Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without making any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a flap latch apparatus of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the flap latch apparatus of the present embodiment includes a lock shaft 4, at least one latch shaft 9, at least one unlatching mechanism 2, and at least one latching mechanism 3, the lock shaft 4 and the latch shaft 9 being provided on the flap 1, respectively; specifically, two ends of the lock shaft 4 are respectively hinged with the opening cover 1.
The unlatching mechanism 2 comprises a crank 6 arranged on the lock shaft 4, a connecting rod 7 with one end hinged with the crank 6 and the other end rotatably connected with the latch shaft 9, a latch 11 arranged on the latch shaft 9 and a latch slot 12 matched with the latch 11, wherein the latch slot 12 is arranged on a frame matched with the opening cover 1;
specifically, the latch groove 12 is an omega-shaped groove with an opening at one side, and the latch 11 completes latching and unlatching of the door by entering or exiting from the opening.
The latch mechanism 3 specifically includes a lock 5 provided on the lock shaft 4, and a latch 10 provided on the latch shaft 9; specifically, the lock 5 and the latch 10 are each a lock piece, and both are a pair of stoppers.
In one embodiment, the connecting rod 7 may be connected to the latch shaft 9 by a rocker arm 8 fixedly disposed on the latch shaft 9; specifically, the other end of the connecting rod 7 is hinged with the rocker arm 8; of course, a second crank can be arranged on the latch shaft 9, and the other end of the connecting rod 7 is hinged with the second crank;
in this embodiment, since rocker arm 8 is non-rotatable with respect to latch shaft 9, latch shaft 9 can be hinged with door 1, ensuring that latch shaft 9 is rotatable; the latch 11 may be disposed at one end of the latch shaft 9, and the latch shaft and the latch may be of an integral structure, or may be two parts fixedly connected, and this embodiment is not particularly limited; the lock 5 and the latch 10 may be respectively integrated with the lock shaft 4 and the latch shaft 9, and may be respectively fixedly connected with the lock shaft 4 and the latch shaft 9 by bolts for easy assembly and disassembly, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In another embodiment, the connecting rod 7 can be connected with the latch shaft 9 through a rocker arm 8 which is rotatably arranged on the latch shaft 9; specifically, the other end of the connecting rod 7 is hinged with the rocker arm 8;
in this embodiment, the rocker arm 8 is rotatable relative to the latch shaft 9, and the latch shaft 9 can be fixedly connected to the flap 1; the latch 10 and the latch 11 may be fixedly provided at both ends of the swing arm 8, respectively, and may rotate together with the swing arm 8.
When the bolt 11 is fully latched, the lock 5 and the latch 10 are in a first positional relationship, in which the lock 5 abuts against the latch 10, and the latch 10 is held in the latched position;
when the latch 11 is fully unlatched, the lock 5 is brought into a second positional relationship with the latch 10; the second positional relationship is that the lock 5 is out of contact with the latch 10, and the latch 10 occupies the locked position of the lock 5.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
latch device in closed position of flap 1 as shown in fig. 1, lock 5 is held against latch 10 in latched position, and crank 6 of four-bar mechanism consisting of lock shaft 4, crank 6, link 7 and latch shaft 9 is in over-center position; when the lock shaft 4 is rotated in a first direction (for example, counterclockwise) for a certain angle, because the crank 6 is hinged to the connecting rod 7, the lock shaft 4 can rotate in the first direction with the latch shaft 9 being kept stationary, and the lock 5 is driven to rotate for a certain angle, the lock 5 avoids the latch 10 to unlock the latch 11, but the crank 6 rotates to an over-center position of the four-bar mechanism, and the latch 11 is still not unlocked, as shown in fig. 3; when the lock shaft 4 continues to rotate for a certain angle, the crank 6 drives the latch shaft 9 or the rocker arm 8 to rotate through the connecting rod 7, so that the latch 11 is completely unlocked, as shown in fig. 4;
conversely, when latch 11 is not fully latched, latch 10 occupies the upper position of latch 5, preventing latch 11 from latching, and when shaft 4 is rotated in a second direction (e.g., clockwise), crank 6 and link 7 will rotate either shaft 9 or arm 8, causing latch 11 to fully latch, latch 10 to disengage from the upper position, latch 5 to re-occupy the upper position, and the head of latch 5 abuts latch 10, causing latch 10 to remain in the upper position.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the manner of driving the lock shaft 4 to rotate is not particularly limited, and the lock shaft may be manually rotated by a mechanical structure, or may be driven to rotate by a motor; for example, as shown in fig. 2, a handle 13 may be fixed to the lock shaft 4, and the lock shaft 4 may be rotated by pulling the handle 13.
It can be understood that the flap latch apparatus of the present embodiment is composed of a latch mechanism and an unlatching mechanism, and the latch groove are mated to latch or unlatch by using a four-bar linkage composed of a lock shaft, a crank link and a latch shaft as a latch driving mechanism, and the latch is locked or unlocked by using a pair of stoppers provided on the lock shaft and the latch shaft as latch mechanisms. Because the embodiment does not adopt a cam or a geneva mechanism, the design is simple, the weight is light, the manufacturing cost is low, and the installation and the adjustment are convenient. More importantly, the flap latch device of the embodiment has simple transmission relationship and small occupied space, can be widely applied to various flaps, and is particularly suitable for being arranged on the flaps with narrow internal space.
Fig. 2 is an overall assembly view of another embodiment of the flap latch apparatus of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment is different from the previous embodiment in that the present embodiment includes two latch shafts 9, two unlatching mechanisms 2 and two latching mechanisms 3, and one latch shaft 9, one unlatching mechanism 2 and one latching mechanism 3 are respectively disposed on two sides of a door 1, where the door 1 is specifically a cargo hatch cover of a passenger plane, and a hatch frame for installing the latch slot 12 is specifically a fuselage hatch frame; since the structural relationship and the implementation principle of the unlatching mechanism 2 and the latching mechanism 3 on each side of the flap 1 are completely the same as those of the previous embodiment, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Of course, the present application provides, in addition to a door latch arrangement as described above, a door for use in a cargo compartment of an airliner, the door including a door latch arrangement as described above.
The foregoing is illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not to be construed as limiting in any way. Although the present application has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present application to the details shown. Those skilled in the art can now make numerous possible variations and modifications to the disclosed embodiments, or modify equivalent embodiments, using the methods and techniques disclosed above, without departing from the scope of the claimed embodiments. Therefore, any simple modifications, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present application are within the scope of the protection of the technical solution of the present application, unless the technical essence of the present application deviates from the content of the technical solution of the present application.
