Abstract
本发明公开了一种公共场所异味清洁器,包括机壳体,所述机壳体的一端安装有前盖板,且机壳体上相对于前盖板的一端安装有固定吸盘,所述前盖板的中间位置处设置有出风百叶窗,且前盖板上靠近出风百叶窗的顶部位置处设置有LED显示屏,所述前盖板上远离LED显示屏的一侧安装有集尘盒,且前盖板的内壁上安装有负离子发生器,所述集尘盒的两侧对称安装有两个滑块,本发明设置了集尘盒,实现清洁器内部灰尘的收集,防止灰尘积攒在清洁器内部,保障清洁器的出风效果,延长了清洁器的使用寿命,设置了固定吸盘,实现便于清洁器的安装和拆卸,能够随用随拆,增加了清洁器的灵活性和实用性。

技术领域
本发明属于公共场所设备技术领域,具体涉及一种公共场所异味清洁器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用 、商用、工业、楼宇等。
但是目前市场上的公共场所异味清洁器在净化空气过程中仍然存在一定的缺陷,例如,清洁器长时间使用内部容易积攒灰尘,难以清理,影响清洁器的出风效果,导致清洁器易损坏,降低清洁器的使用寿命,另外公共场所清洁器安装繁琐,且难以拆卸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种公共场所异味清洁器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的清洁器长时间使用内部容易积攒灰尘,难以清理,影响清洁器的出风效果,同时清洁器安装和拆卸不便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种公共场所异味清洁器,包括机壳体,所述机壳体的一端安装有前盖板,且机壳体上相对于前盖板的一端安装有固定吸盘,所述前盖板的中间位置处设置有出风百叶窗,且前盖板上靠近出风百叶窗的顶部位置处设置有LED显示屏,所述前盖板上远离LED显示屏的一侧安装有集尘盒,且前盖板的内壁上安装有负离子发生器,所述集尘盒的两侧对称安装有两个滑块,所述固定吸盘的一侧中间位置处安装有调节旋钮,所述LED显示屏的两侧对称安装有两个操作按钮,所述前盖板的内部中间位置处从左到右依次安装有HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网和光触媒过滤网,且前盖板的内部上方安装有NUC100主控制器和TGS2600气味传感器,所述TGS2600气味传感器位于NUC100主控制器的一侧,所述NUC100主控制器与TGS2600气味传感器电性连接,所述前盖板的内部底部开设有与集尘盒相匹配的安装槽,且安装槽的内壁两侧开设有两个与两个滑块相对应的滑槽,所述机壳体的内部中间位置处开设有送风通道,且机壳体的两侧对称开设有两个空气进口,所述送风通道的内部通过固定座安装有微型电机,且送风通道内部靠近微型电机的一侧位置处固定有挡罩,所述微型电机的一端安装有扇叶,所述机壳体内部靠近挡罩的一侧位置处安装有UV灯管,且UV灯管的两端均固定有灯座,所述LED显示屏与TGS2600气味传感器电性连接,所述UV灯管与灯座电性连接,所述灯座、微型电机、操作按钮和负离子发生器均与NUC100主控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述调节旋钮与固定吸盘通过转轴转动连接。
优选的,所述出风百叶窗上设置有若干个百叶,且若干个百叶呈矩形阵列分布。
优选的,所述扇叶与微型电机通过传动轴转动连接。
优选的,所述集尘盒与安装槽通过滑块和滑槽滑动连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明设置了集尘盒,清洁器长期工作,空气中掺杂的细小颗粒附着在清洁器内部部件上,当颗粒达到一定重量时,在其重力的作用下掉落进集尘盒中,一段时间后,公共场所清洁人员可通过把手拉动集尘盒,集尘盒在滑块和滑槽的配合下被拉出,实现集尘盒的定期清理,从而实现清洁器内部灰尘的收集,防止灰尘积攒在清洁器内部,保障清洁器的出风效果,延长了清洁器的使用寿命。
(2)本发明设置了固定吸盘,清洁器安装时,公共场所清洁人员可通过转动调节旋钮,将固定吸盘中的空气挤出,固定吸盘内部呈现真空状态将清洁器吸附在墙体上,拆卸时,清洁人员转动调节旋钮,将外部空气放入固定吸盘中,固定吸盘内部呈非真空状态,清洁人员即可拆卸下清洁器,实现便于清洁器的安装和拆卸,能够随用随拆,增加了清洁器的灵活性和实用性。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种公共场所异味清洁器,包括机壳体4,为了便于清洁器的安装和拆卸,机壳体4的一端安装有前盖板1,且机壳体4上相对于前盖板1的一端安装有固定吸盘10,前盖板1的中间位置处设置有出风百叶窗21,且前盖板1上靠近出风百叶窗21的顶部位置处设置有LED显示屏23,这样能够通过LED显示屏23直观了解公共场所空气中的异味浓度,实现清洁器自动清洁空气,前盖板1上远离LED显示屏23的一侧安装有集尘盒13,且前盖板1的内壁上安装有负离子发生器24,集尘盒13的两侧对称安装有两个滑块19,固定吸盘10的一侧中间位置处安装有调节旋钮7,LED显示屏23的两侧对称安装有两个操作按钮22,为了实现清洁器过滤净化空气,并增加空气中的负离子,给人们营造一个舒适的公共环境,前盖板1的内部中间位置处从左到右依次安装有HEPA过滤网17、活性炭过滤网16和光触媒过滤网15,且前盖板1的内部上方安装有NUC100主控制器18和TGS2600气味传感器2,TGS2600气味传感器2位于NUC100主控制器18的一侧,NUC100主控制器18与TGS2600气味传感器2电性连接,前盖板1的内部底部开设有与集尘盒13相匹配的安装槽12,且安装槽12的内壁两侧开设有两个与两个滑块19相对应的滑槽11,机壳体4的内部中间位置处开设有送风通道6,且机壳体4的两侧对称开设有两个空气进口20,送风通道6的内部通过固定座安装有微型电机8,且送风通道6内部靠近微型电机8的一侧位置处固定有挡罩5,微型电机8的一端安装有扇叶9,这样能够便于微型电机8驱动扇叶9转动,实现清洁器将公共场所空气吸入并进行过滤净化,机壳体4内部靠近挡罩5的一侧位置处安装有UV灯管14,且UV灯管14的两端均固定有灯座3,LED显示屏23与TGS2600气味传感器2电性连接,UV灯管14与灯座3电性连接,灯座3、微型电机8、操作按钮22和负离子发生器24均与NUC100主控制器18电性连接。
本实施例中,优选的,调节旋钮7与固定吸盘10通过转轴转动连接。通过转动结构的设置,可以便于通过转动调节旋钮7来调节固定吸盘10吸附,实现便于清洁器的安装和拆卸。
本实施例中,优选的,出风百叶窗21上设置有若干个百叶,且若干个百叶呈矩形阵列分布。通过设置的出风百叶窗21,能够起到遮挡的作用,防止轻质物体被吸进,保障清洁器的正常工作。
本实施例中,优选的,扇叶9与微型电机8通过传动轴转动连接。通过传动轴传动连接设置,可以利用微型电机8带动扇叶9高速转动,将公共场所空气吸入进行过滤净化,实现清除公共场所空气中的异味。
本实施例中,优选的,集尘盒13与安装槽12通过滑块19和滑槽11滑动连接。通过设置的滑块19和滑槽11,可以将集尘盒13滑动拉出或推进安装槽12中,便于集尘盒13的开合,实现集尘盒13的定期清理。
本实施例中,优选的,前盖板1与机壳体4通过螺栓固定连接。通过螺栓的设置,可以将前盖板1通过螺栓与机壳体4牢固固定,操作简便,便于前盖板1与机壳体4的安装和拆卸。
工作原理:该发明在使用时,使用者先转到调节旋钮7,将清洁器通过固定吸盘10牢固吸附在墙壁上,再将其接通外部电源,然后使用者通过操作按钮22打开清洁器电源,此时清洁器开始工作,灯座3上安装的UV灯管14在通电后发射出紫外线,TGS2600气味传感器2检测公共场所空气的异味浓度,并将检测数据显示在LED显示屏23上,当异味浓度达到一定时,即将信号反馈给NUC100主控制器18,NUC100主控制器18接收信号,并对信号进行分析、处理,计算处理后控制微型电机8工作,并通过传动轴驱动扇叶9转动,通过空气进口20将公共场所中的空气抽进,空气经过送风通道6被送进,并在UV灯管14发出的紫外线下进行光化反应,经过光触媒过滤网15、活性炭过滤网16和HEPA过滤网17层层过滤后,由出风百叶窗21排出,同时负离子发生器24在NUC100主控制器18的控制下产生负离子,负离子随着空气排出,以增加空气中的负离子成分,以此完成对公共场所空气的过滤净化,去除空气中掺杂的异味,清洁器长期工作,空气中掺杂的细小颗粒附着在清洁器内部部件上,当颗粒达到一定重量时,在其重力的作用下掉落进集尘盒13中,一段时间后,公共场所清洁人员可通过把手拉动集尘盒13,集尘盒13在滑块19和滑槽11的配合下被拉出,实现集尘盒13的定期清理,从而实现清洁器内部灰尘的收集,防止灰尘积攒在清洁器内部,保障清洁器的出风效果,延长了清洁器的使用寿命。
