Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments and drawings.
A double locking fixed block; comprises a fixed block body 2 and a locking screw 3 which forms double-screw locking with the fixed block body 2; the fixed block body 2 comprises a hoop part and a fastening part, wherein the hoop part is provided with an annular accommodating hole 7, and an elastic opening 6 is arranged at one side of the accommodating hole 7; the fastening part comprises a first locking piece 4 and a second locking piece 5 which are respectively connected with the upper edge and the lower edge of the elastic opening 6; the first locking piece 4 is provided with a first locking threaded hole 8, and the second locking piece 5 is provided with a second locking threaded hole 9; the first locking threaded hole 8 is concentric with the second locking threaded hole 9 and is perpendicular to the accommodating hole 7; the aperture of the first locking threaded hole 8 is different from the aperture of the second locking threaded hole 9; the first locking threaded hole 8 and the second locking threaded hole 9 have different pitches; the locking screw 3 comprises a locking thread part 10, and threads which are respectively matched with the first locking thread hole 8 and the second locking thread hole 9 correspondingly are arranged on the locking thread part 10; the locking screw 3 is penetrated by a first locking threaded hole 8 with a large aperture, and the locking threaded part 10 is respectively in threaded fit with the first locking threaded hole 8 and a second locking threaded hole 9, so that the elastic opening 6 is gradually reduced to form a holding double-thread locking for the content in the accommodating hole 7.
When the locking screw 3 is screwed in, the first locking piece 4 and the second locking piece 5 are in threaded connection due to different screw pitches of threaded holes on the first locking piece 4 and the second locking piece 5, so that the displacement of the first locking piece 4 and the second locking piece 5 is different, the distance between the first locking piece 4 and the second locking piece 5 is reduced, the locking screw is pulled in, the holding and the tightening of the articles in the accommodating hole 7 are gradually generated, and the locking screw, the first locking piece 4 and the second locking piece 5 form double locking of threaded locking after complete holding.
Since the distance by which the locking screw 3 is screwed in is constant, in order to ensure that both the first locking piece 4 and the second locking piece 5 have a locking effect, and that the second locking piece 5 has a movement close to the first locking piece 4 during the screwing in of the locking screw 3, the pitch of the first locking threaded hole 8 is smaller than the pitch of the second locking threaded hole 9.
For a more flexible use of the fixing block body 2, a second elastic opening is provided at the other side of the receiving hole 7 opposite to the elastic opening 6. The second elastic opening is arranged, so that the fixed block body 2 can be divided into an upper independent part and a lower independent part, and the fixed block body 2 is more flexible when being used.
The holding holes 7 on the fixed block body 2 are one or two, one holding hole 7 is arranged on one side of the fastening part, and the two holding holes 7 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the fastening part.

Since the two accommodation holes 7 are provided with the second elastic openings, the fixed block body 2 is in a split structure as shown in fig. 6; the split fixed block body 2 can be simply machined and is flexible to use. The fixed block body 2 parts connected through the hinge are arranged, so that the occurrence of the situation of losing parts is reduced in the use process.
In order to better lock the contents, a limit structure is provided inside the receiving hole 7. The limit structure is set according to different built-in objects, for example, the built-in objects are cylindrical, and the protrusion or the groove can be set by matching with the cylinder so as to increase friction with the cylinder and improve the fixing effect.
The invention also discloses a double-locking individuation internal fixing device, which comprises any fixing block body 2, a connecting rod 1, wherein the connecting rod 1 is inserted into the accommodating hole 7, and the fixing block body 2 can slide along the connecting rod 1; the accommodated hole 7 is connected with the fixed block body 2 in a hugging manner; the locking screw 3 is provided with a self-tapping screw portion 11 below the locking screw portion.
When in use, the connecting rod 1 is one or more cylindrical rods, the rod body can be straight, or can be made into a corresponding curve shape according to the radian of bones and fixing requirements, and the corresponding accommodating holes 7 can be correspondingly designed according to the turning radian of the connecting rod 1, and are not limited in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 9, the screw thread portion 10 includes a first screw thread 14 and a second screw thread 15, and the first screw thread 14 and the second screw thread 15 respectively form screw locking with the first locking screw hole 8 and the second locking screw hole 9 respectively; the self-tapping screw 11 is self-tapped directly into the bone, and then is locked after self-tapping as the screw portion of the locking screw 3 comes into contact with different screw pitches and different screw holes, respectively.
The body of the connecting rod 1 and the inside of the accommodating hole 7 are correspondingly matched with each other to form a second limiting structure. The second limiting structure can be that longitudinal grooves are formed in the rod body along the rod body, and the number of the grooves is at least one; the other side of the symmetrical rod body is also provided with a limiting structure, so that the stability of connection is improved.
Preferably, the diameter of the accommodating hole 7 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the connecting rod 1. The receiving opening 7 does not require a completely wrap-shaped fastening for the inner connecting rod 1, but may be in the form of a half-wrap as long as a clamping can be achieved.
In the application process, the supporting rod 1, the fixing block body 2 and the locking screw 33 are made of medical polymer materials or medical metal materials, and are not limited in this regard, and are made of conventional orthopedic internal fixing materials.
