displaying the characteristic image and a license plate number input frame in a display area of an input terminal, displaying a special license plate keyboard with virtual keys corresponding to a reference province abbreviation and a reference province city abbreviation of a province to which the current geographic position belongs, and highlighting the reference province abbreviation of the province to which the current geographic position of the vehicle belongs;
when the special license plate keyboard receives a user touch operation, acquiring a user touch province abbreviation, and adjusting the layout of the special license plate keyboard based on the user touch province abbreviation;
wherein, the step of displaying the characteristic image and the license plate number input frame in the display area of the input terminal and displaying the special license plate keyboard with the virtual keys corresponding to the reference province abbreviation and the reference province-city abbreviation of the province to which the current geographic position belongs further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a reference province city abbreviation of the province to which the current geographic position belongs, and counting the triggering times of the virtual keys triggered by touch operation in a preset period of each province city;
and sequencing the triggering times of all provinces and cities, and selecting a reference province and city according to the sequenced triggering times so as to display a corresponding virtual key for short for the reference province and city on the special license plate keyboard.

The method of claim 1, wherein the step of displaying the feature image and the license plate number input box in the display area of the input terminal and displaying the special license plate keyboard with the virtual keys corresponding to the reference province abbreviation and the reference province-city abbreviation of the province to which the current geographic location belongs comprises:
