As shown in figure 1, the hard disk bracket convenient to mount comprises a first supporting plate 2 and a second supporting plate 3, wherein the lower ends of the first supporting plate 2 and the second supporting plate 3 are fixedly connected with a chassis base 1 respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 12, the inner side surfaces of the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3 (the side opposite to the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3 is the inner side, and the same applies below) are respectively provided with a guide plate 4 extending obliquely downward, and the free end of the guide plate 4 is provided with an upper pressing plate 41 extending outward and horizontally arranged. And supporting plates 5 for supporting the hard disk 8 are respectively arranged below the guide plates 4 on the inner side surfaces of the first supporting plate 2 and the second supporting plate 3. When the hard disk drive works, the supporting plate 5 is matched with the upper pressing plate 41, and the hard disk 8 is clamped between the supporting plate 5 and the upper pressing plate 41. The inner side surfaces of the first supporting plate 2 and the second supporting plate 3 are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning pins 6 between the guide plate 4 and the supporting plate 5, and the positioning pins 6 are the same in number with the positioning holes in the hard disk 8 and are in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning holes in the hard disk. As a specific embodiment, the number of the positioning pins 6 provided on the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3 is two in this embodiment.
The positioning holes may be threaded holes for the hard disk 8 to fit into a conventional hard disk carrier, or may be holes that are reworked to accommodate the hard disk carrier.
During installation, the hard disk 8 is firstly placed between the guide plate 4 of the first support plate 2 and the guide plate 4 of the second support plate 3, then the hard disk 8 is pressed downwards, and the guide plate 4 is overturned outwards under the action of the pressing force in the process of pressing the hard disk 8 downwards. Then the lower extreme of the side of hard disk 8 with locating pin 6 contact, produce the extrusion force between locating pin 6 and the hard disk 8 to under the effect of extrusion force, first backup pad 2 and the whole upset that inclines to the outside respectively of second backup pad 3. Until the upper side of the hard disk 8 moves to below the upper platen 41. At this time, the guide plate 4 and the upper pressing plate 41 are turned inwards by the restoring force, and at the same time, the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3 are also turned inwards respectively by the restoring force until the positioning pins 6 are inserted into the corresponding positioning holes, and the upper pressing plate 41 presses the hard disk 8 from above.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, the upper side of the supporting plate 5 is provided with a damping pad 51 made of rubber, and the lower side of the upper pressing plate 41 is provided with a cushion pad 42 made of rubber, so that on one hand, the influence of vibration of the server on the hard disk 8 during normal operation can be reduced, and on the other hand, the risk of falling exists during transportation, so that the hard disk 8 can be protected to a certain extent.
As can be seen from the above installation process, in the installation process, the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3 may elastically deform, and when the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3 collide with the hard disk 8 under the action of the restoring force. This may cause damage to the hard disk 8, for which reason the cushion 42 is wedge-shaped as shown in figures 3 and 5. Thus, when the upper pressing plate 41 moves inward under the restoring force, it will receive the resistance of the wedge-shaped cushion pad 42, so as to reduce the inward movement speed of the first supporting plate 2 (second supporting plate 3), thereby protecting the hard disk 8 to a certain extent.
In order to improve the adaptability of the hard disk bracket, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 7 and 12, adjusting components 7 are respectively disposed between the positioning pin 6 and the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3.
As shown in fig. 7, the adjusting assembly 7 includes guide blocks 71 respectively disposed on the outer sides of the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3, and the guide blocks 71 are located between the guide plates 4 and the supporting plate 5. As shown in fig. 4, 9 and 12, the guide block 71 is provided with a guide groove 72 penetrating the guide block 71 along the length direction, and the inner side surfaces of the first support plate 2 and the second support plate 3 are respectively provided with sliding grooves communicated with the guide groove 72, and the sliding grooves are arranged along the horizontal direction. Sliding plates 73 are respectively arranged in the guide grooves 72, and the number of the sliding plates 73 is the same as that of the positioning pins 6 and corresponds to that of the positioning pins one by one. As shown in fig. 4 and 11, the positioning pin 6 is fixedly connected to the sliding plate 73, and the free end of the positioning pin 6 passes through the sliding slot and protrudes out of the inner side of the first supporting plate 2 (the second supporting plate 3). As a specific embodiment, the positioning pin 6 in this embodiment is fixedly connected to the sliding plate 73 by a threaded connection.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, a rack 731 is fixedly disposed at a lower end of an outer side surface of the sliding plate 73, a central shaft 74 is rotatably connected to the guide block 71, a gear 741 engaged with the rack 731 is disposed at an inner end of the central shaft 74, and preferably, a handle 742 is disposed at an outer end of the central shaft 74 for facilitating operation.
As shown in fig. 8, the guide block 71 is provided with a tightening screw 75 at each of two sides of the central shaft 74, the tightening screw 75 is connected to the guide block 71 through a thread, and after the position of the positioning pin 6 is adjusted, the tightening screw 75 is tightened to tighten the end of the tightening screw 75 against the sliding plate 73.
For convenience of operation, as shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the first support plate 2 is provided with a pressing plate 21 extending obliquely upward.
Due to the positioning pin 6 and the inner side, the installation position of the hard disk 8 cannot be accurately judged by visual inspection when the hard disk 8 is installed, and the positioning pin 6 cannot be accurately clamped into the positioning hole. For this purpose, as shown in fig. 12, a positioning plate 31 is provided on the inner side surface of the second support plate 3 above the guide plate 4. Therefore, when the hard disk 8 is installed, the end face of one side of the hard disk 8 only needs to be abutted against the positioning plate 31, and then the hard disk 8 is pressed downwards.
The reason why only one supporting plate is provided with the pressing plate 21 is that, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of hard disk brackets are often mounted on the chassis base 1 side by side, and if the pressing plates 21 are provided on the first supporting plate 2 and the second supporting plate 3, the distance between two adjacent hard disk brackets is relatively large, and the occupied space is large.
