As another press-fitting method, the straight-through type press head or the stepped press head in the above-described various press-fitting methods may be replaced with an adjustable press head; and the length of the compressing part extending out of the adjusting part is changed according to the pressing depth. (2) One joint press-fitting device controls the synchronous press-fitting of at least two pressure heads, so that the press-fitting efficiency can be improved.
(3) The driving mechanism comprises a press-fitting air cylinder, a limiting air cylinder and a speed adjusting device which is respectively connected with the two air cylinders, so that the stepless speed adjustment of the two air cylinders can be realized, and the press-fitting process is stable and reliable.
(4) The base below the locating plate is provided with the cross beam with adjustable height, the cross beam is provided with the wire clamps corresponding to the pressure heads one by one, and the wire clamps are used for flexibly fixing the cables connected with the connectors, so that the connectors are conveniently fixed, and the press mounting work is stably carried out.
(5) The first limiting rod comprises a main body part which is connected with the sliding seat in an up-down adjustable way, a guide sleeve which is arranged at the tail end of the main body part, and a spring which is accommodated in the guide sleeve; the main body part is adjusted up and down, so that the distance of the first pressing depth can be finely adjusted; the spring is used for buffering the impact force of the guide sleeve and the first limiting block during the pressing, so that the loss of the first limiting rod is reduced, the service life of the first limiting rod is prolonged, and the equipment maintenance cost is reduced.
(6) The second limiting rod is connected with the sliding seat in an up-down adjustable manner, and the second limiting block is positioned right below the second limiting rod and is detachably fixed on the supporting platform; the second limiting rod is adjusted up and down, and the second limiting block is disassembled, assembled and replaced to be high, so that the second pressing depth can be adjusted, and the universality of the equipment is high.
The joint press-fitting method provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) According to connectors with different specifications, the first press fitting or the second press fitting can be selected by adjusting the gear selection key, so that the press fitting requirements of different connectors are met.
(2) The second press fitting in the second press fitting can adopt the second limiting rod and the second limiting block to limit the second press fitting depth of the press head in a matched mode, and can also adopt the press fitting depth limited by the step press head and the positioning plate in a matched mode, the method is flexible and changeable, fatigue loss of accessories in long-time work can be reduced, the service life of the accessories is prolonged, and the equipment maintenance cost is reduced.
(3) The adjustable pressure head is adopted, the length of the pressing part extending out of the adjusting part is changed through adjusting the adjusting part, and then the pressing depth is changed, so that the adjustable pressure head is applicable to primary press fitting and secondary press fitting, and has strong universality, and the operation of changing the pressure head is avoided.
