压钉无法准确把握股骨颈方向导致置钉失败或需拆除远端锁定重新置钉,如果先行近端加压钉固定则无法将导航系统放入髓内钉而失去远端锁钉准确性优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足,提供一种。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉,包括远端和近端;其特征在于:所述近端设有多个贯穿内外的安装孔,所述安装孔的内径由外至内逐渐加大,所述安装孔的靠外侧通过球形铰链设有万向锁。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述万向锁包括一开口环;所述开口环的内壁设有螺纹,外壁与安装孔的靠外侧的内壁相适配形成所述球形铰链。
在另一较佳实施例中,还包括限位销;所述安装孔的外侧设有限位槽,所述限位销可插入所述限位槽内以定位所述开口环。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述安装孔有两个,两个安装孔沿髓内钉的长度方向分布设置。
本发明的有益效果是,由于在髓内钉的近端的安装孔上设置万向锁,配合锁定螺钉,允许锁定螺钉在一定的角度内变化;防止由于锁定螺钉位置偏向导致锁定失败或需重建,降低手术需时,提高手术成功率,并且减小创口;所述安装孔的内径由外至内逐渐加大,为锁定螺钉的插入提供空间;限位销和限位槽的相互配合,提高锁定螺钉的稳定性。

具体实施方式
实施例,参见图1至图4所示,本发明的一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉100,包括远端110和近端120;所述近端120设有两个贯穿内外的安装孔130,两个安装孔130沿髓内钉100的长度方向分布设置。所述安装孔130的内径由外至内逐渐加大,如图2所示,所述安装孔130的靠外侧通过球形铰链设有万向锁140。
所述万向锁140包括一开口环;所述开口环的内壁设有螺纹141,外壁与安装孔130的靠外侧的内壁相适配形成所述球形铰链。
本实施例还包括限位销(图中未示出);所述安装孔130的外侧设有限位槽150,如图3所示,所述限位销可插入所述限位槽150内以定位所述开口环140。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。

1.一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉,包括远端和近端;其特征在于:所述近端设有多个贯穿内外的安装孔,所述安装孔的内径由外至内逐渐加大,所述安装孔的外侧通过球形铰链设有万向锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉,其特征在于:所述万向锁包括一开口环;所述开口环的内壁设有螺纹,外壁与安装孔的靠外侧的内壁相适配形成所述球形铰链。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉,其特征在于:还包括限位销;所述安装孔的外侧设有限位槽,所述限位销可插入所述限位槽内以定位所述开口环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于股骨近端骨折的髓内钉,其特征在于:所述安装孔有两个,两个安装孔沿髓内钉的长度方向分布设置。
