Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a system for prompting deletion of set-top box content, wherein when the content is deleted, the content icon is still kept on an interface and is subjected to virtualization display, if recovery operation is not carried out within a period of time, the virtualized icon is also deleted to complete deletion of the whole content, and when the content is deleted, the deleted content can be known by looking up the virtualized icon, so that whether the deleted content is deleted by mistake or not or deleted by other people is judged, the deleted content is found in time and is recovered in time, and loss and inconvenience brought to a user are avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of digital televisions, in particular to a method and a system for deleting set-top box contents.
Background
With the intelligentization of the set-top box, more and more installed contents can be stored on the set-top box, for example, more and more documents, pictures and videos can be stored, and more application programs can be installed. However, since the memory space and the processing capability of the processor of the smart device are limited, people also need to delete contents continuously during the use process so as to clean up unnecessary contents.
However, sometimes, when content deletion is performed, a user may delete some useful content by mistake, or other users delete the useful content of the user, but the user cannot detect the useful content, which may cause loss of valuable content and possibly failure to recover, which may cause loss and inconvenience to the user.
Disclosure of Invention

Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart in one embodiment of the method of the present invention is shown, the method comprising the following:

When a user needs to delete the content, the user selects the content and carries out deletion operation, and when the user carries out deletion operation, the step deletes the content to release the storage space of the set top box, but does not delete the icon of the content, but keeps the icon and carries out virtual display so as to distinguish the icon from the undeleted content. And the user can know which contents are deleted by looking at the blurred icon so as to determine whether the contents are deleted by mistake or not, and the contents are timely recovered through recovery operation.
Because the icon is most each regional distribution on the interface, if the icon of blurring is too much, the user looks over inconveniently, and further, for convenience of customers looks over, this step still includes: the virtual icons are concentrated in a designated area for displaying, so that the user can conveniently view the virtual icons in a concentrated manner.
Or, in order to facilitate the user to view, the virtualized icon is made into a deletion list according to the deletion time in the step, and the user can directly view the deletion list.
S20: and detecting whether a user performs restoration operation on the virtualization icon within a set time length, restoring the deleted content if the user performs the restoration operation, and deleting the virtualization icon if the user does not perform the restoration operation, so as to finish deletion of the whole content.
After the content is displayed in a blurring manner by the deletion icon, if the content is deleted by mistake or is valuable, the user selects a recovery operation to recover the content, but if the content is deleted normally, the recovery is not needed, the blurred icon needs to be deleted, the operation is performed, and if the user does not perform the recovery operation within a set time length, the blurred icon is deleted, so that the deletion of the whole content is completed.
Further, the user may immediately delete the content determined to need to be deleted, so as to free up more space on the interface for placing other icons, and the method further includes: a password for confirming final deletion is preset, and the virtualized icon is immediately deleted if the password is input to the virtualized icon, so that a user can determine when to delete the virtualized icon according to requirements.
In addition, after the blurred icon is restored, in order to prevent the next mistaken deletion, the method further includes: and after the content is restored and recovered, prompting a user whether to lock the content, wherein the user cannot delete the content after the content is locked, and the user can delete the content again after the content is locked and unlocked. The content locking can be locked by inputting a locking password or by other locking methods.

When a user needs to delete content, the user selects the content and performs a deletion operation, and when the user performs the deletion operation, the icon blurring module 100 deletes the content to release the storage space of the set top box, but does not delete the icon of the content, but retains the icon and performs blurring display to distinguish the icon from the content which is not deleted. And the user can know which contents are deleted by looking at the blurred icon so as to determine whether the contents are deleted by mistake or not, and the contents are timely recovered through recovery operation.
Because the icons are mostly distributed in each area on the interface, if the virtual icons are too many, the user is inconvenient to view, and further, in order to facilitate the user to view the icons, the icon virtual module 100 concentrates the virtual icons in a designated area to be displayed, so that the user can view the icons in a concentrated manner.
Or, in order to facilitate the user to view, the icon blurring module 100 makes the blurred icon into a deletion list according to the deletion time, and the user can directly view the icon in the list.
The restoring operation module 200 detects whether the user performs a restoring operation on the ghosted icon within a set time length, restores and restores the deleted content if the restoring operation is performed, and deletes the ghosted icon if the restoring operation is not performed, thereby completing deletion of the entire content.
After the content is displayed in a blurred manner by the delete icon, if the content is deleted by mistake or is valuable, the user selects a recovery operation to recover the content, but if the content is deleted normally, the recovery operation is not needed, the blurred icon needs to be deleted, the recovery operation module 200 performs the operation, and if the user does not perform the recovery operation within a set time length, the blurred icon is deleted, so that the deletion of the whole content is completed.
