A hand held shower head as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the device also comprises an inner core tube; the inner core pipe is inserted into the shower handle, the front end of the inner core pipe is provided with an interface which is in inserted fit with the upper end of the water inlet pipe, and a sealing ring is arranged between the upper end of the water inlet pipe and the interface.
9. A hand held shower as defined in claim 8, wherein: the outer wall of the inner core tube is provided with a fourth elastic clamping hook, and the inner wall of the shower handle is provided with a fourth clamping block which is in clamping fit with the fourth elastic clamping hook.
10. A hand held shower as defined in claim 8, wherein: the inner wall of the shower handle near-tail end is provided with a limiting groove, the pipe body of the inner core pipe is provided with a limiting protrusion corresponding to the limiting groove, and the tail part of the inner core pipe is provided with a screw connection part.
11. A hand held shower head as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water outlet assembly comprises a water outlet panel which is in snap fit with the chassis.
