背景技术:目前,现有的农机变速箱采用的是外置操纵机构,受天气和泥土、收割农作物等环境影响,导致操作时灵敏性差,容易掉挡,挂不上挡,另外,拨叉采用点面接触来带动双联齿轮移动,没有弹簧和钢球涨顶,容易造成拨叉头脱落,挂不上挡,存在一定的安全隐患,而且影响作业效率。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种拖拉机内置操纵挂挡机构,它主要解决了现有的农机变速箱采用的是外置操纵机构,受天气和泥土、收割农作物等环境影响,导致操作时灵敏性差,容易掉挡,挂不上挡,拨叉采用点面接触来带动双联齿轮移动,没有弹簧和钢球涨顶,容易造成拨叉头脱落,存在一定的安全隐患等问题。本发明的目的是这样实现的,拖拉机内置操纵挂挡机构由:变速箱、操纵轴、操纵球、操纵杆、扇形摇杆、双联齿轮、弹簧和钢球、螺丝和钢球、拨叉构成。操纵球安装在操纵杆的上端,操纵杆通过操纵轴安装在变速箱上,扇形摇杆安装在操纵轴上,拨叉为半圆弧形,安装在扇形摇杆上,扇形摇杆上装有弹簧和钢球,拨叉上装有螺丝和钢球,双联齿轮安装在变速箱上。该产品结构简单,设计合理,它采用内置操纵挂挡机构,不受天气和泥土、收割农作物等环境限制,操作时灵敏性高,采用扇形摇杆通过弹簧和钢球涨顶,工作性能稳定,挂挡容易,不掉挡,拨叉采用半圆弧形接触面积大,双联齿轮在轴向移动时拨叉头不容易脱落,不掉挡,安全可靠,操作使用灵活方便,提高了作业效率。
