the first electromagnetic lock 4 is fixed on the frame 1, the first electromagnetic lock 4 is provided with a first groove, one part of the first electromagnetic rod 5 is slidably arranged in the first groove, the other part of the first electromagnetic rod 5 extends out of the first electromagnetic lock 4, the end part of the first electromagnetic rod 5 is rotationally connected with the first pawl 3, the part of the first electromagnetic rod 5 positioned outside the first electromagnetic lock 4 is provided with a first retainer ring 501, the first spring 9 is sleeved on the first electromagnetic rod 5, the end part of the first spring 9 is fixedly connected with the first retainer ring 501, the other end part of the first spring is abutted against the outer wall of the first electromagnetic lock 4,
the second electromagnetic lock 7 is fixed on the frame 1, the second electromagnetic lock 7 is provided with a second groove, one part of the second electromagnetic rod 8 is slidably arranged in the second groove, the other part of the second electromagnetic rod 8 extends out of the second electromagnetic lock 7, the end part of the second electromagnetic rod 8 is rotationally connected with the second pawl 6, a second clamping ring is arranged on the part, located outside the second electromagnetic lock 6, of the second electromagnetic rod 8, a second spring is sleeved on the second electromagnetic rod 8, the end part of the second spring is fixedly connected with the second clamping ring, and the other end part of the second spring is abutted against the outer wall of the second electromagnetic lock 6.
Fig. 3 is an enlarged schematic view of the first pawl 3, the first electromagnetic lock 4, the first electromagnetic rod 5, and the first spring 9, and the structures of the second pawl 6, the second electromagnetic lock 7, the second electromagnetic rod 8, and the second spring can be known by analogy, because the structures of the second pawl 6, the second electromagnetic lock 7, the second electromagnetic rod 8, and the second spring are similar to those of the first pawl 3, the first electromagnetic lock 4, the first electromagnetic rod 5, and the first spring 9.
