本发明提供了一种容积式真空泵,属于机械加工制造技术领域。它解决了现有真空泵性能稳定、低能耗的问题。本容积式真空泵,包括泵壳体以及沿泵壳体边缘处分布的泵室壁,泵室壁周向环绕形成有泵腔,泵腔内设置有相互分离的气动入口和气动出口,泵腔内设置有呈圆环状的转子,且转子体上设置有两个径向的导向槽,两个导向槽之间设置有叶轮片,叶轮片的两个轴向端部处均设置有可径向移动地支撑在叶轮片上的叶片头,叶轮片端部一侧边上设置有排油通道,排油通道设置有通道凹槽,且凹槽开口沿圆周方向定向且位于径向平面中,转子体内设置有与排油通道相连通的油接收腔。本发明具有性能稳定、低能耗的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工制造技术领域,涉及一种泵,特别涉及一种容积式真空泵。
背景技术
真空泵是一种旋转式变容积气体输送泵,包括干式螺杆真空泵、水环泵、往复泵、滑阀泵、旋片泵、罗茨泵和扩散泵等,具有在较宽的压力范围内有较大的抽速等特点,被广泛用于冶金、化工、食品、电子镀膜等行业。
容积式真空泵是真空泵的一种,主要用于汽车当中,其被作为用于开关,伺服制动器致动器等的致动真空。现有市场上的容积式真空泵大多都采用油润滑的方式来工作,油润滑的真空泵减少了工作中的摩擦损失,降低了磨损,并且由于旋转泵室更好的气动隔离,提高了泵的效率。然而,如果在旋转的泵室中仍然存在大量的油,如果油在排出阶段没有完全排出并因此被压缩,则可能导致叶片头处的高压载荷和功率消耗的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种性能稳定、低能耗的容积式真空泵。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种容积式真空泵,包括泵壳体以及沿泵壳体边缘处分布的泵室壁,所述的泵室壁周向环绕形成有泵腔,所述泵腔内设置有相互分离的气动入口和气动出口,其特征在于,所述的泵腔内设置有呈圆环状的转子,且转子体上设置有两个径向的导向槽,两个所述的导向槽之间设置有叶轮片,所述叶轮片的两个轴向端部处均设置有可径向移动地支撑在叶轮片上的叶片头,所述的叶轮片端部一侧边上设置有排油通道,所述排油通道设置有通道凹槽,且凹槽开口沿圆周方向定向且位于径向平面中,所述的转子体内设置有与排油通道相连通的油接收腔。
本容积式真空泵的工作原理:真空泵设有转子,转子中间设有油接收腔,收集在油接收腔中的油可以从排油通道排出,转子由周围的泵室壁包围并限定在泵室内旋转,排油通道在径向平面上设有通道凹槽,通道凹槽布置成使得油可以仅在叶轮片端部的缩回位置压缩阶段期间从泵室经过排油通道流到油腔。当叶轮片的端部移动到其缩回位置时,泵室的气动出口开口非常小或者甚至可以已经完全关闭。在该最终的压缩阶段中,位于径向平面中的流动开口是打开的,使得留在泵室中的油可以被排放到油接收腔中,直到最终的压缩阶段完全结束。
在上述的一种容积式真空泵中,所述的叶片头的顶端面具有向外凸起的圆台,所述的叶轮片端部与圆台相对应位置处具有与圆台相配合的内圆槽,所述的叶片头底端面呈圆弧状设置,且抵靠于泵室壁上。
在上述的一种容积式真空泵中,所述的排油通道沿叶轮片轴向呈长方形分布,所述排油通道一部分与油接收腔相通,另一端通过叶轮片尾端与导向槽内壁间隙配合。提高排油通道的利用率。
与现有技术相比,本容积式真空泵在叶轮片的端部设计有叶片头,通过改变泵体内的结构,从而实现与传统不一样的排油方式,具有性能稳定、低能耗的优点。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本容积式真空泵,包括泵壳体1以及沿泵壳体1边缘处分布的泵室壁2,所述的泵室壁2周向环绕形成有泵腔3,所述泵腔3内设置有相互分离的气动入口4和气动出口5,其特征在于,所述的泵腔3内设置有呈圆环状的转子6,且转子6体上设置有两个径向的导向槽7,两个所述的导向槽7之间设置有叶轮片8,所述叶轮片8的两个轴向端部处均设置有可径向移动地支撑在叶轮片8上的叶片头9,所述的叶轮片8端部一侧边上设置有排油通道10,所述排油通道10设置有通道凹槽11,且凹槽开口沿圆周方向定向且位于径向平面中,所述的转子6体内设置有与排油通道10相连通的油接收腔12。
进一步细说,叶片头9的顶端面具有向外凸起的圆台13,叶轮片8端部与圆台13相对应位置处具有与圆台13相配合的内圆槽14,叶片头9底端面呈圆弧状设置,且抵靠于泵室壁2上。
为了提高排油通道10的利用率,排油通道10沿叶轮片8轴向呈长方形分布,排油通道10一部分与油接收腔12相通,另一端通过叶轮片8尾端与导向槽7内壁间隙配合。

1.一种容积式真空泵,包括泵壳体(1)以及沿泵壳体(1)边缘处分布的泵室壁(2),所述的泵室壁(2)周向环绕形成有泵腔(3),所述泵腔(3)内设置有相互分离的气动入口(4)和气动出口(5),其特征在于,所述的泵腔(3)内设置有呈圆环状的转子(6),且转子(6)体上设置有两个径向的导向槽(7),两个所述的导向槽(7)之间设置有叶轮片(8),所述叶轮片(8)的两个轴向端部处均设置有可径向移动地支撑在叶轮片(8)上的叶片头(9),所述的叶轮片(8)端部一侧边上设置有排油通道(10),所述排油通道(10)设置有通道凹槽(11),且凹槽开口沿圆周方向定向且位于径向平面中,所述的转子(6)体内设置有与排油通道(10)相连通的油接收腔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种容积式真空泵,其特征在于,所述的叶片头(9)的顶端面具有向外凸起的圆台(13),所述的叶轮片(8)端部与圆台(13)相对应位置处具有与圆台(13)相配合的内圆槽(14),所述的叶片头(9)底端面呈圆弧状设置,且抵靠于泵室壁(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种容积式真空泵,其特征在于,所述的排油通道(10)沿叶轮片(8)轴向呈长方形分布,所述排油通道(10)一部分与油接收腔(12)相通,另一端通过叶轮片(8)尾端与导向槽(7)内壁间隙配合。
