The invention discloses a split type adjusting frame for an optical lens, which belongs to the technical field of platform frames of seeker optical cabins and comprises the following components: the device comprises a first frame, a second frame, an upper shaft, a first bearing, a second bearing, an upper bearing seat and a lower bearing seat; the first frame is a U-shaped frame; the second frame is an arc-shaped frame, and two ends of the second frame are provided with connecting blocks butted with the first frame; the common-caliber optical lens is arranged in the first frame, the axis of the common-caliber optical lens is vertical to the axis of the through hole on the bottom surface of the first frame, the upper shaft passes through the through hole on the bottom surface of the first frame and then is arranged at the interface of the side surface of the common-caliber optical lens, and the upper shaft is arranged on the first frame through the first bearing and the upper bearing seat; the second frame is coaxially arranged at the opening of the U-shaped first frame, and the connecting blocks of the second frame are respectively butted with the side surfaces of the first frame to form a rectangular frame; the frame can solve the problem that the installation space of the infrared imaging/semi-active laser common-caliber optical lens is insufficient.

Background
With the rapid development of scientific technology, the future war environment becomes more and more complex, the attack and defense resistance becomes more and more violent, the hitting capability of the accurate guided weapon is seriously influenced, and particularly the single-mode guided weapon is difficult to adapt to the requirement of the future war. Therefore, a new generation of guided weapon is guided in a multimode composite mode, wherein an infrared imaging/semi-active laser common-caliber guiding technology is an important branch of the field, and a semi-active laser optical system is arranged at the lower part of the existing infrared imaging/semi-active laser common-caliber optical lens, so that the whole lens is large in size and large in occupied space; traditional every single move frame construction formula structure as an organic whole, if adopt this every single move frame construction rather than the cooperation, the occupation space of the two is bigger, leads to infrared imaging/semi-active laser to share bore optical lens's installation space not enough.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a split-type adjusting frame for an optical lens, which can solve the problem of insufficient installation space of an infrared imaging/semi-active laser common-aperture optical lens.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a split-type adjustment frame for an optical lens, the components to be fittingly mounted being a common-aperture optical lens, comprising: the device comprises a first frame, a second frame, an upper shaft, a first bearing, a second bearing, an upper bearing seat and a lower bearing seat;
the first frame is a U-shaped frame, and a through hole is processed in the bottom surface of the first frame;
the second frame is an arc-shaped frame, and two connecting blocks butted with the first frame extend from the end faces of two ends of the second frame respectively;
the overall connection relationship is as follows: the common-caliber optical lens is arranged in the first frame, the axis of the common-caliber optical lens is vertical to the axis of the through hole on the bottom surface of the first frame, the upper shaft passes through the through hole on the bottom surface of the first frame and then is arranged at the interface of the side surface of the common-caliber optical lens, and the upper shaft is arranged on the first frame through the first bearing and the upper bearing seat;
the second frame is coaxially arranged at the opening of the U-shaped first frame, and two connecting blocks of the second frame are respectively butted with two side surfaces of the first frame to form a rectangular frame.
And after the two connecting blocks of the second frame are respectively positioned with the two side surfaces of the first frame through the positioning pins, the connecting blocks are connected with the two side surfaces of the first frame through the connecting screws.
Furthermore, through holes are respectively processed on two opposite side surfaces of the first frame; and the through holes are internally provided with rotating shafts connected with the common-caliber optical lens respectively.
Furthermore, during installation, the common-caliber optical lens is installed in the first frame, and then the second frame is in butt joint with the first frame and is installed outside the common-caliber optical lens, so that split installation of the adjusting frame is realized.
Has the advantages that: (1) because the lower part of the common-caliber lens is provided with the semi-active laser optical system, the whole lens is larger in size, and therefore the pitching frame is designed into a split structure and is respectively the first frame and the second frame which are connected through the connecting screw, the common-caliber lens has the characteristics of compact structure and convenience in assembly, and the problem that the mounting space of the common-caliber lens is insufficient is effectively solved.
(2) The rotating shafts connected with the common-caliber optical lens and arranged in the through holes on the two side surfaces of the first frame can realize the pitching motion of the common-caliber optical lens; the rotation, namely the azimuth motion, of the common-caliber optical lens along the axis of the upper shaft can be realized through the upper shaft.

The optical lens comprises a 1-common-caliber optical lens, a 2-first frame, a 3-second frame, a 4-connecting screw, a 5-positioning pin, a 6-upper shaft, a 7-first bearing, a 8-second bearing, a 9-upper bearing seat and a 10-lower bearing seat.

The present embodiment provides a split-type adjustment frame for an optical lens, referring to fig. 1 and 2, comprising: the device comprises a first frame 2, a second frame 3, a connecting screw 4, a positioning pin 5, an upper shaft 6, a first bearing 7, a second bearing 8, an upper bearing seat 9 and a lower bearing seat 10;
the part to be matched and installed is a common-caliber optical lens 1;
the first frame 2 is a U-shaped frame, through holes are respectively processed on three surfaces of the U-shaped frame, and rotating shafts connected with the common-caliber optical lens 1 are installed in the through holes on two opposite side surfaces;
the second frame 3 is an arc-shaped frame, and two connecting blocks butted with the first frame 2 extend from the end surfaces of two ends of the second frame respectively;
the overall connection relationship is as follows: the common-caliber optical lens 1 is arranged in the first frame 2, the axis of the common-caliber optical lens 1 is vertical to the axis of the through hole in the bottom surface of the first frame 2, the upper shaft 6 passes through the through hole in the bottom surface of the first frame 2 and then is arranged at the interface of the side surface of the common-caliber optical lens 1, and the upper shaft 6 is arranged on the first frame 2 through the first bearing 7 and the upper bearing seat 9;
the second frame 3 is coaxially arranged at an opening of the U-shaped first frame 2, two connecting blocks of the second frame 3 are respectively positioned with two side surfaces of the first frame 2 through positioning pins 5, and then are butted with the two side surfaces of the first frame 2 through six connecting screws 4 to form a rectangular frame; the second bearing 8 is matched with a corresponding shaft on the side surface of the common-caliber optical lens 1 and is arranged on the second frame 3 through a lower bearing seat 10;
during installation, the common-caliber optical lens 1 is installed in the first frame 2, and then the second frame 3 is in butt joint with the first frame 2 and further installed outside the common-caliber optical lens 1, so that split installation of the adjusting frame is achieved.
The working principle is as follows: referring to fig. 2-3, when the rotating shafts in the through holes on the two side surfaces of the first frame 2 rotate under the action of the external power device, the common-caliber optical lens 1 can be driven to perform pitching motion; when the upper shaft 6 rotates under the action of the external power device, the common-caliber optical lens 1 can be driven to rotate along the axis of the upper shaft 6, namely, to move in azimuth.

the first frame (2) is a U-shaped frame, and a through hole is processed in the bottom surface of the U-shaped frame;
the second frame (3) is an arc-shaped frame, and two connecting blocks butted with the first frame (2) extend from the end faces of two ends of the second frame respectively;
the overall connection relationship is as follows: the common-caliber optical lens (1) is arranged in the first frame (2), the axis of the common-caliber optical lens (1) is vertical to the axis of the through hole in the bottom surface of the first frame (2), the upper shaft (6) passes through the through hole in the bottom surface of the first frame (2) and then is arranged at the interface of the side surface of the common-caliber optical lens (1), and the upper shaft (6) is arranged on the first frame (2) through the first bearing (7) and the upper bearing seat (9);
the second frame (3) is coaxially arranged at the opening of the U-shaped first frame (2), and two connecting blocks of the second frame (3) are respectively butted with two side surfaces of the first frame (2) to form a rectangular frame; through holes are respectively processed on two opposite side surfaces of the first frame (2); and rotating shafts connected with the common-caliber optical lens (1) are respectively arranged in the through holes.

A split type adjustment frame for an optical lens according to claim 1, further comprising a positioning pin (5) and a connecting screw (4), wherein after the two connecting blocks of the second frame (3) are positioned with the two side surfaces of the first frame (2) by the positioning pin (5), respectively, the connecting blocks are connected with the two side surfaces of the first frame (2) by the connecting screw (4).
3. The split-type adjusting frame for optical lens of claim 1, wherein during installation, the common-aperture optical lens (1) is installed in the first frame (2), and then the second frame (3) is butted with the first frame (2) and further installed outside the common-aperture optical lens (1), so as to realize the split-type installation of the adjusting frame.
