Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to financial terminals, and more particularly, to an ATM capable of automatically correcting statistics of open time rates.
Background
The turn-on rate is one of the important indicators for measuring the working state of the ATM, and the turn-on rate of the ATM = sum of service time/statistical period. To better maintain the ATM, the manager needs to know the ATM on-time rate and can only count the situation manually. The ATM service starting time is totally manually registered or simply recorded, and is lack of science and rigor. Since power is not true of ATM service time, all functional components are required to operate properly to account for true service time. The functional components include a card reader, a keyboard, a network module, a display … … cashbox module, and the like. In order to maintain the ATM better, a manager needs to know the opening rate of the ATM, and can count the situation only by manpower, so that the error is large.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an ATM capable of self-correcting an open probability.
The ATM for self-correcting the open probability is characterized by comprising the following components: the bill binding device comprises a bill binding switch, a bill adding switch, a maintenance switch, a first signal trigger unit, a second signal trigger unit, a signal collecting unit and an opening rate calculating unit;
the account binding switch is used for triggering the first signal triggering unit when the ATM binds accounts;
the cash adding switch is used for triggering the first signal triggering unit when the ATM adds cash;
the maintenance switch is used for triggering the first signal triggering unit during the ATM maintenance;
when the first signal trigger unit is triggered, a first signal is continuously sent to the signal collection unit;
the second signal triggering unit is used for checking the working state of each functional component of the ATM and continuously sending a second signal to the signal collecting unit when any functional component is in a non-working state;
the signal collecting unit carries out accumulation processing on the duration of the first signal and accumulation and subtraction processing on the duration of the second signal, obtains correction time after the duration of the first signal and the duration of the second signal are subjected to summation processing, and sends the correction time to the on-time rate calculating unit;
the open-time rate calculation unit adds the correction time to the sum of the ATM service time and then divides the sum by the statistical cycle time to obtain the corrected open-time rate.
The ATM is also provided with a communication unit which is in communication connection with the upper computer and used for sending the corrected opening rate.
The ATM uses text to record the corrected on-time value of each period in the local system.
The ATM capable of self-correcting the opening rate has the advantages that the opening rate does not need to be monitored by a worker, and the opening rate is added with correction parameters of account binding, money adding and maintenance programs opposite opening rates which are daily encountered by the ATM. The time that the power is conducted but the full-function part works normally in the initial starting time is also cut off. In the daily operation of the ATM, whether the ATM is in a normal maintenance state, a binding state, a cash adding state or sudden loss of function of a certain functional component, the duration of the ATM is included in the calculation of the opening rate. The ATM with the function of calculating the turn-on rate and self-correcting the turn-on rate can accurately express the turn-on rate of the ATM in various places by sending information to the upper computer without manual statistics of workers, and is favorable for unified management of the ATM by enterprises.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an ATM for self-correcting open-circuit probability according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, an ATM for self-correcting an open probability according to the present invention includes: the cash register comprises a binding switch, a cash adding switch, a maintenance switch, a first signal trigger unit, a second signal trigger unit, a signal collecting unit and an opening rate calculating unit. The account binding switch is used for triggering the first signal triggering unit when the ATM binds accounts; the cash adding switch is used for triggering the first signal triggering unit when the ATM adds cash; the maintenance switch is used for triggering the first signal triggering unit during the ATM maintenance; when the first signal trigger unit is triggered, the first signal trigger unit continuously sends out a first signal to the signal collection unit. The second signal triggering unit is used for checking the working state of each functional unit of the ATM and continuously sending a second signal to the signal collecting unit when any functional unit is in a non-working state. The signal collecting unit carries out accumulation processing on the duration of the first signal, carries out accumulation subtraction processing on the duration of the second signal, obtains correction time after the duration of the first signal and the duration of the second signal are subjected to summation processing, and sends the correction time to the on-time rate calculating unit. The open-time rate calculation unit adds the correction time to the sum of the ATM service time and then divides the sum by the statistical cycle time to obtain the corrected open-time rate. The communication unit is in communication connection with the upper computer and is used for sending the corrected turn-on rate; and the corrected on-time value for each cycle is recorded in the local system by text.
The working principle of the ATM capable of self-correcting the opening probability is that the time of daily operations of the ATM, including account binding, bank note adding and maintenance, is accurately calculated into the normal service time, the time of influence of any functional part in a non-working state is eliminated, and finally the opening probability after self-correction is obtained. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the turn-on rate = (sum of service time + correction time)/statistical period, for example, an ATM of a certain bank outlet accounts for 2 hours each day, the two hours should be counted as the normal service time, the sum of the normal service time of the ATM on a certain day is 18 hours, the turn-on process accumulates 0.5 hour of fault time, and the turn-on rate of the ATM = (18 + 2-0.5)/24 =81.25% is counted by taking 24 hours as the statistical period; if the self-correcting function is not available, the open-circuit rate of the ATM =18/24= 75%. After the correction function is added, the adjustment value of the split probability is very obvious. Each bank manages a large amount of ATMs, the corrected opening rate can be more accurate for the ATM management of the bank, and the maintenance cost of the bank is effectively reduced. The fault time is determined as the fault time as long as any functional component in the ATM is in a non-working state. For example, in the first few minutes of startup, the host system does not completely start all processes and cannot enter the working state in time, and the time until the host system starts all processes and formally enters the working state is accumulated and recorded as the fault time.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various other changes and modifications may be made in the above-described embodiments and concepts and all such changes and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the appended claims.
