Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The ventilating fan is often installed in a kitchen of a house for use, and a structure in which a small gap is provided between each louver board and a main body frame is adopted to prevent the movement of each louver board from being deteriorated due to the attachment of oil smoke or dust. Therefore, air and incident light flowing into the outdoor side from the gap portion become a problem.
The ventilation fan disclosed in patent document 1 has a gap at an upper portion where the main body frame and the louver plates do not overlap. Therefore, there is room for reducing the inflow of outdoor air and the inflow of light from the gap between the louver plate and the main frame. Further, it is easy to assume a case where the louver plates project from the main body frame in the lateral direction that becomes the axial direction of the rotary shaft. In the ventilating fan, the louver plates are often mounted in the square holes of the wall of the house using the wooden frame, and therefore, if the louver plates protrude from the main body frame, the louver plates interfere with the inner surfaces of the square holes, and there is a possibility that the louver plates may not be opened or closed due to a malfunction of the louver plates.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a ventilation fan that reduces inflow of outdoor air and inflow light from a gap between a louver plate and a main frame and suppresses occurrence of malfunction when the louver is opened and closed.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, the present invention provides a ventilation fan including a square tubular main body frame and a louver that opens and closes an opening at one end side of the main body frame by a louver plate that is rotatably supported, wherein the main body frame includes: an upper end portion bent portion protruding downward from an end portion of an upper edge of the opening on the one end side; a lower end bent portion protruding upward from an end of a lower edge of the opening on the one end side; and a front portion protruding from inner surfaces of left and right edges of the opening on the one end side toward a central side of the opening on the one end side. The louver has: a louver face closing the opening; and an upper end portion bent in a crank shape such that an upper end is positioned closer to the other end side of the main body frame than the louver face in a state where the louver face closes the opening, wherein the louver plate has a width smaller than a distance between the left and right edges of the main body frame and larger than a distance between the front portions. In a state where the louver plates close the opening, the upper end portion is disposed closer to the other end side of the body frame than the upper end portion bent portion, and the lower end portion of the louver plate overlaps the lower end portion bent portion such that the lower end portion bent portion is adjacent to the other end side of the body frame.
Effects of the invention
The ventilation fan according to the present invention has an effect of reducing the inflow of outdoor air and incoming light from the gap between the louver plates and the main frame, and suppressing the occurrence of malfunction when the louver is opened and closed.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a ventilation fan according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
Embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 is a partial sectional view of a ventilation fan according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the ventilation fan according to embodiment 1. The ventilator 1 has: a square cylindrical main body frame 11 for housing a motor 14; an orifice 12 housing a fan 15; and an oil collector 13 mounted to the orifice 12. The fan 15 is attached to a rotating shaft of the motor 14. The orifice 12 is made of synthetic resin, and forms an air tunnel. The orifice 12 is detachable from the main body frame 11. A louver 16 for opening and closing an opening 111 at one end of the main body frame 11 is provided on the outdoor side of the main body frame 11. The louver 16 opens and closes the opening 111 at one end of the main body frame 11 by a louver plate 161 that is rotatably supported. One end of the main body frame 11 is an end portion on the side indicated by an arrow a in fig. 1, and the other end of the main body frame 11 is an end portion on the opposite side in the direction indicated by the arrow a in fig. 1.
The ventilation fan 1 is attached to a wall hole 31 formed in the wall 30, and when the fan 15 is driven to rotate, flows between the air on the indoor side and the air on the outdoor side, thereby ventilating the indoor space.
The aperture 12 may be configured to be attached with a dust collecting member such as a filter or a mesh guard. In addition, the orifice 12 may be integrated with the oil collector 13.
Fig. 3 is a view showing a structure of a louver of the ventilation fan according to embodiment 1. The louver 16 includes: louvers 161 supported by the main body frame 11 so as to be rotatable up and down; and a louver connecting rod 22 for connecting the plurality of louver plates 161 to each other to interlock the vertical rotation of the louver plates. The louver plates 161 rotate about the rotation shaft 21 between the open position and the closed position. The louver plates 161 are rotated upward about the rotating shaft 21 and oriented in the lateral direction by the wind pressure of the ventilation flow generated by the fan 15, thereby opening the air passage, and when the fan 15 is stopped, the louver plates 161 are rotated downward about the rotating shaft 21 by their own weight, thereby closing the air passage.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the louver plates of the ventilation fan of embodiment 1 close the openings. Fig. 4 shows a cross section of the louver plates 161 when viewed from the up-down direction, in a state of closing the openings 111. The louver plates 161 have a width W3, and this width W3 is smaller than the distance W1 between the end faces 11e of the side frame portions 11a, which are the left and right edges of the body frame 11, and is larger than the distance W2 between the front face portions 11b that project from the inner face 11g of the side frame portion 11a toward the center of the opening 111. When the louver plates 161 are in the state of closing the openings 111, the side end portions 16a of the louver plates 161 overlap the front portions 11b protruding from the inner surfaces 11g of the side frame portions 11a of the main body frame 11 in parallel, and therefore, it is difficult for outdoor air and incoming light to flow into the gap between the main body frame 11 and the louver plates 161.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the upper portion of the main body frame of the ventilation fan according to embodiment 1. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the central portion in the vertical direction of the main body frame of the ventilation fan according to embodiment 1. Fig. 7 is a sectional view of the lower portion of the main body frame of the ventilation fan according to embodiment 1. The main body frame 11 has: an upper end bent portion 11c protruding downward from an end of an upper edge of the opening 111; a lower end bent portion 11f protruding upward from an end of a lower edge of the opening 111; and a front surface portion 11b projecting from the inner surface 11g of the side frame portion 11a, which is the left and right edges of the opening 111, toward the center of the opening 111. The louver plates 161 have: louver surfaces 161a that block the openings 111; an upper end portion 16b bent in a crank shape such that the upper end 161b is positioned closer to the other end side of the main body frame 11 than the louver surface 161a in a state where the louver surface 161a closes the opening 111; and a lower end portion 16c bent toward the other end side of the main body frame 11 such that the lower end 161c is positioned on the other end side of the main body frame 11 in a state where the louver surface 161a closes the opening.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper end portion 16b of the louver plate 161 is bent in a crank shape, and when the louver 16 is closed, the upper end portion 16b of the louver plate 161 is positioned closer to the other end side of the main body frame 11 than the upper end bent portion 11c of the main body frame 11. That is, in a state where the louver plates 161 close the opening 111, the upper end portion 16b is disposed closer to the other end side of the body frame 11 than the upper end portion bent portion 11 c. Therefore, the outdoor air and the incident light are less likely to flow into the gap between the upper end bent portion 11c of the main body frame 11 and the louver 161.
As shown in fig. 6, the upper end 16b of the louver plate enters the inside of the room relative to the lower end 16c of the other louver plate 161 located above. That is, in the state where the plurality of louver plates 161 arranged in the vertical direction close the opening 111, the upper end portion 16b of the lower louver plate 161 is disposed closer to the other end side of the body frame 11 than the lower end portion 16c of the upper louver plate 161. Therefore, it is difficult for outdoor air and incoming light to flow into the space between the louvers 161.
As shown in fig. 7, the body frame 11 is provided with a rib 11d at the lower end bent portion 11f, the lower end portion 16c of the louver 161 is formed in a rib shape, and when the louver 161 is closed, the lower end portion 16c overlaps the lower end bent portion 11f so that the lower end bent portion 11f is adjacent to the other end side of the body frame 11, in other words, the lower end portion 16c of the louver 161 is bent toward the other end side of the body frame 11 so that the lower end 161c is positioned on the other end side of the body frame 11 in a state where the louver 161a closes the opening 111, and is provided with an inclined surface 162, and the inclined surface 162 forms an obtuse angle with the louver 161a, and in addition, the lower end bent portion 11f is provided with a rib 11d that protrudes toward the opposite side of the other end side of the body frame 11, and therefore, it is difficult for air and intake light to flow into the outdoor air from the gap between the lower end bent portion 11f of the body frame 11 and the louver 161, and the lower end portion 16c of the louver 161 is in a shape having an inclined surface 162, and therefore.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing one end side of a main body frame of the ventilation fan according to embodiment 1. As shown in fig. 4 and 8, in the main body frame 11 of the ventilation fan 1, the front face portion 11b protrudes from the inner side face 11g of the side frame 11a of the main body frame 11, and a height difference is generated between the end face 11e of the side frame 11a and the front face portion 11b, so that when the louver plates 161 are in the closed position facing downward, the louver plates 161 do not protrude laterally from the main body frame 11. This can prevent the following operational failure from occurring: the louver plates 161 project laterally from the body frame 11, and the louver 16 is not opened or the louver 16 is not closed due to interference between the louver plates 161 and the inner surface of the wall hole 31 when mounted. Further, by making the height difference between the front surface portion 11b and the end surface 11e larger than the plate thickness of the louver plates 161, it is possible to prevent the rotational shaft 21 from being damaged due to a load applied to the louver plates 161 when the ventilation fan 1 is placed with the louver 16 placed below.
Fig. 9 is a perspective view of louver plates of the ventilation fan according to embodiment 1. As shown in fig. 9, ribs 16d are provided at both rear side end portions of the louver plates 161. In other words, the louver surface is provided with the rib 16d, and the rib 16d is along the side frame portion 11a, which is the left and right edges of the opening of the main body frame 11, in a state where the louver plates 161 close the opening. Therefore, the louver plates 161 are configured to easily receive the ventilation flow, and the louver 16 is easily opened by the wind pressure of the ventilation flow.
In the ventilation fan 1 according to embodiment 1, the main body frame 11 includes: an upper end bent portion 11c protruding downward from an end of an upper edge of the opening 111; a lower end bent portion 11f protruding upward from an end of a lower edge of the opening 111; and a front surface portion 11b projecting from the inner surface 11g of the side frame portion 11a, which is the left and right edges of the opening 111, toward the center of the opening 111. Further, the louver plates 161 have: louver surfaces 161a that block the openings 111; and an upper end portion 16b bent in a crank shape such that the upper end 161b is positioned on the other end side of the main body frame 11 in a state where the louver surface 161a closes the opening 111, the louver plate 161 having a width smaller than the interval between the side frame portions 11a, which are the left and right edges of the main body frame 11, and larger than the interval between the front surface portions 11 b. In a state where the louver plates 161 close the opening 111, the upper end portions 16b are disposed closer to the other end side of the main body frame 11 than the upper end portion bent portions 11c, and the lower end portions 16c of the louver plates 161 overlap the lower end portion bent portions 11f so that the lower end portion bent portions 11f are adjacent to the other end side of the main body frame 11. Therefore, inflow of outdoor air and intake light from the gap between the louver plates 161 and the main body frame 11 can be reduced.
In the above-described embodiment, the ventilation fan 1 that opens and closes the louver plates 161 depending on the presence or absence of wind pressure of the ventilation flow generated by the fan 15 has been described, but a ventilation fan that is connected to a manual opening and closing device by a connecting rod and opens and closes the louver 16 by the opening and closing device may be used. Further, the ventilation fan may be connected to an electric opening/closing device via a connecting rod, and the louver 16 may be opened and closed by the opening/closing device. The present invention can also be applied to a ventilation fan in which the louver 16 is formed of 1 louver.
The configurations described in the above embodiments are merely examples of the contents of the present invention, and may be combined with other known techniques, or some of the configurations may be omitted or modified within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
