4.2.3.2.3.3 Label management Module
The module comprises a logout label and a new label ID number input module. The logout label is used when the label needs to be logout; the new tag ID number input module is a module that records the input new tag ID number.
4.2.3.2.3.4 System maintenance Module
The system maintenance module comprises equipment location maintenance and user authority management. The system maintenance module has the function of recording hardware information and software configuration of all front-end systems in a book, when the hardware equipment or software configuration at the front end has problems, prompting by the module, and carrying out maintenance on the front-end equipment or software configuration according to the information recorded in the module, wherein the equipment location maintenance is the equipment installation condition for managing the front-end systems.
4.2.3.2.3.5 rights management Module
The authority management module manages and distributes the operation authority of the login account. Due to the particularity of the electronic tag issuing work (real, complete and non-maliciously damaged data records must be provided), reasonable and strict limitation on the use of related functions is required, and the method is realized through a user authority management module. The reasonable distribution of the authority is beneficial to management (full-time of a person), and the operation records (how to log in or log out the system, the type of the used module and which data are operated) of all the users using the subsystem can be well documented and checked.
4.2.3.2.4 annual inspection subsystem (ZL-JGFK-NJ)
4.2.3.2.4.1 annual inspection Module
The annual inspection module plays an important maintenance role, and is responsible for checking and continuing the passing valid period of the vehicle, and in addition, as the electronic tag is damaged possibly for a long time to cause reading failure, causing passing inconvenience and false alarm, the annual inspection system is also responsible for checking the service life of the electronic tag and finding the vehicle with the failed electronic tag in time to inform the vehicle to supplement the electronic tag. And in the annual inspection and verification process, the integrity, the quality and corresponding information of the electronic tag are strictly checked.
4.2.3.2.4.2 Redo Label Module
When the annual inspection process finds that the label does not meet the requirement of continuous use, the module is used for completing the electronic label. The module logs out the original electronic tag (cancels the corresponding relation between the ID number of the electronic tag and the information of the vehicle and the driver, and carries out inactivation operation on the tag), completes the completion of the rework of the new electronic tag, and inputs the new corresponding information into an electronic tag database for storage.
For ease of understanding, the operation of the above system will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-3.
In the early stage of the system deployment, the certification making and issuing work of the motor vehicle and the driver is carried out through security and guard management departments of relevant units.
As shown in fig. 4, first, writing the necessary information of the driver (the paper driver license information used at present may be partially or completely) into the internal chip of the "driver electronic identity card" includes: the driver's picture, identification number, name, sex, nationality, address, date of birth, first time of receipt, vehicle type, effective starting date, effective period, contact telephone, mail address, issuing authority, etc. Meanwhile, part of the 'identity information' in the information is printed on the surface of the 'driver electronic identity card', corresponding passing permission is granted, the 'driver electronic identity card' certificate making work is completed, and the certificate is sent to a specified motor vehicle driver. When a driver of a motor vehicle drives the motor vehicle to enter and exit a gate, the driver electronic identity card needs to be placed (supported by a card) on a front windshield so that a radio frequency card reader (writer) in front of the gate can automatically read information in the driver electronic identity card; the guard personnel can also use the hand-held card reader to read the information in the electronic driver identity card. )
Secondly, writing the necessary information of the vehicle (the currently used paper driving license information can be partially or completely) into an internal chip of the 'electronic identity card for the motor vehicle', comprising the following steps: the motor vehicle electronic identity card is pasted on the specified position of the front windshield of the motor vehicle.
After the certification work is finished, a radio frequency card reader (writer) deployed at the entrance and exit of a national institution unit, a road section bayonet inside the institution and the like reads information of all passing vehicles and drivers; meanwhile, a high-definition camera arranged in the place captures all passing vehicles, combines the captured vehicles with corresponding 'motor vehicle electronic identity card' and 'driver electronic identity card' information, and uploads the information to a system 'central server' in a mode of adding pictures and character information;
after receiving the uploaded vehicle and driver information, the central server immediately judges the regional passing authority of the corresponding vehicle and driver, and feeds back the judgment result to the designated control equipment, so as to realize the functions of automatic release or rejection and alarm.
For static motor vehicles and motor vehicle drivers who do not pass through the system automatic detection point, guard personnel can scan and check motor vehicle electronic identity cards of the motor vehicles and driver electronic identity cards of the drivers by adopting a handheld radio frequency card reader.
Fig. 5 is a method for implementing an anti-terrorism prevention system of a national significant organization according to the present invention, which mainly includes the following steps:
s1, writing driver information and vehicle information into a radio frequency electronic tag, and storing the driver information and the vehicle information into an electronic tag database;
the S1 concrete steps are: the card sender writes the identity information of the motor vehicle and the identity information of a driver of the motor vehicle into the radio frequency electronic tag in a random encryption mode, and the electronic identity card is manufactured and locked to prevent tampering. And meanwhile, the corresponding relation between the electronic tag ID and the vehicle and the driver is stored in a database for future reference.
S2, the information acquisition module writes the driver information and the vehicle information into the radio frequency electronic tag and stores the driver information and the vehicle information into an electronic tag database;
the S2 concrete steps are: the radio frequency card reader (writer) is deployed at the entrance and exit of a national institution unit, a road section bayonet inside the institution and the like and is used for reading the information of all passing vehicles and drivers; meanwhile, the high-definition camera installed in the place captures all passing vehicles, combines the passing vehicles with corresponding 'motor vehicle electronic identity card' and 'driver electronic identity card' information, and uploads the information to a system 'central server' in a mode of adding pictures and character information.
S3, the information processing module compares the received information with information in the electronic tag database for inquiry; if so, sending a release signal to a release module (step S4); otherwise, the alarm module is started to alarm (step S5).
The S3 concrete steps are: after receiving the uploaded vehicle and driver information, the central server immediately judges the regional passing authority of the corresponding vehicle and driver, and feeds back the judgment result to the designated control equipment, so as to realize the functions of automatic release or rejection and alarm.
And S6, the releasing module receives the releasing signal sent by the information processing module and releases the vehicle and the driver coming in and going out.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. An anti-terrorism prevention system for the national important authorities, comprising:
the radio frequency electronic tag is used for storing driver information and vehicle information;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the captured motor vehicle picture information and the information stored in the radio frequency electronic tag;
the information processing module is used for comparing the information and the picture acquired by the information acquisition module with the information stored in the electronic tag database; if the two signals are matched, the release signal is sent to a release module; otherwise, starting an alarm module to alarm;
and the releasing module is used for releasing the vehicle and the driver in and out.
2. The anti-terrorism prevention system for national importance authorities of claim 1, further comprising: the radio frequency electronic tag comprises: driver electronic ID card, motor vehicle electronic ID card; the driver electronic identity card stores driver information; the motor vehicle electronic identity card stores the information of the motor vehicle.

The anti-terrorism prevention system for national importance authorities of claim 1, further comprising: the information acquisition module includes: the system comprises a card sender, an integrated radio frequency reader-writer, a handheld radio frequency reader-writer and a color high-definition camera; wherein,
the card sender is used for writing the identity information of the motor vehicle and the identity information of a driver of the motor vehicle into the radio frequency electronic tag in a random encryption mode, manufacturing an electronic identity card, and locking the electronic tag to prevent tampering;
the radio frequency reader-writer is used for reading the electronic identity card information of the motor vehicle and the driver passing through the detection point and transmitting the read information to the information processing module for processing;
the handheld card reader is used for manually detecting and checking a static vehicle;
the color high-definition camera is used for collecting the license plate actually hung on the motor vehicle and acquiring and archiving high-definition pictures of the motor vehicle.

The anti-terrorism prevention system for national importance authorities of claim 1, further comprising: the releasing module comprises: and the integrated barrier gate controller is used for converting various signals, superposing information and driving associated hardware to realize a release function.

The anti-terrorism prevention system for national importance authorities of claim 1, further comprising: the information processing module includes: the central server is provided with an electronic tag database for storing vehicle information and driver information, and after the central server receives the vehicle picture information and the electronic tag information returned by the front end, a central comparison module of the central server compares the received information with the information stored in the database to check whether the vehicle has the right of passage or not, and sends a comparison result to the release module.

the system maintenance module comprises equipment location maintenance and user authority management; the system maintenance module is used for recording hardware information and software configuration in a book, when the front-end hardware equipment or software configuration has problems, prompting by the module, and maintaining the front-end equipment or software configuration according to the information recorded in the module;
the tag complementing module is used for registering again and complementing new tags for reasons of electronic tag damage, vehicle change or damage caused by traffic accidents and the like; the module logs out the original electronic tag (cancels the corresponding relation between the ID number of the electronic tag and the information of the vehicle and the driver), completes the subsidy work of the new electronic tag, and inputs the new corresponding information into an electronic tag database for storage.
7. The anti-terrorism prevention system for national importance authorities of claim 1, further comprising: the system further comprises: the system comprises a query module, a statistic module, a label management module and an annual inspection module; wherein,
the query module is used for querying vehicle information, vehicle passing information and the like;

the label management module comprises a logout label and a new label ID number input module, wherein the logout label is used when the label needs to be logout; the new label ID number input module is a module for recording the input new label ID number;
the annual inspection module is used for checking and continuing the passing valid period of the vehicle and strictly checking the integrity, the quality and corresponding information of the electronic tag in the process of annual inspection and audit.
8. A method for implementing the national significant institute anti-terrorism prevention system of claims 1-7, the method comprising:
writing the driver information and the vehicle information into the radio frequency electronic tag, and storing the driver information and the vehicle information into an electronic tag database;
the information acquisition module captures the vehicle picture information and the information stored in the radio frequency electronic tag and sends the acquired information to the information processing module;
the information processing module compares the received information with information in the electronic tag database for inquiry; if the two signals are matched, the release signal is sent to a release module; otherwise, starting an alarm module to alarm;
the releasing module receives the releasing signal sent by the information processing module and releases the vehicle and the driver coming in and going out.
