It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, based on the examples herein, which are within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims, will be within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a vacuum repair tool for surface cracks/fractures of an object, comprising a syringe 109 for suction and glue injection and an adhesive pad for fixing on the surface of the object 111; the bottom surface of the adhesive pad is provided with a pouring repair area 115 corresponding to the crack/fracture on the surface of the object 111 and a glue smearing area for smearing glue, and the glue smearing area is positioned at the outer side of the pouring repair area 115; the syringe 109 is provided with a needle 110 for penetrating the adhesive pad and sealingly engaging the adhesive spot.
According to the vacuum repairing tool for the surface cracks of the object based on the structure, firstly, the adhesive glue 112 is coated on the glue coating area, so that the adhesive pad is adhered and fixed on the surface of the object 111, the pouring repairing area 115 on the bottom surface of the adhesive pad is positioned at the crack/fracture of the surface of the object 111, and the pouring repairing area 115 forms a closed high-pressure resistant space; then, the perfusion repair area 115 is pumped by penetrating the needle 110 of the syringe 109 into the perfusion repair area 115, so that the perfusion repair area 115 is pumped into a vacuum state; then, after the needle 110 of the syringe 109 filled with the repairing liquid 113 is penetrated into the filling repairing area 115, the repairing liquid 113 in the syringe 109 is filled into the filling repairing area 115 with uniform force; therefore, the repairing liquid 113 can be forcedly poured into cracks and fissures through external force in a vacuum state, so that the repairing liquid 113 can be fully poured, evenly and uniformly without dead angles, the contact between the glue pouring space and the outside is isolated, and the real dust-free operation is realized, thereby solving the general problem that the cracks/fissures on the surface of the object 111 can not be completely repaired without the cracks for a long time, and being a great breakthrough in the repairing technology of the cracks/fissures on the surface of the object 111; in addition, compared with the existing object surface crack/crack repairing tool, the tool has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, low cost and the like, thereby breaking through in the aspects of structure and technology and having good popularization and use values.
After the repair liquid 113 is poured, in order to accelerate the penetration of the repair liquid 113 into the cracks/fractures of the poured repair area 115, the syringe 109 can be used for pressurizing the poured air of the poured repair area 115, so that the repair liquid 113 in the poured repair area 115 is pressed into the cracks/fractures repeatedly for a plurality of times, and the penetration of the repair liquid 113 is accelerated.
Preferably, a glue smearing area of the bottom surface of the adhesive pad is provided with a groove for smearing the adhesive 112, so that the adhesive 112 is smeared on the groove conveniently to increase the bonding and fixing strength of the pad disc 101 and the surface of the object 111; preferably, the height of the portion of the adhesive applied to the groove that bulges out of the groove is 3mm.
More preferably, the bottom surface of the adhesive pad is further provided with a convex line, so that the repairing liquid 113 in the perfusion repairing area 115 can be effectively prevented from advecting to other areas through the convex line, and waste of the repairing liquid 113 is avoided.

Specifically, the shape of the saucer 101 is a disc shape; the annular groove and the annular convex line are both circular; and the circle centers of the annular groove and the annular convex line are positioned at the circle center of the saucer 101; the annular grooves comprise a first annular groove 104, a second annular groove 105 and a third annular groove 106 which are concentrically distributed from the inner ring to the outer ring in sequence; the annular convex line comprises a first annular convex line 107 and a second annular convex line 108; the first annular convex line 107 is positioned between the first annular groove 104 and the glue injection part, and the second annular convex line 108 is positioned between the first annular groove 104 and the second annular groove 105; so that the adhesive 112 is applied to the annular groove of the corresponding area of the plastering area of the saucer 101 according to the size of the surface crack/seam area of the object 111.
For example, when the surface crack/fissure area of the object 111 is large, the adhesive 112 may be applied to the outer region of the second annular convex line 108 of the large circle; when the surface crack/fissure area of the object 111 is small, the adhesive glue 112 may be applied to the area between the second annular bead 108 of the large circle and the first annular bead 107 of the small circle.
In this embodiment, the pad 101, the annular groove, and the annular convex line may be designed into other shapes; for example, the shape of the saucer 101 is square or the like, and the shape of the annular groove and the annular convex line are square or the like, respectively. The design quantity of the annular grooves and the annular convex lines can be correspondingly increased or decreased according to actual use conditions; for example, the number of the annular grooves may be 1, 2, 4, or the like, and the number of the annular convex lines may be 1, 3, 4, or the like.
