本发明公开了一种管承重式海绵植草砖,包括底座,所述的底座为“井”字形框架结构,由两条横梁(1)和两条纵梁(2)交叉组合而成,横梁(1)与纵梁(2)的交叉处均设有支撑立柱(3);所述的横梁(1)与纵梁(2)的背面沿着其延伸方向均设有水仓(4)。本发明通过在植草砖底座上设置带有排水孔的支撑立柱,使得积水能够从排水孔有效流进放置了海绵的水仓中,被海绵吸收,缓慢排除,有效控制雨水径流,实现自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的城市发展方式,响应国家建设“海绵城市”的号召。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植草砖,具体来说,是一种管承重式海绵植草砖。
背景技术
植草砖是为了尽量多地在建筑地面上增加绿化面积,保持水土涵养,亲近自然,而又要抵抗车辆承载轮胎碾压,绿色停车坪的需要而设计的砌块。
传统的植草砖砌块形状有8字形、X字形,井字形、六方形,这些砌块在铺装完成之后,在其上方种植的草坪,只能是一个小块的四方形、六方形或圆形等,小小草丛只能起到点缀作用,形成“砖包草”,这样,草非常容易营养不良,不易成活,抗气候条件差,茎无法蔓延,根无法生长。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种管承重式海绵植草砖。
技术方案:本发明采用如下技术手段加以实现:一种管承重式海绵植草砖,包括底座,所述的底座为“井”字形框架结构,由两条横梁和两条纵梁交叉组合而成,横梁与纵梁的交叉处均设有支撑立柱;所述的横梁与纵梁的背面沿着其延伸方向均设有水仓。
所述的支撑立柱内部同轴设置排水孔,所述的排水孔贯穿到底。用于引导积水,将其引导到植草砖下方。
所述的横梁和纵梁在相邻的两支撑立柱之间,截面为弧形。
所述的横梁和纵梁在相邻的两支撑立柱之间设置排水孔,所述的排水孔贯穿到底。也是用于引导积水。
所述的水仓贯穿于横梁和纵梁的背面。水仓中用于放置海绵,作吸水用。
支撑立柱的顶面为轮胎的支撑点。
所述的植草砖一体成型,其材质为塑料、铸铝合金、毛玻璃或者高强度纤维混凝土。
本发明通过在植草砖底座上设置带有排水孔的支撑立柱,使得积水能够从排水孔有效流进放置了海绵的水仓中,被海绵吸收,缓慢排除,有效控制雨水径流,实现自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的城市发展方式,响应国家建设“海绵城市”的号召。
本发明使得加培土壤时容易下滑踏实,易施工,使用于停车场时,“多草包少砖”,植草易茂盛。
本发明槽状和孔状部位较多,减轻了产品的重量,降低了生产成本,并且,可以使用铸铝合金,注塑,玻璃,纤维砼,实现废物利用。

下面结合说明书附图对本发明进行进一步详述:
如图,一种管承重式海绵植草砖,包括底座,本发明中,底座为“井”字形框架结构,由两条横梁1和两条纵梁2交叉组合而成,横梁1与纵梁2的交叉处均设有支撑立柱3,用于形成支撑面;横梁1与纵梁2的背面沿着其延伸方向均设有水仓4,水仓4为槽状空腔,开口于横梁1和纵梁2的侧面,用来积水或者预留给填放海绵的位置;下雨积水后就是临时水仓或者海绵吸水仓。
支撑立柱3内部同轴设置排水孔5,排水孔5贯穿到底,下雨时,排水孔5引导水流向水仓4,并从横梁1和纵梁2的侧面排出,加强排水速度,雨停后水分慢慢蒸发,以调节局部气候。
横梁1和纵梁2在相邻的两支撑立柱3之间,截面为弧形。横梁1和纵梁2在相邻的两支撑立柱3之间设置排水孔5,排水孔5贯穿到底。水仓4贯穿于横梁1和纵梁2的背面,水仓中用于填放海绵,成为海绵仓。

1.一种管承重式海绵植草砖,其特征在于:包括底座,所述的底座为“井”字形框架结构,由两条横梁(1)和两条纵梁(2)交叉组合而成,横梁(1)与纵梁(2)的交叉处均设有支撑立柱(3);所述的横梁(1)与纵梁(2)的背面沿着其延伸方向均设有水仓(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的管承重式海绵植草砖,其特征在于:所述的支撑立柱(3)内部同轴设置排水孔(5),所述的排水孔(5)贯穿到底。
3.如权利要求2所述的管承重式海绵植草砖,其特征在于:所述的横梁(1)和纵梁(2)在相邻的两支撑立柱(3)之间,截面为弧形。
4.如权利要求3所述的管承重式海绵植草砖,其特征在于:所述的横梁(1)和纵梁(2)在相邻的两支撑立柱(3)之间设置排水孔(5),所述的排水孔(5)贯穿到底。
5.如权利要求4所述的管承重式海绵植草砖,其特征在于:所述的水仓(4)贯穿于横梁(1)和纵梁(2)的背面。
6.如权利要求5所述的管承重式海绵植草砖,其特征在于:所述的植草砖一体成型,其材质为塑料、铸造铝合金,毛玻璃或者高强度纤维混凝土。
