the recommending device acquires meal information of the user and selected meal information of the user, wherein the meal information is used for representing the total content of nutritional ingredients required by the user in the meal period, and the selected meal information is used for representing the content of the nutritional ingredients of selected meals before the user receives the first selected meal information in the meal period; the meal information is obtained according to personal attribute information of the user;
and the recommending device recommends second meal selection information to the user according to the first meal selection information, the meal information and the selected meal information, wherein the second meal selection information is used for representing the content of the nutritional ingredients of the meal selected by the user next time during the meal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user terminal establishes a communication connection with a service center device, and the obtaining of the meal information of the user and the selected meal information of the user by the recommendation device comprises:
and the user terminal receives the user meal information and the selected meal information of the user, which are sent by the service center equipment.

wherein the processor is configured to execute the steps of the recommendation method for selecting a meal according to any one of claims 1 to 8 via executing the executable instructions.
