The second operating end 611 has an elongated body with one end pivotally connected to the second rotating shaft 63 and one end connected to the second pushing end 612, and when the second operating end 611 is pressed, the second operating end 611 pushes the second elastic restoring member 64 to compress and deform, and the second operating end 611 triggers the second micro switch 62 to be turned on. The second operation end 611 is exposed to the outside of the rear end of the manipulation panel 100. When the second operation unit 6 needs to be operated to control the mower to perform the second action, the user firstly presses the power switch 31 of the power control assembly 3 to switch on the power supply, then presses the second operation end 611, the second pushing end 612 pushes the second elastic reset member 64 to deform in a compression manner, and simultaneously pushes the second micro switch 62, the second micro switch 62 is switched on, and outputs an electric signal, so that the second operation unit 6 works to drive the mower to mow, and when the user no longer presses the second operation end 611, the second pushing end 612 bounces back to the original place under the elastic action due to the action of the second elastic reset member 64, and the second operation unit 6 stops driving the mowing action of the mower. In this embodiment, the control panel 100 controls the mower to mow, and two steps are required, namely, first, the power switch of the power control assembly 3 needs to be started to control the power supply; a second operation spanner 61 which needs to press the second operation unit 6; that is, the second operation unit 6 needs to be driven to operate, the power supply control assembly 3 must be started first, so that the second operation unit 6 drives the mower to perform the second action, if the power supply switch 31 of the power supply control assembly 3 is not started to supply power to the power supply, the second operation wrench 61 of the second operation unit 6 is pressed, and the second operation unit 6 cannot drive the mower to perform the mowing action, so that the safety of the mower operation is ensured.
In this embodiment, the second operation units 6 are two groups of second operation units 6 symmetrically disposed at the rear end of the control panel 100, and the two second operation ends 611 are respectively exposed at two sides of the rear end of the control panel 100 with the symmetry axes of the two push rods 201 as central axes. In the present embodiment, a projection portion of one of the first manipulation ends 511 and one of the second manipulation ends 611 on the same side of the manipulation panel 100 in the front-rear direction overlaps. The arrangement is such that the user can operate the first operating end 511 and the second operating end 611 simultaneously by one hand at the time of use, thereby facilitating the use.
In the present invention, the user may flexibly operate the control panel 100 according to actual needs, that is, the user may operate only one first operation unit 5 or one second operation unit 6 on one side to perform the control of the first action or the second action on the mower, or may simultaneously operate two first operation units 5 and two second operation units 6 on two sides to perform the control of the first action or the second action on the mower. Specifically, when the self-propelled mower needs to be started, the user may press the first operation wrench 51 of one of the first operation units 5 to drive the self-propelled mower, or may press two of the first operation wrenches 51 simultaneously to drive the self-propelled mower. When the mower needs to be started for mowing, the power switch 31 of the power control assembly 3 is pressed, the power is turned on, the user presses one second operation wrench 61 of one second operation unit 6 to drive the mower to mow, and the user can press two second operation wrenches 61 on two sides to drive the mower to mow.
The power display unit 7 includes a display screen 71 installed on the upper panel 11 and exposed to the outside, a power display LED board 72 signal-connected to the display screen 71, and a power display PCB board 73 signal-connected to the display screen. The detection circuit is arranged on the electric quantity display PCB 73, and can detect the electric quantity of the battery of the mower, so that a signal is output to the electric quantity display LED board 72, and the actual electric quantity of the battery of the mower is displayed through the electric quantity display LED board 72. In this way, the display screen 71 of the power display unit 7 is mounted on the upper surface of the upper panel 11, so that a user can easily know the battery power of the mower.
The invention also discloses a control method of the control panel, wherein the control panel is the control panel 100. The control method comprises the following steps:
s1, when the first operation wrench 51 is operated or the first operation wrench 51 and the second operation wrench 61 are operated simultaneously, the power supply circuit supplies power to the first operation unit 5, and the mower (or other garden tool) is in a first action state;
s2, when the power switch 31 is turned on and the second operation wrench 61 is operated at the same time, the power control assembly 3 controls the power supply to supply power to the second operation unit 6, and the mower (or other garden tools) is in a second working state;
s3, when the power switch 31 is turned on and the first operation wrench 51 and the second operation wrench 61 are simultaneously operated, the power supply circuit supplies power to the first operation unit 5, the power supply control assembly 3 controls the power supply to supply power to the second operation unit 6, and the mower (or other garden tools) is simultaneously in a first working state and a second working state.
In summary, the first operation unit 5 and the second operation unit 6 are integrally provided on the control panel 100 of the present invention, so that a user can operate the first operation unit 5 and the second operation unit 6 on the same operation panel, and the mower (or other garden tools) can perform different actions and operations, without performing different operations on different parts of the mower, and the use is convenient.
