一种新型塑料包装材料,由以下重量份数原料组成:聚苯乙烯60‑80份、碳酸钙30‑40份、玻璃纤维5‑9份、马来酸酐接枝增容剂2‑4份、短石棉纤维8‑10份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2‑4份、钛酸酯3‑5份、甲基丙二醇3‑5份、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2‑4份、苯基硅油3‑5份、增塑剂9‑14份。本发明的有益效果为:(1)该材料制成的包装成品抗压能力强、抗变形能力强、硬度高;(2)该材料制作出的成品环保易分解,对环境和人体没有危害;(3)该包装材料最终制得的塑料包装成品抑菌和抗菌效果较好,制作成本低,可以推广使用。

一种新型塑料包装材料
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料包装领域,具体涉及一种新型塑料包装材料。
背景技术
在合成中,有25%用于包装业,为此塑料包装业中重要的一个部门,塑料包装是包装业中四大材料之一:纸及纸板占30%,塑料占25%,金属占25%,玻璃占15%。以上两个25%充分说明了塑料包装业的重要性。塑料包装业虽然是第二位包装材料,其实用面还不如纸及纸板的包装。但是塑料包装业每年按5%的速度在发展,而其他包装材料,包括纸及纸板,金属,玻璃,陶砙,麻棉等只以2%的速度在增长,为此总有一天塑料包装业会超过纸及纸板而成为第一位包装材料。塑料包装袋按材质可分为OPP、CPP、PP、PE、PVA、EVA、复合袋、共挤袋等。
现有的包装盒或者包装袋大部分存在原料不环保,不易被分解的问题,同时包装盒的硬度、抗压能力、抗变形能力都有待提高,很多包装产品都是直接用来包装食物,所以包装产品的抑菌抗菌能力也有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种新型塑料包装材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种新型塑料包装材料,由以下重量份数原料组成:聚苯乙烯60-80份、碳酸钙30-40份、玻璃纤维5-9份、马来酸酐接枝增容剂2-4份、短石棉纤维8-10份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2-4份、钛酸酯3-5份、甲基丙二醇3-5份、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、苯基硅油3-5份、增塑剂9-14份。
优选地,由以下重量份数原料组成:聚苯乙烯60份、碳酸钙30份、玻璃纤维5份、马来酸酐接枝增容剂2份、短石棉纤维8份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2份、钛酸酯3份、甲基丙二醇3份、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、苯基硅油3份、增塑剂9份。
优选地,由以下重量份数原料组成:聚苯乙烯80份、碳酸钙40份、玻璃纤维9份、马来酸酐接枝增容剂4份、短石棉纤维10份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷4份、钛酸酯5份、甲基丙二醇5份、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、苯基硅油5份、增塑剂14份。
