Abstract
太阳能采暖空气净化百叶窗帘,由若干叶片、转轴、电机和传动带组成,每个叶片一端连接一根转轴,电机与转轴相连,转轴之间通过传动带相连,叶片为设置太阳能高选择性吸热膜层的铝板,太阳能高选择性吸热膜层设置在铝板的迎光面,每个叶片的背光面设置换热管,送风风机通过流量阀与换热管进口相连,换热管出口端设置若干散热孔。本发明通过将太阳能高选择性吸热膜层应用到窗帘叶片上,实现了百叶窗帘冬天寒冷季节吸热功能,通过空气净化器应用到百叶窗帘上,实现了百叶窗帘雾霾天气空气净化的功能。满足了人们对舒适性的要求,具有设计合理、操作便利和舒适美观的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生活办公用品技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能采暖空气净化百叶窗帘。
背景技术
目前,人们利用房屋中的窗户大都是通风透光,后来人们又增加了百
叶窗,既通风透光又美观、凉爽;这在一定程度上满足了人们的需要,但是,它仅有调节室内光线的功能,到冬天寒冷季节百叶窗又没有用处,功能单一,难以满足人们对舒适性越来越高的要求。
太阳能高选择性吸热采暖膜吸收率达到96%,发射率9%,具有非常优异的光学性能指标,采用所有类型的太阳能高选择性吸热膜层包括但不限于以下几种,电镀黑铬太阳能高选择性吸热膜层,阳极氧化高选择性吸热膜层,磁控溅射高选择性吸热膜层,喷涂形式或辊涂形式的太阳能高选择性吸收膜层和纳米金属直接氧化烧结和单原子层沉积方法将金属铬粉、金属锰粉和金属铜粉混合形成纳米金属材料在铝板表面形成一层高选择性吸热采暖膜,如果将太阳能高选择性吸热采暖膜应用到目前的百叶窗帘上就可解决现有窗帘的弊端。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种太阳能采暖空气净化百叶窗帘,以解决现有技术存在的不具备采暖和净化空气功能的问题。
本发明由若干叶片、转轴、电机和传动带组成,每个叶片一端连接一根转轴,电机与转轴相连,转轴之间通过传动带相连,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是叶片为设置太阳能高选择性吸热膜层的铝板,太阳能高选择性吸热膜层设置在铝板的迎光面,每个叶片的背光面设置换热管,一台送风风机通过流量阀与换热管进口相连,换热管出口端设置若干散热孔。
上述送风风机进口与空气净化器相连,空气净化器内置物理吸附机构和负离子发生机构。
上述叶片厚度为0.1毫米~0.5毫米之间,宽度在50毫米~200毫米之间。
上述换热管之间通过连接管彼此相通,连接管为耐高温软管,连接管材质为无规共聚聚丙烯管或硅胶软管。
本发明使用时,使用者既可以通过启动电机带动转轴转动,也可以通过手动拉动传动带带动转轴转动,从而根据天气和季节的不同调整叶片的迎光角度,使叶片的太阳能高选择性吸热膜层充分迎向阳光,以吸收光能,启动送风风机,经过空气净化器净化的新鲜空气进入换热管中,空气在换热管中吸收叶片太阳能高选择性吸热膜层的热量,最后通过换热管出口端的散热孔送至室内,加热室内空气。
本发明通过将太阳能高选择性吸热膜层应用到窗帘叶片上,实现了百叶窗帘冬天寒冷季节吸热功能,满足了人们对舒适性的要求,具有设计合理、操作便利和舒适美观的优点。

如图1所示,一种太阳能采暖空气净化百叶窗帘,由若干叶片1、转轴2、电机3和传动带4组成,每个叶片1一端连接一根转轴2,电机3与转轴2相连,转轴2之间通过传动带4相连,叶片1为设置太阳能高选择性吸热膜层的铝板,叶片厚度为0.1毫米~0.5毫米之间,宽度在50毫米~200毫米之间,太阳能高选择性吸热膜层设置在铝板的迎光面,每个叶片的背光面设置换热管5,换热管5之间通过连接管6彼此相通,连接管6为耐高温软管,一台送风风机7通过流量阀8与换热管5进口相连,换热管5出口端设置若干散热孔9,送风风机7进口与空气净化器10相连,空气净化器10内置物理吸附机构11和负离子发生机构12,连接管材质为无规共聚聚丙烯管或硅胶软管。

1.一种太阳能采暖空气净化百叶窗帘,由若干叶片、转轴、电机和传动带组成,每个叶片一端连接一根转轴,电机与转轴相连,转轴之间通过传动带相连,其特征是叶片为设置太阳能高选择性吸热膜层的铝板,太阳能高选择性吸热膜层设置在铝板的迎光面,每个叶片的背光面设置换热管,换热管之间通过连接管彼此相通,连接管为耐高温软管,一台送风风机通过流量阀与换热管进口相连,换热管出口端设置若干散热孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能采暖空气净化百叶窗帘,其特征是送风风机进口与空气净化器相连,空气净化器内置物理吸附机构和负离子发生机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能采暖空气净化百叶窗帘,其特征是叶片厚度为0.1毫米~0.5毫米之间,宽度在50毫米~200毫米之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能采暖空气净化百叶窗帘,其特征是连接管材质为无规共聚聚丙烯管或硅胶软管。
