Most enterprises and organizations have a complete multi-level human organization relationship, i.e., organization and architecture relationship, similar to company- > enterprise group- > department- > center- > group- > members, the organization and architecture is a basic function of almost all enterprise Instant Messaging (IM) systems, and all enterprise communication and office collaboration are performed based on the organization and architecture relationship.
In general, the original data of the organizational structure relationship is downloaded from a server and stored in a local database, and the enterprise communication-ready client such as enterprise WeChat and Aries nail have the exhibition capability of the organizational structure relationship. Meanwhile, with the change of personnel of enterprises or organizations and the change of department nodes, a set of updating mechanism is needed, and the existing general method is that an instant messaging client detects and downloads data of the latest organization architecture relationship when being started, and then replaces a local database.
Therefore, if the instant messaging client side updates the organization architecture relationship, the instant messaging client side executes the operation of checking the organization architecture relationship, such as checking a certain department node or checking the details of a certain employee, and the operation can be executed only after the updating is finished, if the data volume of the organization architecture relationship is large, the updating can be finished after waiting for several seconds, and the problem of experience delay is brought to a user; if the instant messaging client suddenly exits when the database of the organizational structure relationship is updated, the database may be damaged, and the instant messaging client cannot be used.

The method of this embodiment is a method executed by a client in a system, and a flowchart is shown in fig. 1, and includes:
step 101, a first version number of an operation database of a data relationship stored by a client and a latest version number of the data relationship stored by a server are obtained.
In this embodiment, two sets of databases, i.e., an operation database and an update database, having data relationships are stored in the client, and each set of database corresponds to one version number and one identifier respectively. Specifically, 0 and 1 can be used as the identifier of the running database and the updated database respectively, so that the identifier flag1 of one database can be used to calculate the identifier flag2 of the other database, that is, the flag2 is (flag1+ 1)% 2; and an up-to-date database of data relationships is stored in the server. The operation database is used when the client operates the data relation, the update database is used when the client updates the data relation, and the two sets of databases are not influenced by each other.
It can be understood that the client may trigger the execution of the process of this embodiment at startup, or trigger the execution of the process of this embodiment according to a preset period. The client may send a request to the server to obtain the latest version number.

In another case, before the client executes step 103, the client may further obtain second update mode information of the data relationship from the server, where the second update mode information is information of incremental update, and thus when the client executes step 103, the latest data relationship obtained from the server is a partial data relationship that needs to be added; the client adds the latest data relationship obtained in step 103 to the updated database of data relationships stored in the client when executing step 104.
Further, in order to save the mobile data traffic of the client, the client may perform the step of acquiring the latest data relationship, that is, the step 103, when determining that the client belongs to the wireless network environment.
It can be seen that, in the method of this embodiment, the client stores two sets of databases of the data relationship, that is, the operation database and the update database, and when the data relationship needs to be updated, the update database stored in the client is updated according to the obtained latest data relationship, and the updated update database is set as the latest operation database. In step 205, the client updates the update database of the organizational structure relationship according to the update mode information and the latest organizational structure relationship acquired from the server. In step 206, the client sets the identifier of the updated database and the identifier of the existing old operating database, specifically, the client sets the identifier of the updated database to 0 and the identifier of the existing operating database to 1, so that the updated database becomes the new operating database. Or the client directly sets the identifier in the local configuration table to 1.

an updating unit 12, configured to update an update database of the data relationship stored in the client according to the latest data relationship obtained by the relationship obtaining unit 11;
a setting unit 13, configured to set the updated database updated by the updating unit 12 as a latest operating database of the data relationship, and set the operating database as a latest updated database.
The setting unit 13 is specifically configured to set the identifier of the updated update database as the identifier of the operating database, and set the identifier of the operating database as the identifier of the update database.

Further, the manner obtaining unit 14 is further configured to obtain second update manner information of the data relationship from the server, where the second update manner information is information of incremental update;
in this case, the latest data relationship obtained by the relationship obtaining unit 11 from the server may be a partial data relationship that needs to be added, and the updating unit 12 is specifically configured to add the latest data relationship in the update database of the data relationship stored in the client according to the second update mode information obtained by the mode obtaining unit 14.
An environment determining unit 15, configured to determine whether the client belongs to a wireless network environment, and if so, notify the relationship obtaining unit 11 to perform the step of obtaining the latest data relationship.
