According to the actual production requirement, whether the locking connection between the lifting appliance and the material frame is carried out or not is determined, and the maintenance is convenient; when the swing lifting hook is not used, the swing lifting hook is kept at the opening position, interference is avoided, and the safety and reliability of equipment are improved.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an intelligent stereoscopic warehouse lifting appliance locking device is arranged on a lifting appliance body frame and used for locking under various working conditions. In the example, a steel coil three-dimensional warehouse is taken as an example, wherein a lifting appliance body comprises a pulley block 1, a guide device 3 and a frame 4; the clamp 5 and other structures, the lifting appliance body belongs to the prior art and is not repeated.
The locking device 7 comprises a swinging lifting hook 71, a pushing mechanism 72, a first pin shaft 73, a second pin shaft 74 and a third pin shaft 75, and the lower end of the swinging lifting hook 71 is a hook part for lifting the material frame 9. The first pin 73 is mounted on the hanger body frame 4 and is used for providing support for the swing hook 71, the middle upper portion of the swing hook 71 is rotatably mounted on the hanger body frame 4 through the first pin 73, and the swing hook 71 can rotate around the first pin 73 in the forward and reverse directions. In this example, a hydraulic cylinder, and in other embodiments, a pneumatic cylinder or an electric push rod may be used.
The first end of the pushing mechanism 72 is rotatably mounted on the hanger body frame 4 through a third pin 75, the second end of the pushing mechanism 72 is rotatably connected with the swinging hook 71 through a second pin 74, and the swinging hook 71 can rotate around the first pin 73 in the forward and reverse directions under the action of the pushing mechanism 72, so that the position is switched between the open position and the closed position, and is kept at one position through the pushing mechanism 72. The fixed pin shaft 8 which is matched with the swing lifting hook 71 when being used for lifting is arranged on the material frame 9, and the fixed pin shaft 8 on the material frame 9 is locked by adopting the swing lifting hook 71, so that the connection between the lifting appliance and the material frame 9 is realized, and the structure is simple, and the maintenance is convenient.
Wherein the open position refers to a folded position when the swing hook 71 is folded rearward (inward); the closed position refers to the working position of the swing hook 71, i.e., the swing hook 71 swings outwardly from the collapsed position to the working position. An open position is shown in fig. 1.
The lifting appliance body has two working conditions, namely, the first is to lift the steel coil through the lifting appliance; the second is to hoist together with the material frame 9; the swing lifting hook 71 is not used when the steel coil is lifted, so that the swing lifting hook 71 is kept at an open position to avoid interference; when the material frame 9 is lifted together, the swinging lifting hook 71 needs to be kept at a closed position and the material frame 9 is lifted; the swinging hook 71 is driven to rotate around a first pin 73 mounted on the hanger body frame 4 by a pushing mechanism 72, and whether the locking device is started or not can be determined according to the actual requirement of the production task. The maintenance is convenient; and when the swing hook 71 is not used, the swing hook is kept at the open position, interference is avoided, and the safety and reliability of the equipment are improved.
Preferably, a holding mechanism for holding the swing hook 71 in the open position (folded position) is further provided between the spreader body frame and the swing hook 71.
The retaining mechanism is an extension spring 76, one end of the extension spring 76 is connected with the hanger body frame 4 through a fourth pin shaft 77, and the other end of the extension spring is connected with the middle part or the lower part of the swing lifting hook 71 through a fifth pin shaft 78. The tension spring 76 always provides a back-up tension force for the swing lifting hook 71, so that the safety accident caused by the falling of the swing lifting hook 71 under the action of gravity to hang the material frame 9 due to the pressure release of the hydraulic cylinder is avoided.
The fourth pin 77 is mounted on the hanger body frame 4 and is used for connecting the tension spring 76 to provide a tightening force for the swing hook 71. A fifth pin 78 is mounted on the swing hook 71 for connecting to the tension spring 76 to provide a backup force for the swing hook 71. The pushing mechanism 72 is used for driving the swing hook 71 to rotate along the first pin 73 in the forward and reverse directions against the standby force of the tension spring 76 according to the production requirement.
The holding mechanism and the pushing mechanism 72 are located on the same side or different sides of the swing hook 71, in this example, for convenience of arrangement and compactness, the tension spring 76 and the pushing mechanism 72 are disposed on the same side of the swing hook 71, the swing hook 71 swings inwardly to open and swings outwardly to close, and the tension spring 76 and the pushing mechanism 72 are disposed on the inner side of the swing hook 71.
Preferably, the spreader body frame is provided with an open position detection switch 2 and a close position detection switch 6 corresponding to the open position and the close position of the swing hook 71. For determining in real time whether the swing hook 71 is in place or not, and for providing control information to the control system.
Wherein the swing hook 71 includes an upper section in a vertical direction and a lower section inclined inward in an open position, and when the swing hook 71 swings to a closed position, the lower section of the swing hook 71 swings outward to the vertical position.
The open position detecting switch 2 is near the upper portion of the swing hook 71, and the close position detecting switch 6 is near the lower portion of the swing hook 71.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the lifting appliance needs to be lifted together with the material frame 9, the lifting appliance starts to descend after moving to the position right above the material frame 9, when the lifting appliance is controlled to descend to the position through an absolute value encoder arranged on a lifting winch of the lifting appliance, a hydraulic cylinder starts to retract and drives a swinging lifting hook 71 to rotate outwards, a tension spring 76 is stretched to give a backward tension force to the swinging lifting hook 71, after all closing position detection switches 6 arranged on a lifting appliance body frame 4 sense signals, the swinging lifting hook 71 is indicated to rotate to the position, and the lifting appliance starts to lift and is connected with a fixed pin shaft on the material frame 9 to drive the material frame 9 to be lifted to the specified position integrally. After the lifting appliance starts to descend to the proper position through the control of the absolute value encoder, the hydraulic cylinder stretches out to drive the swing lifting hook 71 to reset, the extension spring 76 resets, and meanwhile a certain backward pulling force is always kept for the swing lifting hook 71, and after all the opening position detection switches 2 arranged on the lifting appliance body frame sense signals, the swing lifting hook 71 is indicated to rotate to the proper position, and the lifting appliance can ascend to leave.
When only lifting steel coils, the lifting appliance starts to descend after running right above the material frame 9, and when the lifting appliance is controlled to descend to a proper position by an absolute value encoder arranged on a lifting winch of the lifting appliance, the locking device is kept still, and all opening position detection switches 2 arranged on a lifting appliance body frame sense signals; then the clamp clamps the steel coil, and the lifting tool lifts and lifts the steel coil to a specified position.
