背景技术
传统炒茶,使用的均为铁锅。在翻炒过程中,铲子或其他翻炒工具不可避免的摩擦锅内壁,从而将微量的铁刮入茶叶之中,氧化后,使得茶叶颜色加深,影响茶叶品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提出一种耐磨的炒茶锅。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种耐磨炒茶锅,所述炒茶锅由以下重量比成分构成:1%到1.5%的钛,2%到3%的锌,2%到4%的铝,0.2%到0.8%的镁,0.3%到0.8%的锰,3%到4%的陶瓷填料,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质。
本发明提供的耐磨炒茶锅,采用大幅提高铁硬度的填料,避免刮擦损伤,进而避免影响茶叶品质。
