背景技术
真空泵是指利用机械、物理、化学或物理化学的方法对被抽容器进行抽气而获得真空的器件或设备。通俗来讲,真空泵是用各种方法在某一封闭空间中改善、产生和维持真空的装置。
按真空泵的工作原理,真空泵基本上可以分为两种类型,即气体捕集泵和气体传输泵。其广泛用于冶金、化工、食品、电子镀膜等行业。真空泵使用时还是会出现散热差,不稳定,噪音大等问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前问题,为此提供了一种新型减震可移动真空泵,包括泵体,在泵体上设置导流管,在泵体旁设置中间壁,中间壁连接联轴器,联轴器连接电机,在泵体与电机下设置基座,在底座上设置轮子,在轮子上设置减震孔,作为优选,所述泵体为加强复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计合理,结构简单。该新型减震可移动真空泵在工作时,将达到预期效果,大多泵都需要有防爆要求配置,而此发明从材料上达到了要求,采用加强复合材料,使其加固提高使用安全性,轮子和减震孔的设置将大大方便空心泵的移动,提高工作效率,减震孔将使其移动起来更加稳定。
