本发明属于新能源领域,主要涉及一种高防尘防水太阳能光伏支架。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,新能源越来越受到重视,对于太阳能的利用更是越来越普遍。现有的太阳能板安装通常是采用在太阳能板底部安装轨道,然后通过许多螺栓将轨道安装到需要的地方,这种方法存在安装重量大,安全系数差的弊端,而且安装费时费力,对于高空作业而言,存在很大的不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种整体结构简洁、安全系数高、安装方便、拆装灵活快捷、防尘防水性能好、实用性极强的高防尘防水太阳能光伏支架。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
高防尘防水太阳能光伏支架,所述支架包含固定架和设置在固定架上方的与太阳能板配合的槽形卡合件,所述槽形卡合件包含朝向相同的外卡合件和内卡合件,所述外卡合件的两个端部上设有向内弯曲的回形结构,所述内卡合件的两个端部上设有向外弯曲的回形结构,所述外卡合件和内卡合件之间通过两者相对应端部的回形结构镶嵌连接;在内卡合件内表面上与太阳能板接触的部位,设有高分子垫层,在内卡合件的上下外边缘,还均设有挡尘刷;所述外卡和件或内卡和件的上端部上,还设有一个方向向内弯曲的扳手。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构巧妙,整体结构简洁,安装方便,安全系数高,拆装灵活快捷,省时省力,而且通过回形结构以及垫层、挡尘刷的配合,防尘、防水能力很强,可有效防止灰尘和水进入太阳能板底部,避免太阳能板底部的电力装置进水积尘,实用性极强。

本发明结构巧妙,整体结构简洁,安装方便,安全系数高,拆装灵活快捷,省时省力,而且通过回形结构以及垫层、挡尘刷的配合,防尘、防水能力很强,可有效防止灰尘和水进入太阳能板底部,避免太阳能板底部的电力装置进水积尘,实用性极强。
