Abstract
The invention relates to a rivet pulling tool, in particular to a double-nail rivet pulling gun device. Comprises a double-nail rivet pulling mechanism, a linkage rivet guiding mechanism, a connecting and setting mechanism and a rivet gun body. The double-nail rivet pulling mechanism is used for pulling a nail rod of a self-plugging rivet and consists of two nose nozzles, a gun head shell, two claw sleeves, two groups of claw sheets, two top cylinders, two top cylinder springs and two top cylinder sleeves. The linkage nail guide mechanism is used for linkage of pulling force between the rivet pulling gun body and the double-nail rivet pulling mechanism and is used for collecting waste nail rods; the nail guiding device comprises a nail guiding tube, a claw sleeve joint and a gun head shell locking ring. The invention has simple structure, convenient operation, safety and reliability, can realize continuous operation, rivets two rivets at a time, and two nail stems can be collected together to the nail collecting bottle, thereby greatly facilitating the operation and improving the labor efficiency.

The double-nail rivet pulling mechanism 1 of the double-nail rivet pulling gun device consists of two nose nozzles 11, a gun head shell 12, two claw sleeves 13, two groups of claw sheets 14, two top cylinders 15, two top cylinder springs 16 and two top cylinder sleeves 17. The linkage nail guide mechanism 2 comprises a nail guide cylinder 21 and a nail guide cylinder spring 22, and the linkage nail guide mechanism 2 is used for linkage of pulling force between the rivet gun body 4 and the double-nail rivet pulling mechanism 1 and is used for collecting waste nail rods. The connecting and arranging mechanism 3 comprises a melon sleeve joint 31, a melon sleeve pull head 32, a gun head shell locking ring 33 and a gun head shell arranging adapter 34.
The two nosepieces 11 are connected in two parallel through holes 121 on the gun head shell 12 in a threaded manner, and the gun head shell 12 is sleeved on the claw sleeve 13 and the claw sleeve joint of the linkage nail guiding mechanism 2 and is locked on the blind rivet gun body 4 by a gun head shell locking ring. The working principle of the double-nail rivet gun of the invention is as follows:
when the hand riveter body 4 has not depressed the trigger, the two nosepieces 11 secured to the nose housing 12 push the jaws 14 rearwardly, and the user can then place rivets from the nosepieces 11. If the rivet gun 4 is pressed down on the trigger, the rivet gun 4 pulls the claw sleeve 13 backwards through the claw sleeve pull head and the claw sleeve joint. In the process of moving the claw sleeve 13 backwards, the top cylinder 15 tightly pushes the claw piece 14 under the elastic force of the top cylinder spring 16. The claw piece 14 moves along the conical hole of the claw sleeve 13 to grip the shank of the rivet. At this time, as the rivet gun 4 continues to move rearward, the shank of the rivet is pulled apart with the gun head 12 stationary.
The invention relates to a nail sucking rod principle of a double-nail rivet gun:
after passing through the top cylinder 15, the two nail rods 5 reach the nail guide cylinder 21, and under the guidance of the conical holes of the nail guide cylinder 21, the two nail rods 5 enter the nail guide pipe together and then pass through the nail guide pipe to reach the nail collecting bottle of the nail gun 4. That is to say: when the rivet is broken, the nail rod 5 firstly moves linearly to enter the direction-changing nail guide cylinder 21, the gravity of the nail rod 5 is changed into oblique line movement, and when the tail part of the direction-changing nail guide cylinder 21 enters the nail guide tube, the nail rod is changed into linear movement due to the action of suction force.
The front end of the claw sleeve 13 and the inner hole of the front end of the gun head shell 12 are processed into anti-rotation mechanical movable fit. The stroke of the blind rivet gun 4 is smaller than the length of the anti-rotation mechanical movable fit of the front ends of the claw sleeve 13 and the gun head shell 12, so that the centers of the two nose nozzles 11 and the centers of the two taper holes of the claw sleeve 13 are always ensured to be respectively positioned on the same axis in the working process of the blind rivet gun 4. When the trigger is released from the blind rivet gun 4, the claw sleeve 13 moves forwards, and when the front end surface of the claw sleeve 13 touches the front end surface of the inner hole of the gun head shell 12, the nose mouth 11 pushes the claw piece 14 back to open the rivet rod. the connecting and arranging mechanism (3) comprises a melon sleeve joint (31), a melon sleeve pull head (32), a gun head shell locking ring (33) and a gun head shell adapter (34);
