Referring to fig. 3, the telescopic rod 2 is rotatably connected with the seat board 1 by a hinge 11 by 180 degrees; the bottom end of the joint of the telescopic rod 2 and the seat plate 1 is provided with a supporting plate 12; one end of the supporting plate 12 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the telescopic rod 2, and the other end extends to the bottom of the seat plate 1 to play a role in supporting the seat plate.
An upper limit switch 10 is arranged at the position of the inner side of the outer semi-ring 5-1, which is positioned at the upper end of the strip-shaped hydraulic notch, and a lower limit switch 9 is arranged at the position of the lower end of the strip-shaped hydraulic notch; the upper limit switch 10 and the lower limit switch 9 are connected with the PLC control panel 7.
The telescopic rod 2 comprises an outer sleeve rod and an inner rod; one end of the inner rod is sleeved in the outer sleeve rod and is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the outer sleeve rod.

In this embodiment, the bottom end of the elongated hydraulic slot 4 is provided with a safety distance from the ground of a vehicle such as a bus or a subway, so that a foot placement space for a passenger is reserved between the seat plate 1 and the ground when the seat plate 1 is minimized.
