when a server is logged in by using a target user account, obtaining feedback information sent by the server, wherein the feedback information is sent after the server obtains an equipment list corresponding to the target user account and detects a friend user terminal in the equipment list, the equipment list comprises at least one user terminal bound with the target user account, if the server detects that the friend user terminal does not exist in the equipment list or the friend user terminal is not on line, the feedback information comprises the equipment list, and if the server detects that the friend user terminal exists in the equipment list and detects that the friend user terminal is on line, the feedback information comprises a notification message notifying the friend user terminal;
when the feedback information comprises the equipment list, acquiring a lost target mobile terminal selected by a user according to the equipment list, generating a loss processing instruction, and forwarding the loss processing instruction to the target mobile terminal through the server, wherein the target mobile terminal executes loss processing operation according to the loss processing instruction;
when the feedback information comprises the notification message, generating a prompt instruction and forwarding the prompt instruction to the relatives and friends user terminal through the server so that the relatives and friends user terminal can send a loss processing instruction to a target mobile terminal corresponding to target object information, wherein the target mobile terminal executes loss processing operation according to the loss processing instruction, and the prompt instruction comprises the target object information;
the loss processing instruction at least comprises one or more of the following: the method comprises the steps of backing up an instruction, positioning and searching an instruction, remotely locking an instruction, tracking an instruction in real time, remotely photographing an instruction, playing a ring instruction, retrieving an instruction from data and clearing a device data instruction;
if the loss processing instruction is a real-time tracking instruction, the loss processing operation corresponding to the real-time tracking instruction is as follows: the target mobile terminal is automatically connected with a network or automatically starts a mobile data network, and real-time position information is transmitted to the electronic equipment through the server through the network so as to form a motion track of the target mobile terminal on the electronic equipment.

The method according to claim 1, wherein if the loss processing command is a data recovery command, the loss processing operation corresponding to the data recovery command is: the target mobile terminal is automatically connected with a network or automatically starts a mobile data network, and all data or preset important data information is synchronized to the server through the network.

The method according to claim 1, wherein if the loss processing command is a backup command, the loss processing operation corresponding to the backup command is: and the target mobile terminal backs up all data or preset important data information to the specified user terminal in the online state in the equipment list through the server.

The method according to claim 1, wherein if the loss processing instruction is a location finding instruction, the loss processing operation corresponding to the location finding instruction is: the target mobile terminal is automatically connected with a network or automatically starts a mobile data network, and transmits the current position information to the electronic equipment through the server through the network.

The method according to claim 1, wherein if the loss processing instruction is a remote photographing instruction, the loss processing operation corresponding to the remote photographing instruction is: and the target mobile terminal controls the front camera and the rear camera to execute photographing operation and transmits the obtained image information to the electronic equipment through the server.
