Abstract

The present invention relates to a compact cosmetic container for discharging and using cosmetics using a cosmetic applicator such as a puff through a sieve having a mesh net, and more particularly, to a compact cosmetic container in which a discharge hole formed in a frame body of the sieve can achieve an effective airtight blocking effect by an airtight packing when a reed is closed while providing a stable airtight coupling force to the sieve coupled to an inner container containing moisture-containing powder-form cosmetics, thereby preventing a leakage phenomenon of the cosmetics when a user carries the cosmetics and remarkably improving convenience of use through an integrated design of the cosmetics.

Description

Compact cosmetic container
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a compact cosmetic container which can stably and hermetically couple a sifter to an inner container for receiving a cosmetic in a wet powder form, and which is convenient to carry and use.
Background
In general, cosmetics in the form of wet powder are in a compressed form containing water and other functional substances in the cosmetic powder (powder), and therefore must ensure airtightness in order to prevent the phenomenon of evaporation or deterioration of water during use.
For this reason, a compact cosmetic container has been used to store wet powder therein and to carry the powder for use, but the container has a problem in that it is difficult to ensure airtight stability in terms of the structure of the container.
For example, in korean registered utility model No. 20-165402, korean laid-open patent No. 10-2009-070306, and korean registered patent No. 10-1063477, a structure is adopted in which a sealing filler is simply adhered by a closing operation of a lid in a container structure in which the lid on the upper portion of a main body is opened and closed up and down, thereby ensuring airtightness thereof, but it is difficult to provide stable airtightness to a cosmetic in the form of moisture-containing powder by simply using the airtight structure of the sealing filler.
In order to solve the above problems, a "cosmetic powder container" developed by the applicant of the present invention has been disclosed in korean registered patent No. 10-1073436, which is a structure in which a lid is screw-coupled to a container body to open and close, and an airtight member for blocking a discharge hole of a sieve equipped with a mesh net is integrally formed inside the lid, thus enabling a preferable airtight effect to the sieve (sifter), but it is somewhat inconvenient in making facial Makeup (Makeup) using powder because a cosmetic device for dipping and applying powder received inside the container body, such as a Puff (Puff), a brush (Makeup brush), or the like, needs to be separately equipped.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a compact cosmetic container which can provide a stable airtight coupling force to a sieve coupled to an inner container in which a cosmetic in a wet powder form is contained, and can remarkably improve the convenience of use of the product by integrally containing the cosmetic.
Solution scheme
In order to achieve the above object, a compact cosmetic container to which the present invention is applied includes: an outer container; an external cover which is opened and closed with the external container through a hinge part; an inner container coupled to the inside of the outer container and containing a cosmetic in a wet powder form; a screen coupled to and supported by an upper portion of the inner container, having a discharge hole for discharging the cosmetics, and shielded by a mesh net; and a reed which is opened and closed by a hinge portion with the inner container as a center, is provided with an airtight packing made of a soft material on a lower surface of a bottom thereof, and is integrally provided with a cosmetic container section for containing a cosmetic; wherein, the sieve combined in the inner container ensures the stable combination with the inner container by adopting the form formed by the downward inclination of the outer peripheral wall surface of the frame body, and the sieve can be combined in the pillar wall of the inner container in an airtight way by forming the airtight ring on the outer peripheral wall surface, forming the combination groove in the frame body and forming the airtight combination edge corresponding to the combination groove and realizing the elastic combination in the pillar wall of the inner container, and furthermore, the extrusion-proof edge is formed on the outer peripheral wall surface of the frame body of the sieve, so that the outer peripheral wall surface is prevented from being extruded to the outside due to the compression and adhesion force of the reed for blocking the sieve outlet when the sieve is closed by the reed, thereby ensuring that the airtight filler arranged in the reed can provide effective airtight force for the outlet.
In the present invention, it is preferable that an inner peripheral surface of the discharge hole formed in the frame body of the screen tool is formed with an inclined surface which is gradually narrowed downward, at least one contact protrusion edge is formed in the inclined surface, and the airtight packing of the reed which is adhered to the discharge hole is formed with the same inclined surface to achieve an airtight effect, thereby achieving a partial linear contact with the contact protrusion edge.
In the present invention, an annular protrusion is further formed in the airtight packing of the reed, which abuts against the upper side of the bottom of the sieve, so that it is preferable to provide a more stable airtight force to the sieve.
In the present invention, it is preferable that at least one of the press-preventing ribs formed on the outer peripheral wall surface of the frame of the screen is formed so as to be spaced apart from each other.
In the present invention, the airtight packing provided in the reed is preferably made of an elastomer material.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the mesh net for blocking the discharge holes of the screen is formed of concave-convex coupling portions formed at the lower portion of the screen frame body and the upper portion of the mesh net fixing ring, and fixed in a tightened state by fixing pins formed at the concave-convex coupling portions, and that the blocking port formed at the outer inner circumferential surface of the concave-convex portion of the frame body and the blocking protrusion rib formed at the corresponding position of the concave-convex coupling portion of the mesh net fixing ring are elastically coupled for the first time, and the second integrated fixing and supporting are realized by ultrasonic coupling.
In the present invention, it is preferable that an auxiliary fixing pin is further formed in the concave-convex combining portion of the mesh fixing ring, so that the mesh net blocked and fixed by the fixing pin can be maintained in a more tense state.
In the present invention, the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the inner container is formed as an inclined surface in a predetermined section, so that the pressure in the inner container can be discharged to the outside when the sieve is coupled to the inner container.
Advantageous effects
By the present invention, it is possible to rapidly and easily couple a screen tool equipped with a mesh net for discharging a cosmetic to an inner container for receiving various types of cosmetics and to provide a stable airtight force, thereby maintaining the quality of the cosmetics for a longer time, and at the same time, it is possible to remarkably improve the convenience of use when carrying and using the screen tool because the cosmetic tool is integrally equipped, and in addition, it is possible to ensure a proper amount of discharged and used cosmetics while preventing the mesh net from excessively sinking, further improving the gradation of the product, by ensuring that the mesh net is stably and fixedly coupled to the screen tool to always maintain its tense state.
Further, according to the present invention, since the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the inner container is formed in the inclined surface within a certain interval, even in a state where the dry powder type cosmetic is filled in the inner container, it is possible to easily remove the inner pressure of the inner container and prevent the cosmetic from being scattered outward through the mesh net when the sieve is combined with the inner container, and it is also possible to prevent the label attached to the upper portion of the mesh net from being damaged, thereby further improving the stability and reliability of the use of the product.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, a compact cosmetic container 100 to which the present invention is applied includes an outer container 110 and an outer cover 120 which are injection-molded by using an injection material such as ABS resin. The outer container 110 and the outer cap 120 are assembled with each other and have an open form in a direction facing each other.
One of the outer container 110 and the outer cap 120 is coupled to the other through a hinge portion 102. That is, the rotation support piece 102b extended to one lower end of the outer cap is fitted into the rotation operation opening 102a formed to be opened to one outer side of the outer container, and the pin 102d is coupled to the pin groove 102c formed to penetrate through the coaxial line of the rotation operation opening 102a and the rotation support piece 102b, so that the outer cap can be rotated within a certain angle range with respect to the outer container. However, the hinge unit 102 is not limited thereto, and may have various different design configurations as necessary.
The outer container 110 and the outer lid 120 can be opened and closed by the other opening/closing portion 104. That is, the opening and closing operation can be performed by the engagement and release operation of the stopper ribs 104a and 104b formed to extend at corresponding positions on the opposite side of the hinge portion 102 in the outer container 110 and the outer lid 120. However, the opening/closing unit 104 may have various different design configurations as necessary.
A mirror 122 for observing the face during makeup is attached to the inner circumferential surface of the outer cover 120.
The inner container 110 is coupled and fixed to the inner container 130 for containing the contents for makeup, particularly the cosmetic 170 in the form of moisture-containing powder. Among them, the cosmetic is preferably a wet powder type, but is not limited thereto. That is, the cosmetic composition may be a liquid cosmetic composition having a certain viscosity including a dry powder form, or a porous sheet such as a sponge sheet impregnated with a liquid cosmetic composition.
The wet powder may be in a form of being compressed under a certain pressure in a state where the powder contains moisture or a functional substance, or may be in a liquid form or a cream form having a certain viscosity. In particular, since a cosmetic in the form of a wet powder, a liquid or a cream contains moisture, it can provide a moist and refreshing feeling during makeup as compared with a cosmetic in the form of a simple dry powder, and is recently preferred by consumers.
The inner container 130 coupled to the inside of the outer container 110 is coupled to each other in a non-separated manner by elastic coupling between one or more blocking grooves 112 and blocking ribs 131 formed in correspondence with the inner wall surface of the outer container 110 and the outer wall surface of the inner container.
The sifter device 140 is hermetically coupled to the upper portion of the inner container 130 in a detachable manner. When the sifter is coupled to the inner container, coupling grooves 142 formed to open to the outer and lower ends of the upper end of the frame 141 of the sifter 140 are fitted into and coupled to the pillar walls 132 formed to extend above the inner circumferential surface of the inner container 130, and the airtight coupling ribs 132a and 142a formed in the pillar walls and the coupling grooves, respectively, are elastically coupled to each other in a sealed manner.
Further, the sifter device 140 coupled to the inner container 130 is guided to be quickly and easily engaged with the inner container by being inclined at a specific angle E such that the outer circumferential wall surface 143 of the frame 141 engaged with the inner container is gradually narrowed downward, as shown in fig. 10.
That is, when the sifter is coupled to the inner container, the frame 141 is coupled with a constant interval without being closely attached to the inner circumferential wall surface of the inner container 130 because the outer circumferential wall surface 143 is inclined to be gradually narrowed downward, and thus the coupling operation can be more smoothly and rapidly completed.
Further, an airtight ring 143a is protruded upward on the entire circumferential outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall surface 143 of the frame body 141 of the above-mentioned sifter 140, and a crush prevention rib 143b is formed by being divided uniformly at least at one or more portions of the lower end thereof, so that the fitting operation is facilitated and the occurrence of the slip can be prevented by the partial contact with the inner peripheral wall surface of the inner container when the sifter 140 is coupled to the inner container 130.
Since the outer circumferential wall surface 143 of the frame 141 inclined at a certain angle E is coupled in a state of not directly contacting the inner circumferential wall surface of the inner container in order to guide the sifter 140 coupled to the inner container 130 so as to be coupled more rapidly and easily, the pressing prevention rib 143b can be surely pressed to the outside by the pressing force when the spring 150 to be described later is closed, thereby always maintaining a stable coupling state.
A discharge hole 144 for discharging the cosmetics is formed through the center of the bottom of the frame 141 of the sifter 140, and a mesh 146 is provided at the lower end of the discharge hole to be telescopically fixed and supported by a mesh fixing ring 145 and to ensure uniform adhesion of the cosmetics to the cosmetics 160 without causing a caking phenomenon.
The inner circumferential surface of the discharge hole 144 is an inclined surface gradually narrowing from the upper bottom to the lower bottom, and at least one contact protrusion 144a is formed on the inner circumferential surface.
The mesh net 146 is preferably made of a material such as nylon for achieving good stretchability, but the use thereof is not limited as long as it is a material capable of achieving stretchability.
In this case, the mesh net 146 is preferably kept in a tight state at all times when the cosmetics are dipped in the frame 141 of the sifter 140, so that a proper amount of the cosmetics can be discharged.
To this end, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, in the present invention, concave- convex coupling portions 141a and 145a are formed on the bottom surface of the frame body 141 of the sifter 140 and the upper surface of the mesh net fixing ring 145, respectively, and fixing pins 141a-1 and 145a-1 are formed in the concave- convex coupling portions 141a and 145a to protrude in a triangular convex shape, respectively, so that the edge portion of the mesh net interposed therebetween can be uniformly tightened.
In addition, in the concave-convex combining part 145a of the mesh net fixing ring 145, an auxiliary fixing pin 145a-2 is further formed between the fixing pins 141a-1 and 145a-1 so that the other edge portions except the mesh net positioned in the discharge holes 144 of the frame 141 can be always kept in a tight fixed state, and thus the fixing force of the fixing pins 141a-1 and 145a-1 is slightly weakened and the tight state can be always kept.
In the mesh net fixing ring 145 coupled to the concave-convex coupling portion 141a formed at the lower portion of the frame body 141 of the sifter 140 by the concave-convex coupling portion 145a, the dam port 141b formed at the outer inner circumferential surface of the concave-convex coupling portion of the frame body 141 is elastically coupled to the dam projection rib 145b formed at the corresponding position of the concave-convex coupling portion 145a of the mesh net fixing ring 145 for the first time, and the ultrasonic coupling operation is performed to the lower surface of the mesh net fixing ring 145 to realize the second fixing support.
By the engagement of the mesh net fixing ring 145 as described above, the mesh net 146 interposed between the concave-convex engagement portions 141a and 151a can be stably held without coming off.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the sieve 140 has a spring 150 recessed in the upper portion thereof to form a cosmetic container 151 for containing a cosmetic device such as a puff or a brush, and the spring is opened and closed upward to one side by the hinge 106 on one side, thereby air-tightly closing the discharge hole 144 of the sieve 140.
The hinge part 106 is formed by engaging a rotary support piece 106b formed to extend outward from one side of the spring plate into a rotary operation piece 106a formed to be recessed upward from one side of the outer container, and by engaging a pin 106d with a pin groove 106c formed to penetrate through a coaxial line of the rotary operation piece and the rotary support piece, the spring plate 150 can be rotated within a certain angle range with respect to the sieve tool by the above-described assembly structure. However, the hinge portion 106 is not limited thereto, and may have various different design configurations as necessary.
The opening/closing unit 108 shown in fig. 6 is provided on the other side of the spring 150 provided with the hinge unit 106. The opening/closing part 108 includes an opening/closing operation piece 108a formed to extend to an outer side of an upper end of the spring, an elastic support piece 108b formed to extend to a lower portion of the opening/closing operation piece, and a stopper rib 108c formed on the elastic support piece 108b and elastically coupled to and released from a stopper rib 108d formed to protrude at a corresponding position of the inner container 130. However, the opening/closing unit 108 is not limited to this, and may have various design configurations as necessary.
Accordingly, the reed 150 can be rotated to open and close the upper portion of the sifter 140 by the hinge unit 106 and the opening/closing unit 108, and can maintain a stable blocking coupling force particularly by the closing operation of the reed.
The hinge portion 106 for realizing the rotation operation of the above-described reed 150 and the hinge portion 102 for realizing the rotation operation of the external cover 120 are arranged in directions orthogonal to each other so as not to interfere with each other at the time of opening and closing.
The bottom surface of the reed 150 is provided with an airtight packing 152 made of a soft material for airtight sealing the discharge hole 144 of the sifter 140. The side surface of the airtight packing 152 corresponding to the discharge hole 144 of the sieve may have the same contact surface as the discharge hole.
The airtight packing 152 may be integrally formed on the bottom surface of the reed 150 by double injection molding, and various soft materials such as Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), silicone Rubber (silicone Rubber), and elastomer (elastomer) may be used to provide a stable airtight force. However, the use of the material other than the above materials is not necessarily limited as long as it can achieve airtightness.
Preferably, an elastomer (elastomer) is used as the airtight filler 152 in consideration of various conditions such as workability in injection molding and airtight stability.
In addition, it is preferable that the airtight packing 152 further includes an annular protrusion 153 which comes into close contact with an upper side surface portion of the bottom of the screen frame 141 when the screen is opened and closed, thereby achieving an airtight effect, and further achieving a more effective airtight effect for the screen 140. By providing the annular protrusion 153 in the airtight packing 152, the discharge hole 144 of the sifter 140 can be maintained in a more stable airtight state.
In the present invention, the inner container 130, the frame 141 of the sifter 140, and the reed 150 are also injection molded by using a synthetic resin material, and preferably, they are injection molded by using a polypropylene (polypropylene) material having excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, and excellent mechanical properties, tensile strength, and impact strength.
The compact cosmetic container 100 according to the present invention having the above-described structure can be used by providing the spring piece 150 with the cosmetic container 151 and storing the cosmetic device 160 such as a puff therein, and thus can be used while being carried more conveniently than a conventional method in which a cosmetic device is separately provided.
When the sifter 140 is assembled into the inner container 130, as shown in fig. 11, the coupling groove 142 of the sifter and the airtight coupling rib 142a and the airtight ring 143a formed on the outer peripheral wall surface 143 can be closely coupled to the airtight coupling rib and the inner peripheral wall surface formed on the pillar wall 132, so that the inner container and the sifter can be stably coupled to each other, and leakage of the cosmetic or evaporation of moisture through the coupling portion can be prevented.
Further, when the reed 150 is closed with respect to the sieve 140, the airtight packing 152 formed on the lower side surface of the bottom of the reed blocks the discharge hole 144 of the sieve, and even if the outer peripheral wall surface 143 formed to be gradually narrowed downward so as to be well integrated into the inner container 130 is pressed to the outside by the pressing adhesion force of the reed, the airtight packing 152 of the reed can be surely adhered to the inner peripheral wall surface of the inner container at all times by the anti-pressing rib 143b formed, and thus, the airtight packing 152 of the reed can be surely kept in the close adhesion state with the discharge hole 144 of the sieve and can be surely kept without losing its airtight force when the reed 150 is closed.
Meanwhile, in order to block the discharge hole 144 formed in the sieve 140, the packing 152 of the reed 150 contacting the inner circumferential surface of the discharge hole is formed in a corresponding inclined surface form, whereby not only a stable contact force can be always provided when the reed is closed, but also a partial linear contact can be achieved with the contact protrusion edge 144a formed on the inner circumferential surface of the discharge hole of the reed, thereby enabling a tighter air-tight force when a pressing force is applied to the reed.
Accordingly, the present invention can provide a stable coupling effect between the inner container 130 and the sifter 140 and can further improve the air tightness of the discharge holes 144 formed in the sifter, thereby maintaining the cosmetic 170 contained in the inner container at a high quality.
In addition, in the compact cosmetic container 100 to which the present invention is applied, makeup is performed using the cosmetic 170 stored in the inner container 130, as shown in fig. 12, after the outer lid 120 is opened to one side with the outer container 110 as a center by the hinge portion 102, the cosmetic 160 is taken out from the cosmetic storage portion 151 of the spring 150, and then the spring 150 is opened to one side of the inner container 140 by the hinge portion 106.
In the above case, the discharge hole 144 of the sieve 140 is exposed to the outside by the opening operation of the reed 150, and at this time, the cosmetics in the inner container 130 are discharged through the mesh net in a proper amount and attached to the cosmetics by the operation of pressing the mesh net 146 through the discharge hole 144 by the cosmetics 160, so that the makeup operation can be performed using the cosmetics attached to the cosmetics. The mesh net 146 forcibly pressed down by the cosmetic device is restored to the original state by its own elasticity when the pressurizing force of the cosmetic device is removed.
At this time, the mesh net 146 can be always kept in a tightly coupled state with the frame 141 of the sifter 140 by the mesh net fixing ring 145, so that the cosmetic can be stably discharged and used, and the cosmetic can be prevented from being excessively pressed and excessively lowered.
Next, after finishing makeup, the reed 150 is first closed, the cosmetic tool 160 is then received in the cosmetic tool receiving part 151, and the external cap 120 is then closed, thereby completing the closing operation of the reed and the external cap. At this time, the closed state can be maintained by the blocking force of the respective opening/ closing sections 104 and 108, and the discharge hole 144 of the sieve 140 can enter the airtight sealed state by the airtight packing 152 of the reed 150.
Thereby, the cosmetics received in the inner container 130 can be prevented from leaking to the outside by the stable airtight coupling force between the sifter 140 and the reed 150 when being carried for use, thereby maintaining a good hygienic state while maintaining the quality thereof for a longer time, and thereby providing good portability for use.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the inclined surface 132b having a constant inclination angle F is formed in a constant section of the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the inner container 130 for storing the cosmetics 170, so that the coupling stability of the sifter device 140 can be ensured according to the type of the cosmetics stored in the inner container.
For example, when the cosmetic 170 stored in the inner container 130 is not in a wet powder form but in a dry powder form, the label L is generally attached to the upper surface of the mesh net 146 of the sieve 130 after the cosmetic in the dry powder form is filled, so that the scattering of the powder to the outside when the sieve 140 is coupled is prevented, the scattering of the powder due to the adhesion of the powder to the bottom surface of the reed 150 is prevented, and the consumer can confirm that the purchased product is a brand-new product.
Therefore, the present invention can maintain the state in which the pressing prevention rib 143b and the airtight ring 143a are spaced apart from the inclined surface 132a formed on the inner circumferential surface of the upper end by a predetermined gap during the coupling of the sifter 140 before the pressing prevention rib 143b and the airtight ring 143a positioned at the upper end are completely coupled when the sifter is coupled, by forming the inclined surface 132b on the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the inner container 130 to the portion thereof contacting the pressing prevention rib 143b, thereby allowing the pressure in the inner container caused by the coupling of the sifter to be discharged to the outside of the inner container through the gap, preventing the cosmetics in the form of dry powder from being scattered to the outside through the mesh net 146 due to the internal pressure, and preventing the label L attached to the upper portion thereof from being damaged.
Therefore, in the present invention, the inclined surface 132b is formed in the predetermined section of the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the inner container 130 as described above, so that when the sieve 140 is coupled to the inner container in a state where the dry powder type cosmetic is filled, the internal pressure of the inner container is effectively removed, the dry powder type cosmetic is prevented from being scattered through the mesh net 146, and the label L attached to the upper portion of the mesh net 146 is prevented from being damaged, thereby further improving the stability and reliability of the product in use.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and changes can be made without departing from the scope of the following claims.
