In this embodiment, a distance between the matching position of the operating handle 21 and the driving rod 6 and a projection of the rotating shaft 7 on the rotating plane of the operating handle 21 is a, a distance between the matching position of the driving assembly and the driving rod 6 and a projection of the rotating shaft 7 on the rotating plane of the operating handle 21 is B, and a is smaller than B.
