Detailed Description
The specification aims to provide a queuing-free checkout type barrier-free intelligent supermarket system built based on intelligent shopping equipment.
In practice, an intelligent shopping device (such as an intelligent shopping basket or a shopping cart) may be equipped with sensing hardware for identifying the goods placed in the intelligent shopping device by a user, and communication hardware for performing wireless and/or wired communication with the outside (such as a WI-FI module, which may perform wireless communication with a payment server through a WI-FI hotspot of an offline shopping place).
Meanwhile, the intelligent shopping device may be pre-bound to the payment account of the user (for example, a graphic code generated based on the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device may be attached to the intelligent shopping device, and the user may scan the graphic code using the payment client to initiate a binding operation of the payment account of the payment client with the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device).
In the shopping process of a user, the intelligent shopping device can identify the commodity placed in the intelligent shopping device by the user through the carried sensing hardware. The intelligent shopping device may query unit prices of the commodities put in by the user through the processor (for example, the intelligent shopping device may query unit prices of the commodities from a server of the offline shopping site through communication with the communication hardware, and calculate a total price of the commodities put in by the user based on the queried unit prices of the commodities.
After the total price of the commodity placed in the intelligent shopping device by the user is calculated, the intelligent shopping device can communicate with the payment server through the communication hardware, the hardware identification (such as the device number) of the intelligent shopping device and the calculated total price of the commodity are sent to the payment server, and the payment server completes deduction settlement corresponding to the total price in a payment account bound with the hardware identification.
On one hand, the intelligent shopping equipment can autonomously identify the commodities which are put into the intelligent shopping equipment by the user, so that when the user purchases the shopping places online, the operation of autonomously scanning the purchased commodities one by one to initiate settlement can be omitted;
on the other hand, the intelligent shopping device can be bound with a payment account of the user in advance, the intelligent shopping device can be communicated with the payment server, and deduction settlement of commodities placed in the intelligent shopping device by the user is automatically initiated to the payment server, so that the operation of manually initiating the shopping settlement through the payment client can be omitted after shopping is finished by the user, off-line shopping and on-line payment of the user can be communicated through the intelligent shopping device to form a closed loop, and a set of obstacle-free off-line shopping experience intelligent supermarket system which can provide real-meaning queuing-free settlement for the user is built for merchants in an off-line shopping place.
For example, in one implementation, a set of intelligent supermarket systems can be built based on the intelligent shopping device. In the intelligent supermarket system, a graphic identifier (such as a bar code or a two-dimensional code) generated based on a hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device can be attached to the intelligent shopping device. When a user purchases, only one scanning operation is needed to be executed by the payment client (such as Alipay) according to the graphic codes, the payment account of the payment client is bound with the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device, and then the intelligent shopping device can autonomously identify the commodities put into the intelligent shopping device by the user, calculate the total price of the put commodities, and autonomously initiate a deduction settlement operation in the bound payment account by communicating with the payment server, so that in the whole shopping process, no settlement operation in any form needs to be executed for the user (for example, after the user finishes shopping, the user does not need to autonomously perform code scanning on the purchased commodities one by one in a settlement area of an intelligent supermarket to initiate a settlement operation), and the barrier-free online shopping experience of a queuing settlement type is fundamentally realized.
The present specification is described below with reference to specific embodiments and specific application scenarios.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a method for settling a shopping account according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, applied to an intelligent shopping device, and executing the following steps:
102, identifying commodities, which are put into the intelligent shopping equipment by a user, through the carried sensing hardware;
104, inquiring unit price of a commodity put into the intelligent shopping equipment by a user, and calculating a total price of the commodity based on the inquired unit price;
and 106, sending the total price of the commodity and the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device to a payment server, so that the payment server completes deduction settlement corresponding to the total price of the commodity in a payment account bound with the hardware identifier.
The intelligent shopping equipment can comprise portable shopping equipment in any shape and any shape; in practical application, the intelligent shopping device can be customized according to a specific shopping scene; for example, the intelligent shopping device may be a smart shopping basket, a smart shopping cart, a smart shopping bag, or other forms of portable intelligent shopping devices.
The intelligent shopping device can be uniformly managed, owned, standardized and customized by a merchant or an intelligent shopping service provider (such as Alipay) in an offline shopping place, so that the intelligent shopping device and the merchant or the intelligent shopping service provider can be communicated to a service end of the intelligent shopping device.
Certainly, in practical applications, the intelligent shopping device may specifically be a device capable of shopping privately owned by an individual consumer; for example, the intelligent shopping device may be an intelligent shopping bag owned by an individual consumer, or other forms of customized carriers in a personalized shopping scenario.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a hardware structure diagram of an intelligent shopping device shown in the present specification.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the present specification, the intelligent shopping device may be specifically equipped with a processor (such as MCU), communication hardware and sensing hardware.
The processor may be connected to the communication hardware and the sensing hardware at the same time, and a specific connection manner is not described in detail in this specification.
The sensing hardware is used for identifying the commodity of the user, which is put into the intelligent shopping equipment; for example, taking the intelligent shopping device as an intelligent shopping basket as an example, the commodity of the intelligent shopping basket is put into by the user, specifically, the commodity of the user put into the storage space of the intelligent shopping basket.
In one embodiment, the sensing hardware may specifically include a Radio Frequency (RF) sensor and a gravity sensor; that is, in this description, the RF sensor and the gravity sensor may be utilized to jointly identify the item that the user has placed in the intelligent shopping device.
The intelligent shopping device can identify the radio frequency tags carried in the commodities through the carried RF sensor and read the commodity information from the radio frequency tags.
The gravity sensor can assist the radio frequency sensor to finish the action recognition of putting in the commodity by the user and taking out the commodity by the user in the process of recognizing the commodity put in by the user through the carried radio frequency sensor.
For example, in practical applications, after the intelligent shopping device identifies the rf tag of an article within an effective identification distance through the mounted rf sensor, the article may be being put into the intelligent shopping device or taken out of the intelligent shopping device.
In this case, the gravity sensor may detect the weight of the intelligent shopping device, and after the intelligent shopping device identifies a radio frequency tag through the RF sensor, it may further determine whether the weight of the intelligent shopping device detected by the gravity sensor is increased; if the weight of the intelligent shopping device is increased, determining that a user puts commodities into the intelligent shopping device, wherein the detected radio frequency tag is a radio frequency tag carried by the put commodities; on the contrary, if the weight of the intelligent shopping device is reduced, it can be determined that the user takes out the commodity from the intelligent shopping device, and the detected radio frequency tag is the radio frequency tag carried by the taken out commodity.
The installation positions of the RF sensor and the gravity sensor on the intelligent shopping device are not particularly limited in this specification, and in practical applications, the RF sensor and the gravity sensor can be customized according to the specific shape and actual requirements of the intelligent shopping device;
for example, referring to fig. 3, in the case that the intelligent shopping device is an intelligent shopping basket, the image code may be attached to an outer wall of the intelligent shopping basket; the gravity sensor can be specifically arranged at the bottom gravity center of the intelligent shopping basket; the RF sensor can be particularly installed at the side wall around the entrance of the intelligent shopping basket so as to detect the radio frequency tag carried by the commodity which is put into or taken out of the intelligent shopping basket by a user.
The communication hardware is used for communicating with the outside through wireless and/or wired connection.
In practical application, the communication hardware may be specifically wireless communication hardware or wired communication hardware; alternatively, the communication hardware may be hardware in which both the wireless communication function and the wired communication function are integrated.
For example, in one embodiment shown, the communication hardware may specifically be WI-FI hardware (such as a WI-FI chip), and the intelligent shopping device may access a WI-FI hotspot in an offline shopping venue through the WI-FI hardware, establish a wireless connection with a server of the offline shopping venue and the payment server, and perform wireless communication with the server of the offline shopping venue and the payment server through the wireless connection.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in this specification, the hardware carried by the intelligent shopping device may include hardware such as a display screen, a speaker, and positioning hardware (e.g., a GPS chip), in addition to a processor, communication hardware, and sensing hardware.
The following takes the hardware architecture shown in fig. 2 as an example, and describes the technical solution in this specification in detail through a specific embodiment.
In this specification, a graphic code generated based on the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device may be attached to the intelligent shopping device; for example, the hardware identifier may be a hardware number (which needs to be kept unique) of the intelligent shopping device, and the graphic code may be a barcode or a two-dimensional code generated based on the hardware number.
Of course, in practical applications, the information used for generating the graphic code may include other forms of information besides the hardware identifier; for example, the access information such as the access address and the interface number of the payment server side.
In an initial state, in an off-line shopping place where an intelligent supermarket system is deployed, some intelligent shopping devices which can be taken by a user can be provided in advance; for example, the intelligent shopping device may be provided in an entrance area of a venue, or other designated area of a venue near the entrance. And the user can scan the obtained graphic code attached to the intelligent shopping device by using the payment client, and after recognizing the hardware identifier from the graphic code, initiates the operation of binding the payment account of the user with the intelligent shopping device.
In an implementation manner, after a user scans the graphic code by using a payment client, the payment client may transmit a hardware identifier identified from the graphic code and a payment account of the user (i.e., a payment account currently used for logging in the payment client) to the payment server, and the payment server establishes a binding relationship between the hardware identifier and the payment account and maintains the binding relationship on the server.
Of course, in practical applications, the above binding relationship may also be specifically established by the above payment client locally. In this case, after the user scans the graphic code using the payment client, the payment client may locally establish a binding relationship between the hardware identifier identified from the graphic code and the payment account of the user, upload the binding relationship to the payment server, and maintain the binding relationship on the server.
Of course, in addition to the above-described manner in which the user may bind the intelligent shopping device obtained by the user with the payment account of the user by scanning the graphic code attached to the intelligent shopping device using the payment client, in practical applications, the intelligent shopping device obtained by the user may also be bound with the payment account of the user by other manners, which is not particularly limited in this specification;
for example, in one implementation, a dedicated code scanning device for code scanning binding of an intelligent shopping device and a payment client may be deployed in an offline shopping venue, before a user holds an acquired intelligent shopping device and enters the offline shopping venue to perform shopping, a graphic code attached to the acquired intelligent shopping device and a graphic code generated based on payment account information of the user on a payment client of the user (such as a my two-dimensional code in an Alipay client) may be scanned respectively by using the dedicated code scanning device, and then the dedicated code scanning device may communicate with the payment server to upload a hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device acquired by code scanning and a payment account of the user to the payment server, so that the payment server establishes a binding relationship between the hardware identifier and the payment account.
For another example, in another implementation manner, biometric hardware may be further mounted on the intelligent shopping device; for example, fingerprint acquisition hardware; in this case, the payment server may maintain an association relationship between the payment account of the user and the fingerprint information of the user in advance. Before a user holds the obtained intelligent shopping equipment and enters an off-line shopping place to shop, fingerprint information can be collected through fingerprint collecting hardware on the intelligent shopping equipment, and then the collected fingerprint information and a hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping equipment are uploaded to the payment server side through the intelligent shopping equipment; and the payment server can search the payment account associated with the fingerprint information and then establish the binding relationship between the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device and the payment account.
It should be noted that, the specific manner of binding the intelligent shopping device and the payment account of the user may be other implementation manners besides the above-listed implementation manners, and is not listed in this specification one by one.
In this specification, when a user carries the intelligent shopping device to shop in the off-line shopping venue, the intelligent shopping device may identify a commodity, which is placed in the intelligent shopping device by the user, through the RF sensor and the gravity sensor mounted on the intelligent shopping device.
Specifically, the intelligent shopping device can identify the radio frequency tag of the commodity through the carried RF sensor, and detect the weight of the intelligent shopping device through the carried gravity sensor; after the intelligent shopping device identifies the radio frequency tag of the commodity through the RF sensor, the processor of the intelligent shopping device can further call the detection result of the gravity sensor to determine whether the weight bearing capacity of the intelligent shopping device detected by the gravity sensor is increased; if the weight of the intelligent shopping device is increased, the fact that the user puts commodities into the intelligent shopping device can be determined, and at the moment, commodity information read by the RF sensor from the identified radio frequency tag can be recorded as the commodities which are put into the intelligent shopping device by the user.
On the contrary, after the intelligent shopping device identifies the radio frequency tag of the commodity through the RF sensor, if the processor determines that the bearing weight of the intelligent shopping device is reduced by calling the detection result of the gravity sensor, the fact that the user takes out the commodity from the intelligent shopping device can be determined, and at the moment, the commodity information read from the identified radio frequency tag by the RF sensor can be removed from the recorded commodity information.
By the mode, the commodity information finally recorded by the processor can be guaranteed to be commodities which are put into the intelligent shopping device by the user, and the recorded commodity information can be timely updated when the user takes out the commodities from the intelligent shopping device.
In an embodiment shown, the processor may further output the recorded commodity information (i.e., the commodity information that the user places in the intelligent shopping device) to the user through a display screen mounted on the intelligent shopping device.
By the mode, the user can timely know the commodity to be purchased which is put into the intelligent shopping device by looking up the commodity information displayed in the display screen.
In this specification, when the intelligent shopping device recognizes a commodity, which is placed in the intelligent shopping device by a user, through the RF sensor and the gravity sensor mounted thereon, the processor may further read commodity information that has been recorded, query unit prices corresponding to the commodities based on the read commodity information, and then calculate a total price of the commodity according to the queried unit prices.
The specific implementation manner of querying the unit price of the commodity is not particularly limited in this specification;
for example, in one implementation manner, the communication hardware may specifically be WI-FI hardware, and the intelligent shopping device may access a WI-FI hotspot in an offline shopping venue through the WI-FI hardware, communicate with a server of the offline shopping venue, and initiate a query of unit price of a commodity to the server;
or, in another implementation manner, the intelligent shopping device may access to a WI-FI hotspot in an offline shopping venue through the WI-FI hardware, communicate with a server of the offline shopping venue, periodically push a database or a data table in which commodity unit prices are recorded to the intelligent shopping device by the server, and then locally query the commodity unit prices based on the database or the data table.
The processor can output the recorded commodity information (namely the commodity information of the user placed in the intelligent shopping device) to the user through a display screen mounted on the intelligent shopping device, and can also output the calculated total price of the commodity placed in the intelligent shopping device by the user.
By the mode, the user can check the commodity placed in the intelligent shopping device and the total price of the commodity, so that economic loss brought to the user when the intelligent shopping device identifies the commodity and has errors can be avoided as much as possible.
Of course, in practical applications, the intelligent shopping device may synchronize the commodity information of the intelligent shopping device and the total price of the commodity, which are put into the intelligent shopping device by the user, to the payment client of the user through the server for displaying (for example, in a case where the intelligent shopping device is not equipped with a display screen), and the present specification is not particularly limited.
In this specification, after the processor calculates the total price of the commodity of the user inserted into the intelligent shopping device, the calculated total price of the commodity and the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device may be actively sent to the payment server to initiate shopping settlement.
In practical applications, the above process of actively initiating shopping settlement may be triggered periodically by the processor of the intelligent shopping device (for example, settlement is performed to the payment server at intervals), or triggered after receiving a relevant settlement instruction (for example, after receiving the settlement instruction, the total price of the product and the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device are sent to the payment server).
In an embodiment shown, an access control system may be deployed at an exit of the offline shopping venue, and the intelligent shopping device may carry a short-range wireless communication module, perform short-range wireless communication with the access control system through the short-range wireless communication module, and receive a settlement instruction issued by the access control system after performing the short-range wireless communication with the intelligent shopping device.
The specific mode of the short-distance wireless communication between the intelligent shopping equipment and the access control system is not particularly limited in the specification, and the intelligent shopping equipment can be flexibly selected based on requirements in practical application; for example, short-range wireless communication methods such as NFC and bluetooth may be used.
Under the condition, when a user finishes shopping, the intelligent shopping device is carried to be close to the access control system, and the distance between the intelligent shopping device and the access control system reaches an effective communication distance supported by short-distance wireless communication, the intelligent shopping device can perform one-time short-distance wireless communication with the access control system, and further trigger the access control system to issue a settlement instruction to the intelligent shopping device;
for example, taking the example that the intelligent shopping device and the access control system adopt bluetooth communication, the intelligent shopping device may periodically broadcast a bluetooth beacon through a mounted bluetooth module, and the access control system may perform bluetooth pairing with the intelligent shopping device to establish a bluetooth link after detecting the bluetooth beacon broadcasted by the intelligent shopping device, and then issue a settlement instruction to the intelligent shopping device based on the bluetooth link.
After receiving a settlement instruction issued by the access control system, the intelligent shopping device may generate settlement information (e.g., a settlement request) based on the calculated total price of the commodity and the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device, and then send the settlement information to the payment server through the communication hardware.
After receiving the settlement information, the payment server can read the hardware identifier and the total price of the commodity carried in the settlement information, inquire the payment account bound with the hardware identifier based on the binding relationship between the hardware identifier of the locally maintained intelligent shopping device and the payment account of the user, then complete the deduction settlement corresponding to the total price of the commodity in the searched payment account, and issue a related prompt message (such as a deduction prompt) to the payment client after the deduction settlement is completed.
Certainly, in practical applications, if the user does not authorize the payment server to directly perform the right of deducting money at the background, at this time, the payment server may also issue the total price of the goods and the related deduction settlement information to the payment client, and the user manually completes the deduction settlement operation on the payment client.
Therefore, through the mode, the user can perform settlement operation in any form in the whole shopping process (for example, after shopping is finished, the user does not need to scan the purchased commodities one by one in a settlement area of an intelligent supermarket to initiate settlement), and the queuing-free payment type barrier-free off-line shopping experience is fundamentally realized.
In this specification, the gravity sensor mounted on the intelligent shopping device may assist the RF sensor to identify the commodity placed by the user, and may also assist the processor mounted on the intelligent shopping device to detect the theft of the commodity in practical applications.
In an embodiment shown, after the intelligent shopping device identifies the commodity, which is put into the intelligent shopping device by the user, through the mounted RF sensor and the gravity sensor, the processor may further read the recorded commodity information, query the commodity weight (i.e. the standard weight corresponding to the commodity type) corresponding to the commodity based on the read commodity information, and calculate the expected total weight of the commodity, which is put into the intelligent shopping device by the user, based on the queried commodity weight;
for example, the intelligent shopping device can still access to a WI-FI hotspot in an offline shopping place through the carried WI-FI hardware, communicate with a server of the offline shopping place, and initiate the query of the weight of the goods to the server; or the server side of the off-line shopping place pushes the database or the data table recording the weight of the commodity to the intelligent shopping equipment, and then the weight of the commodity is inquired based on the database or the data table locally.
Further, when the expected total weight of the goods put into the intelligent shopping device by the user is calculated, the processor may read the actual total weight (for example, the weight gain of the intelligent shopping device) of the goods put into the intelligent shopping device by the user detected by the gravity sensor, and then match the expected total weight with the actual weight. And if the actual total weight does not match the expected total weight, the processor can send out a corresponding alarm prompt through a loudspeaker carried by the intelligent shopping equipment.
In this way, the calculated expected total weight of the commodity placed by the user is compared with the actual total weight of the commodity placed by the user, so that the commodity theft behavior of the user can be found in time.
Of course, the above-mentioned intelligent shopping device can complete the anti-theft detection of the commodity by matching the expected total weight and the actual total weight of the inserted commodity as described above, and in practical application, the above-mentioned intelligent shopping hardware can also complete the anti-theft detection of the commodity by other ways, which are not listed in this specification.
In the specification, shopping data generated by a user in a shopping process can be collected and transmitted to a server of an off-line shopping place by the intelligent shopping device, and big data analysis is performed by the server; for example, a user's shopping preferences may be analyzed based on the user's shopping data, and so forth.
In this case, during the process that the user carries the intelligent shopping device to shop in the shopping place online, the processor of the intelligent shopping device can collect the shopping data of the user while shopping.
The shopping data can comprise commodity records of the user put into the intelligent shopping equipment and data which can reflect the shopping behaviors of the user in any form;
for example, in one illustrated embodiment, the shopping data may specifically include a combination of one or more of the following:
the user puts the commodity record of the intelligent shopping equipment;
the position information of the user in the shopping place is positioned based on positioning hardware (such as a GPS module) carried by the intelligent shopping device;
a walking route of the user in the shopping place is generated based on the position information;
the stay time of the user in each shopping area on the walking route.
It should be noted that the above-listed shopping data of various types are merely exemplary. In addition to the various types of shopping data described above, in practical applications, the shopping data may also include other types of data capable of reflecting the shopping behavior of the user, and are not listed in this specification.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an architecture diagram of an intelligent supermarket system constructed based on the above intelligent shopping device shown in this specification.
As shown in fig. 4, in the intelligent supermarket system, a payment service end (such as an Alipay platform) and an intelligent shopping device (an intelligent shopping basket is taken as an example in fig. 4) which can remotely communicate with the payment service end can be included.
In an embodiment, in addition to the intelligent shopping device and the payment server, the intelligent supermarket system may further include a payment client (e.g., an Alipay client) of the user, an access control system of a shopping place, a server of the shopping place, and the like.
In an initial state, in an off-line shopping place where the intelligent supermarket system is deployed, some intelligent shopping devices which can be taken by a user can be provided in advance; wherein, these intelligent shopping devices all can be attached with the two-dimensional code that generates based on these intelligent shopping device's device number.
And the user can scan the two-dimensional code attached to the intelligent shopping device by using the scanning function in the payment client, and after the device number is identified from the graphic code, the user initiates to bind the payment account logged in the payment client with the intelligent shopping device, and maintains the binding relationship on the payment server. A person skilled in the art may refer to the description of the previous embodiment for a specific binding process, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
When a user carries the intelligent shopping device to shop in the off-line shopping place, the intelligent shopping device can identify the commodity placed in the intelligent shopping device by the RF sensor and the gravity sensor carried by the intelligent shopping device, and records the commodity placed in the intelligent shopping device by the user. For a specific product identification process, those skilled in the art may refer to the description of the previous embodiment, and details are not described in this embodiment.
On one hand, the intelligent shopping device can be accessed to a WI-FI hotspot of a shopping place through a WI-FI module, communicates with a server of the shopping place, inquires the recorded unit prices of various commodities from the server of the shopping place, and then calculates the total price of the intelligent shopping device put into by a user.
On the other hand, the intelligent shopping device can also inquire the recorded weight of each commodity from the server of the shopping place, then calculate the expected total weight of the user put into the intelligent shopping device, and match the expected total weight with the actual total weight of the user put into the intelligent shopping device detected by the gravity sensor to perform commodity anti-theft detection; a person skilled in the art can refer to the description of the previous embodiment in the specific process of detecting the theft-proof of the commodity, and details are not described in this embodiment.
The intelligent shopping equipment can be provided with a short-distance wireless communication module; when a user finishes shopping, the intelligent shopping equipment is carried to be close to the access control system, and after the distance between the intelligent shopping equipment and the access control system reaches the effective communication distance supported by short-distance wireless communication, the intelligent shopping equipment can perform one-time short-distance wireless communication with the access control system, and then the access control system is triggered to issue a settlement instruction to the intelligent shopping equipment.
After receiving the settlement instruction, the intelligent shopping device may generate a settlement request based on the calculated total price of the commodity and the hardware identifier of the intelligent shopping device, and then send the settlement request to the payment server through the communication hardware.
After receiving the settlement request, the payment server can read the hardware identifier and the total price of the commodity carried in the settlement request, inquire the payment account bound with the hardware identifier based on the binding relationship between the hardware identifier of the locally maintained intelligent shopping device and the payment account of the user, then complete the deduction settlement corresponding to the total price of the commodity in the searched payment account, and send a related prompt message (such as a deduction prompt) to the payment client after the deduction settlement is completed.
Therefore, in the intelligent supermarket system, a user does not need to perform settlement operations in any form in the whole shopping process (for example, after shopping is finished, the user does not need to scan the purchased commodities one by one in a settlement area of the intelligent supermarket to initiate settlement), and the barrier-free off-line shopping experience of the queuing-free settlement type is fundamentally realized.
