Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of welding wire processing equipment, in particular to a stranding device of a welding wire stranding machine and the welding wire stranding machine.
Background
The cable type welding wire is composed of a center welding wire and a winding welding wire surrounding the center welding wire, and is generally formed by twisting one center welding wire and six winding welding wires with the diameter equal to that of the center welding wire.
Chinese patent document CN201824063U discloses a high-speed welding wire stranding machine, which comprises a wire stranding device, a wire uniformizing device, a stress removing straightening device, and a wire collecting device for stranding welding wires, wherein the wire stranding device mainly comprises a wire stranding barrel, a plurality of welding wire discs arranged in the wire stranding barrel, a plurality of wire feeding pipes, a plurality of pre-stress deformation devices, and a roller support, the other end of the wire stranding barrel is a truncated cone-shaped end, a central welding wire feeding hole is arranged at the center of the cone-shaped end, a plurality of wound welding wire feeding holes are uniformly distributed around the cone-shaped end along the circumference, the plurality of wire feeding pipes are arranged on the inner wall of the wire stranding barrel, and the plurality of pre-stress deformation devices are uniformly arranged on the outer conical surface of the truncated cone-shaped end along the circumference; the wire twisting drum is provided with a plurality of partition plates perpendicular to the axis of the wire twisting drum, a welding wire tray frame is arranged between two adjacent partition plates, and the welding wire tray is pivoted in the frame of the welding wire tray frame in the direction that the axis of the welding wire tray frame is perpendicular to the axis of the wire twisting drum.
The above prior art can implement stranding of welding wires into a cable type welding wire, but has the following drawbacks:
1. the wire reel is arranged in the wire twisting barrel, so that the size of the wire reel is limited by the internal space of the wire twisting barrel, the weight of the welding wire which can be loaded is limited, the wire reel needs to be stopped and replaced after the welding wire on the wire reel is twisted, and the welding wire which is not twisted into a shape is replaced every time, so that waste is caused.
2. The welding wire disc is arranged in the wire twisting cylinder, so that the welding wire disc is inconvenient to replace.
3. The rotation center of the wire reel is not coaxial with the rotation center of the wire twisting barrel, the rotation inertia of the twisting machine during rotation is large, the centrifugal force is large, rotation is not stable, radial vibration is large, and the rotation speed is not favorably improved.
4. The welding wire coil is arranged on the welding wire coil frame in the wire twisting barrel, and a partition plate is arranged between the welding wire coil frames, so that the wire twisting barrel is large in length and occupies a large space.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defect that the size of a wire stranding device of a welding wire stranding machine in the prior art is limited by the internal space of a wire stranding tube, and provides the wire stranding device of the welding wire stranding machine and the welding wire stranding machine, wherein the size of the wire stranding device of the welding wire stranding machine is not limited by the space of the wire stranding tube.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a stranding device of a welding wire stranding machine and the welding wire stranding machine, wherein the stranding device comprises:
the wire twisting barrel is rotatably arranged on the bracket;
the wire reels are multiple, and at least the peripheral wire reels are pivotally sleeved outside the wire twisting barrel;
the wire feeding pipe is arranged in the wire twisting barrel and comprises a peripheral welding wire feeding pipe and a central welding wire feeding pipe;
the wire taking device is used for guiding the welding wires on the welding wire reel into the corresponding wire feeding pipes;
and the driving device is used for respectively driving the wire twisting barrel and the wire reel to rotate.
The central welding wire feeding pipe is arranged at the center of the wire twisting barrel, the peripheral welding wire feeding pipes are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the central welding wire feeding pipe, the axis of the central welding wire feeding pipe is parallel to the axis of the wire twisting barrel, and the axis of the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe is parallel to the axis of the wire twisting barrel.
One end of the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe is arranged at the end part of the wire twisting barrel, and the other end of the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe is a bent pipe communicated with the wire taking device.
The thread take-out device comprises
The wire taking rod is fixedly arranged between the two wire reels, one end of the wire taking rod is fixed on the wire twisting cylinder, and the other end of the wire taking rod is a free end;
the first pulley is arranged at the free end of the wire taking rod;
the second pulley is arranged at the fixed end of the wire taking rod, and the welding wire on the welding wire disc bypasses the first pulley and then enters the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe through the second pulley.
Two wire taking rods are arranged between the two wire reels and coaxially and vertically fix the fixed ends of the two wire taking rods on the wire twisting barrel through a connecting structure.

The pulley seat of the swing pulley is pivoted on the pulley seat of the first pulley through the rotating shaft, a wire feeding hole is formed in the center of the rotating shaft, and the axis of the wire feeding hole and the horizontal tangent line of the swing pulley are on the same straight line.
The driving device for driving the wire reel is a tension motor.
The support and the driving motor are arranged on the same chassis, and a wire feeding device used for feeding wires to the wire reel is arranged on the chassis.
The wire feeding device comprises a wire feeding guide wheel with the number being consistent with that of the wire reel, and the wire feeding guide wheel is arranged on one side of the corresponding wire reel in a mode that a rotating shaft is parallel to the axis of the wire reel.
A welding wire stranding machine comprises the stranding device.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the wire stranding device of the welding wire stranding machine, the peripheral welding wire disc is pivotally sleeved on the outer side of the wire stranding tube, the diameter of the welding wire disc is not limited by the space of the wire stranding tube, the diameter of the welding wire disc can be increased, the weight of welding wires loaded on the welding wire disc is large, the downtime caused by replacement of the welding wire disc is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is greatly improved; the rotation axis of the wire reel is coaxial with the rotation axis of the wire twisting barrel, the wire twisting device is small in rotational inertia, small in centrifugal force, stable in rotation and small in radial vibration, the rotation speed is favorably improved, and the production efficiency can be further improved; the welding wire disc is arranged outside the wire twisting barrel, and the welding wire disc is convenient to replace.
2. The wire twisting device of the welding wire stranding machine comprises a wire taking rod, wherein the wire taking rod is fixedly arranged between the two welding wire discs, one end of the wire taking rod is fixed on the wire twisting cylinder, and the other end of the wire taking rod is a free end; the first pulley is arranged at the free end of the wire taking rod; the second pulley is arranged at the fixed end of the wire taking rod, and the welding wire on the welding wire tray bypasses the first pulley and then enters the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe through the second pulley, so that the welding wire on the welding wire tray smoothly enters the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe.
3. According to the wire twisting device of the welding wire stranding machine, the two wire taking rods are arranged between the two welding wire discs, the fixed ends of the two wire taking rods are coaxially and vertically fixed on the wire twisting barrel through the connecting structures, the structure of the wire twisting device is compact, the length of the wire twisting barrel is small, and therefore the occupied production site is saved.
4. The wire stranding device of the welding wire stranding machine further comprises an angle adjusting device for automatically adjusting an included angle between the welding wire on the wire stranding disc and the wire taking rod, and the welding wire can be prevented from falling off from the wire taking rod after the included angle between the welding wire and the wire taking rod is reduced along with reduction of the welding wire on the wire stranding disc.
5. The invention provides a stranding device of a welding wire stranding machine, which comprises a pulley seat and a swinging pulley, wherein the pulley seat is rotatably connected to a wire taking rod through a rotating shaft, the swinging pulley is rotatably arranged on the pulley seat, the axis of the rotating shaft is perpendicular to the axis of a first pulley and is parallel to the axis of a stranding cylinder, and the first pulley and the swinging pulley are in the same plane, so that the welding wire can be prevented from falling off from the wire taking rod.
6. According to the wire stranding device of the welding wire stranding machine, the driving device for driving the welding wire disc is the tension motor, the tension can be adjusted and automatically controlled according to the material and the wire taking speed of the welding wires, and the tension of each welding wire in the wire stranding process is guaranteed to be constant.
7. According to the wire stranding device of the welding wire stranding machine, the support and the driving motor are arranged on the same chassis, the wire feeding device for feeding wires to the welding wire disc is arranged on the chassis, and after the welding wires on the welding wire disc are used up, the wires can be fed to the welding wire disc through the wire feeding device, the welding wire disc does not need to be circulated, and the production efficiency can be improved.

Example 1
One embodiment of the stranding device of the welding wire stranding machine shown in fig. 1-2 includes a stranding barrel 4 rotatably mounted on a bracket 1; a plurality of welding wire trays 5 are provided, and comprise a central welding wire feeding tray and a peripheral welding wire feeding tray, and the peripheral welding wire feeding tray is pivotally sleeved outside the wire twisting barrel 4; the wire feeding pipe is arranged in the wire twisting barrel 4 and comprises a peripheral welding wire feeding pipe 8 and a central welding wire feeding pipe 7; the wire taking device is used for guiding the welding wires on the welding wire reel 5 into the corresponding wire feeding pipes; and the driving device is used for respectively driving the wire twisting barrel 4 and the wire reel 5 to rotate. Because the peripheral wire reel is pivotally sleeved outside the wire twisting cylinder 4, the diameter of the wire reel 5 is not limited by the space of the wire twisting cylinder 4, the diameter of the wire reel 5 can be increased, the weight of the welding wire loaded on the wire reel 5 is larger, the downtime caused by replacing the wire reel 5 is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is greatly improved; the rotation axis of the wire reel 5 is coaxial with the rotation axis of the wire twisting cylinder 4, the wire twisting device has small moment of inertia, small centrifugal force, stable rotation and small radial vibration, is beneficial to improving the rotation speed and can further improve the production efficiency; the wire reel 5 is arranged outside the wire twisting barrel 4, and the wire reel 5 is convenient to replace.
In the present embodiment, in order to reduce the distance between the rotation axis of the wire twisting barrel 4 and the shaft passing through the center of mass of the wire twisting device, the central wire feeding tube 7 is disposed at the center of the wire twisting barrel 4, the peripheral wire feeding tubes 8 are uniformly distributed around the central wire feeding tube 7, the axis of the central wire feeding tube 7 is parallel to the axis of the wire twisting barrel 4, and the axes of the peripheral wire feeding tubes 8 are parallel to the axis of the wire twisting barrel 4.
As shown in fig. 3, one end of the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe 8 is arranged at the end of the wire twisting barrel, the other end of the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe is a bent pipe 81 communicated with the wire taking device, and the bent pipe 81 is arranged to enable the wire to be more smoothly routed at a turning position.
In the present embodiment, in order to make the welding wire on the wire reel 5 smoothly and smoothly enter the peripheral welding wire feeding tube 8, as shown in fig. 4, the wire taking device includes a wire taking rod 6 fixedly disposed between the two wire reels 5, and one end of the wire taking rod is fixed on the wire twisting cylinder 4, and the other end is a free end; a first pulley 10 arranged at the free end of the thread take-up lever 6; and the second pulley 11 is arranged at the fixed end of the wire taking rod 6, and the welding wire on the welding wire disc 5 bypasses the first pulley 10 and then enters the peripheral welding wire feeding pipe 8 through the second pulley 11. Of course, other attachment structures may be substituted for the half 16.
In the stranding process of the welding wires, the welding wires on the welding wire disc 5 gradually decrease, the included angle between the welding wires and the wire taking rod 6 gradually decreases, that is, the included angle between the welding wires and the plane formed by the rotating shaft of the stranding barrel 4 and the shaft of the wire taking rod 6 gradually decreases, in order to adapt to the change of the angle and prevent the welding wires from falling off from the wire taking rod 6, the stranding device further comprises an angle adjusting device which automatically adjusts the included angle between the welding wires on the welding wire disc 5 and the wire taking rod 6, the structure of the angle adjusting device is various, as shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment, the angle adjusting device preferably comprises a pulley seat 13 which is rotatably connected to the pulley seat of the first pulley 10 through a rotating shaft 14 and a swing pulley 12 which is rotatably arranged on the pulley seat 13, wherein the axis of the rotating shaft 14 is perpendicular to the axis of the first pulley 10, and with the axis parallel arrangement of hank silk section of thick bamboo 4, first pulley 10 with swing pulley 12 is in the coplanar, the center of pivot 14 is equipped with walks the silk hole, just walk the axis in silk hole with swing pulley 12 horizontal tangent line on same straight line such angle adjusting device not only can walk and adjust the welding wire on the wire reel 5 with get the contained angle between the pole 6 of line, the structure is very simple moreover, the cost is low.
In the present embodiment, the driving device for driving the wire reel 5 is a tension motor 3, which can adjust and automatically control the tension according to the material of the welding wire and the wire taking speed, so as to ensure the tension of each welding wire to be constant during the wire twisting process.
