技术领域
本发明涉及窗台灯结构的技术领域,特别是一种窗台灯组合安装架。
背景技术
窗台灯是安装于屋檐下方的灯泡,能够为行人提供方便,同时在夏季的夜晚还可为人们提供用餐的场合,即窗台灯下面可放置多个餐桌,人们可围着餐桌用餐,窗台灯亮后提供光源,以便于用餐者夹菜。然而,当客人要求在户外进行用餐时,由于窗台灯的是固定安装的无法挪动,进一步的无法满足客人要求。
为解决这一问题,也有采用移动灯泡满足要求,即将灯泡安装于支架上,支架可固定于餐桌桌腿上,虽然能够一时解决问题,但是当用餐结束后,又需要服务员将其收回,操作非常不方便。此外当一条直线上布置多个餐桌时,由于灯泡发射光源始终是朝下的,光照范围有限,不能将所有的餐桌照亮,存在使用范围有限的缺陷。另外窗台灯功率较大,产热量大,升高了周围的热量,使用餐者出汗,影响正常用餐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、散热效果好、可调节俯仰角度以照亮所有餐桌、满足客人用餐、制造成本低、方便使用后回收的窗台灯组合安装架。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种窗台灯组合安装架,它包括筒体和伸缩杆,所述筒体的一端固设于墙体上,筒体的另一端内插装有可沿筒体轴线移动的伸缩杆,筒体的柱面上开设有通孔,通孔内螺纹连接有锁紧螺钉,锁紧螺钉的尖锐部抵压于伸缩杆上,所述伸缩杆的另一端由左往右顺次设置有通孔和支架,支架位于伸缩杆的下方,支架上经销轴铰接有安装板,安装板的底部设置有散热器,散热器的底部设置有灯罩,灯罩的底部设置有灯座,灯座内安装有窗台灯,所述通孔内插装有固定杆,固定杆的底部铰接于安装板上。
所述的散热器为齿片式散热器,齿片式散热器的散热齿固定于安装板的底部,所述的灯罩设置于齿片式散热器的基板上。
所述的筒体与伸缩杆同轴设置。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构紧凑、散热效果好、可调节俯仰角度以照亮所有餐桌、满足客人用餐、制造成本低、方便使用后回收。

如图1所示,一种窗台灯组合安装架,它包括筒体1和伸缩杆2,所述筒体1的一端固设于墙体上,筒体1的另一端内插装有可沿筒体1轴线移动的伸缩杆2,筒体1的柱面上开设有通孔,通孔内螺纹连接有锁紧螺钉3,锁紧螺钉3的尖锐部抵压于伸缩杆2上,所述伸缩杆2的另一端由左往右顺次设置有通孔和支架4,支架4位于伸缩杆2的下方,支架4上经销轴铰接有安装板5,安装板5的底部设置有散热器6,散热器6的底部设置有灯罩7,灯罩7的底部设置有灯座8,灯座8内安装有窗台灯9,所述通孔内插装有固定杆10,固定杆10的底部铰接于安装板5上。
所述的散热器6为齿片式散热器,齿片式散热器6的散热齿固定于安装板5的底部,所述的灯罩7设置于齿片式散热器6的基板上。所述的筒体1与伸缩杆2同轴设置。
本发明的工作过程如下:初始状态下,伸缩杆2处于缩回状态。当客人要求将多个餐桌排在一条直线上,且摆设在屋檐外时,只需将筒体1平行于餐桌所连直线安装,然后,拧松锁紧螺钉3,将伸缩杆2向右伸出,当窗台灯9到达最前端的餐桌时,向下压动固定杆10,安装板5绕着销轴逆时针转动,此时窗台灯9沿着餐桌连成的直线照射过去,使所有的餐桌表面均被照射,满足了客人的需求,无需单独在每个餐桌的桌腿上摆放一个支架并安装灯泡。此外,窗台灯9产生的热量集中到灯罩7后传递给散热器6,散热器6通过散热齿将热量排放到上部空间中,降低了餐桌周围温度,给客人提供舒服的用餐环境。当要回收窗台灯9时,只需将伸缩杆2缩回即可,方便回收,无需服务员单独挪动。

1.一种窗台灯组合安装架,其特征在于:它包括筒体(1)和伸缩杆(2),所述筒体(1)的一端固设于墙体上,筒体(1)的另一端内插装有可沿筒体(1)轴线移动的伸缩杆(2),筒体(1)的柱面上开设有通孔,通孔内螺纹连接有锁紧螺钉(3),锁紧螺钉(3)的尖锐部抵压于伸缩杆(2)上,所述伸缩杆(2)的另一端由左往右顺次设置有通孔和支架(4),支架(4)位于伸缩杆(2)的下方,支架(4)上经销轴铰接有安装板(5),安装板(5)的底部设置有散热器(6),散热器(6)的底部设置有灯罩(7),灯罩(7)的底部设置有灯座(8),灯座(8)内安装有窗台灯(9),所述通孔内插装有固定杆(10),固定杆(10)的底部铰接于安装板(5)上。
