All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for factory reset according to the present invention, where the method is applied to a mobile terminal including a first system and a second system. In this embodiment, the first system and the second system may be two operating systems installed on the mobile terminal at the same time, or two different user systems of the same operating system, and the mobile terminal may be switched between the first system and the second system. The first system can be one of an intelligent system or a privacy system, and the second system is the other of the intelligent system or the privacy system, wherein the intelligent system is used for performing normal operation and storing normal data, such as using a calculator, viewing weather, navigating and the like; the privacy system is used for performing privacy and security operations and storing relatively private data, such as logging in a privacy account, saving a private photo, using a private application, and the like. The present embodiment includes:
step S101: receiving an instruction of restoring factory settings;
the mobile terminal receives the factory setting restoration instruction and can trigger the factory setting restoration key to receive the factory setting restoration instruction through a user; or indirectly through a third party application; or the mobile terminal system itself may automatically receive the instruction, for example, if the user sets that the mobile terminal clears the data and the set parameters stored in the last use before starting up each time and restores the factory settings, the mobile terminal automatically receives the instruction to restore the factory settings before starting up each time.
Step S102: displaying data options on a display interface of the mobile terminal for selection;
the data option may be a system containing removable data information, or a data option corresponding to a hard disk, a cloud disk, a folder, or a specific application in the mobile terminal, and the like, specifically, the data option may be at least one of a first system data option corresponding to a first system and a second system data option corresponding to a second system, and when the memory card is installed, the data option may further include a memory card option.
The data options may be displayed in a pop-up dialog, or a data option interface is directly displayed, please refer to fig. 2; the options of the scrollable characters and the like can be displayed, so that the user can select the corresponding options which need to be restored to factory settings according to the requirements of the user.
Step S103: acquiring a selected target data option needing to restore factory settings;
the mobile terminal can obtain corresponding target data options according to the selection of the user; or automatically acquiring according to system settings, for example, automatically selecting a data option corresponding to a currently located system by the mobile terminal according to the settings, specifically, automatically selecting a first system data option when the mobile terminal is currently located in a first system; or automatically selecting a data option corresponding to another system except the system where the second system is currently located, specifically, automatically selecting a data option of the second system when the second system is currently located in the first system, so that the use of the first system by the user is not affected when the factory setting of the second system is restored, and certainly, the data options of the two systems can be directly set to be automatically selected according to the requirements of the user.
Step S104: and clearing the data corresponding to the target data option and restoring factory settings.
The data corresponding to the target data option refers to management resources, parameter setting and the like in the target data option system, and data which is not included before the mobile terminal is activated and used.
Of course, according to the requirement of the user, it may also be set in advance to only clear some or some kind of data in the data corresponding to the selected target data option. For example, only the data downloaded by the user in the data corresponding to the target data option is cleared, or only the system parameter setting is cleared, etc.
The method for restoring factory settings in this embodiment is applicable to a mobile terminal including a first system and a second system, and includes: receiving an instruction of restoring factory settings; displaying data options on a display interface of the mobile terminal for selection, wherein the data options comprise at least one of a first system data option and a second system data option; acquiring a selected target data option needing to restore factory settings; and clearing the data corresponding to the target data option and restoring factory settings. Through the mode, when the factory setting of the mobile terminal of the dual system is restored, a user can select the data options of different systems according to the requirement of the user, and the data in the two systems are not required to be completely cleared, so that the user can use the mobile terminal more conveniently.
In one embodiment, before step S101, the method includes: the physical storage space of the mobile terminal is divided into a first data storage space and a second data storage space.
The first data storage space and the second data storage space are used for storing first system independent data and second system independent data respectively.
The independent data of the first system and the independent data of the second system may respectively refer to resource information downloaded and installed in the first system and the second system, system parameter settings applied to the first system and the second system, system cache data, and the like, and may or may not include data, parameter settings, and the like commonly used in the first system and the second system.
In an application scenario, the first data storage space and the second data storage space are respectively used for storing relevant data information of application programs installed in the first system and the second system, and specifically include: system parameter settings, information generated by installing an application, information generated using the application, resources received or downloaded, etc. Such as desktop editing, contacts, text messaging, call records, application stewards, galleries, documents, downloaded resources, camera photos, etc. The desktop editing means setting the desktop theme style, the application manager means managing the application program, and the downloading means managing the downloaded content.
Accordingly, step S104 includes: when the target data option is a first system data option, clearing data stored in the first data storage space and restoring factory settings; and when the target data option is a second system data option, clearing the data stored in the second data storage space and restoring factory settings.
In this embodiment, when data is cleared and factory settings are restored, all data stored in the corresponding first data storage space and/or second data storage space may be directly cleared and the data storage space may be restored to a factory setting state, or only a certain type or types of data stored therein, for example, at least one of downloaded data, cached data, parameter settings, and the like, may be cleared by default according to a setting of a user or by default of a system.
In an application scenario, the physical storage space of the mobile terminal further includes a common storage space, where the common storage space is used to store common data of the first system and the second system, and at this time, the data option may further include a common data option, and data corresponding to the common data option is common data of the first system and the second system.
The common data of the first system and the second system may include at least one of general parameter setting information of the two systems, common resources, and the like. For example, the parameters of time, date, language, short message, dial, double card and double card, weather, etc. shared by the two systems, or the data contained in the caller manager, encrypted call, wireless U shield, black list, etc.; and for data information that is present in one system but not in the other system, is not included in the common data. For example, a private album is installed in the first system and corresponding private photos are stored, and these resources can be separately stored in the first data storage space, so that the independent data in the two systems are not affected by each other.
It should be noted that, when the selected target data option acquired by the mobile terminal is the public data option, the data stored in the public storage space is cleared, and the public storage space is restored to factory settings.
In an application scenario, a user can set data stored in a public storage space by himself, for example, only total parameter setting information of two systems is stored, at this time, some settings in the systems are changed by the user due to own operation, and the settings in the systems are only to be restored to a factory setting state, at this time, a public data option can be selected as a target data option from displayed data options, and then the stored parameter setting information in the public storage space is cleared and restored to the factory setting state without affecting other data in the systems, so that the user can use the system conveniently.
In an application scenario, the mobile terminal has a control processing module in addition to the first system and the second system, and the control processing module is used for controlling, coordinating and managing the two systems, managing common data information of the two systems, and performing data interaction between the two systems. The data stored in the common storage space is controlled by the control processing module as the system level setting, and the data can be acquired by both systems through the control processing module, so that the data can be shared by the two systems. In addition, because the control processing module is outside the first system and the second system, the first system and the second system are not changed when the method of the embodiment is implemented, so that the implementation is convenient and the cost is low.
In one embodiment, the first system is an intelligent system, and the second system is a privacy system. The above embodiments of the intelligent system and the privacy system are described in detail, and are not described herein again.
Step S101 includes: and when the intelligent system is in the operating interface, receiving an instruction of restoring factory settings.
At this time, step S102 includes: displaying intelligent system data options on a display interface of the mobile terminal; and if the verification information of the privacy system is received, displaying the data options of the privacy system on a display interface of the mobile terminal.
Wherein, before receiving the privacy system verification information, prompting to input the verification information on a display interface of the mobile terminal to display privacy system data options, and prompting to input the verification information after the user agrees; or the mobile terminal can receive the authentication information directly without prompting.
The verification information of the privacy system may be consistent with unlocking verification of the privacy system, or consistent with switching verification when the intelligent system switches to the privacy system, or additionally specially set verification for the event. Specifically, the authentication may be at least one of password authentication, fingerprint authentication, voice authentication, gesture authentication, and the like.
In addition, after the verification information of the privacy system is received, data options of the privacy system can be displayed for a user to select, and data clearing and factory setting restoration are performed after the user selects; or the data corresponding to the data option of the privacy system can be directly cleared and factory settings can be restored without displaying or selecting after the verification information is received.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal is currently in the intelligent system, after receiving an instruction to restore factory settings, only the intelligent system data options are displayed, and the privacy system options are not displayed. Because the privacy system usually contains information which is relatively private or important and is not expected to be known by others, the situation that others find the existence of the privacy system when using the mobile terminal or maliciously remove data in the privacy system can be avoided, and the privacy system is further protected.
In an application scenario, when an instruction for restoring factory settings is received on an operation interface of an intelligent system, data options displayed on a display interface of a mobile terminal include at least one of an intelligent system data option and a privacy system data option. And if the target data option is the privacy system data option, after the verification information of the privacy system is received, clearing the data corresponding to the privacy system option and restoring factory settings. That is, any data option is not hidden when the data option is displayed, but when the selected target data option is the privacy system option, verification is required before factory settings are restored.
In addition, in the application scenario, when a target data option that needs to be restored to factory settings is selected, for example, a user needs to input verification information to enable selection when selecting a privacy system data option, otherwise, the data option cannot be selected. Each mode can play the effect of protection to the privacy system, avoids other people maliciously to clear away the data message in the privacy system, also can avoid the user to choose privacy by mistake and inconvenience and loss that bring to a certain extent simultaneously, promotes user experience.
In an application scenario, when a user selects an intelligent system data option or a memory card data option, the user is prompted to input corresponding verification information, so that the user is prevented from being lost due to the fact that others clear data in the mobile terminal. The specific verification information may be unlocking verification of the intelligent system, and the like.
In an application scenario, if the current system is an intelligent system, only the data of the intelligent system can be selected to restore factory settings, and if the current system is a privacy system, the data options of the intelligent system or the data options of the privacy system can be selected to restore factory settings.
In another application scenario, an instruction to restore factory settings is received while at an operational interface of a privacy system. At this time, step S102 includes: and displaying the intelligent system data option and the privacy system data option on a display interface of the mobile terminal.
Because the intelligent system is a relatively common user system or an operating system, a user only carries out conventional operation in the system, special secret setting is not needed generally, and no worry is made about that other people acquire information in the system.
It should be noted that, in the application scenario, when the factory setting is restored for the target data option, the factory setting is directly restored no matter what the target data option is, no extra verification is needed, and the use by the user is facilitated; and the verification can be carried out when the privacy system is restored to factory settings, so that the privacy system is further protected.
In an embodiment, step S104 further includes, before: and backing up preset type data in the data corresponding to the target data option.
The preset type data may be data which is classified in advance by a user and corresponds to a target data option, one or more types of data which need to be backed up before factory settings are restored, or may be automatically classified and set by a system. Such as personal data including information, contacts, call records, photos, applications or multimedia information, etc., and may also be data cached in applications such as mail, chat records, etc. The preset type data in the first system and the second system may be the same or different, and is not limited herein.
The preset type data can also be preset type data of a specified application and a chat record of the WeChat application; or preset type data of all applications, such as chat records of all related applications, e.g., WeChat, QQ, short message, microblog, etc.
The backup of the preset type data can be realized by displaying options of the preset type data on a display interface of the mobile terminal, and then selecting the data to be backed up by a user according to the current requirement, or automatically backing up one or more preset type data without additional selection of the user.
In addition, a prompt can be sent before backup is carried out to remind a user of selecting an address to be backed up, and the address is automatically backed up to a storage space corresponding to the address after the user selects the corresponding address; the preset type data may also be backed up by default to an external storage device connected to the mobile terminal, a memory card installed in the mobile terminal, or the like. When the mobile terminal is automatically backed up, a priority order may be preset, for example, the mobile terminal may be backed up to a memory card installed in the mobile terminal preferentially, and if the memory card is not installed or is full, the mobile terminal may be installed to a bound external storage device, etc.
In an application scenario, when a target data option is a first system data option, backing up preset type data of the first system to a second system, specifically, to a folder corresponding to the second system, for example, backing up a QQ chat record in the first system to a folder corresponding to a QQ chat record in the second system, or to a folder specified in the second system and dedicated to backing up data information of the first system; or backing up to an external storage device bound with the mobile terminal, which may be the cloud disk, the memory card installed on the mobile terminal, or the like; and when the target data option is a second system data option, backing up the preset type data of the second system to the first system or an external storage device bound with the mobile terminal and the like. The external storage device may be an external storage device bound with the mobile terminal in advance, specifically, for example, a usb disk, a mobile hard disk, a network disk, a cloud storage space, and the like.
In an application scenario, a user needs to restore factory settings to an intelligent system in a tablet computer, but mails in an internet mailbox relate to work and need to be reserved, and at this moment, the user can designate and backup the mails in the internet mailbox before restoring the factory settings through the implementation mode, so that the reservation of important data is not influenced when the factory settings are restored to the intelligent system, and the user can selectively backup data information.
In an embodiment, the method further includes: and displaying the progress of backing up the preset type data on a display interface of the mobile terminal.
Wherein, the progress of the backup can be displayed by at least one of a progress bar, a percentage and a specific backup file.
The backup progress can be directly displayed on an interface of a system needing to restore factory settings; or may be displayed on a display interface of another system that does not require factory settings to be restored. And are not limited herein.
The backup progress is displayed in the data backup process, so that a user can visually see the backup speed and the backup progress of the data, and can clearly know when the backup is completed, so that factory settings and the like can be restored at a proper time, the operation of the user is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment, before backing up preset type data in data corresponding to the target data option, the method further includes: and receiving an instruction for backing up preset type data in the data corresponding to the target data option.
The instruction for backing up the preset type data can be received by triggering a backup key by a user, or can be preset, and the system automatically receives the backup instruction after the data options are obtained.
At this time, if it is detected that the mobile terminal is connected with the external storage device, the preset type data is backed up to the external storage device.
After the mobile terminal receives the corresponding backup instruction, whether the connection with the external storage device is established or not can be automatically detected. The connection mode between the external storage device and the mobile terminal may be a wireless connection or a wired connection, which is not limited herein.
When the preset type data is backed up in the external storage device, the data can be automatically backed up in the external storage device when the external storage device connected with the mobile terminal is detected; or binding a designated external storage device with the mobile terminal in advance, detecting whether the external storage device connected with the mobile terminal is bound with the mobile terminal before data backup is carried out, and if not, not backing up preset type data into the external storage device; or, when there are a plurality of external storage devices connected to the mobile terminal, the external storage device bound to the mobile terminal is preferentially selected for backup, and when there is only one external storage device connected to the mobile terminal, the external storage device connected to the mobile terminal is directly selected for backup, without limitation on whether the external storage device is bound.
In one application scenario, the USB flash disk serves as an external storage device. The user inserts the USB flash disk into the USB flash disk interface of the mobile terminal in advance, the mobile terminal obtains and stores the physical address of the USB flash disk, and sets the read-write permission of the physical address to realize the binding with the USB flash disk. At the moment, when the U disk is detected to be inserted into the mobile terminal, the physical address of the U disk is obtained and compared with the physical address stored in the mobile terminal, and if the two physical addresses are the same, the connection between the mobile terminal and the U disk is judged to be established; if the two physical addresses are different or the U disk is not detected to be inserted into the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal is not connected with the U disk. By the method, the safety of the preset type data needing to be backed up can be guaranteed, and the situations of data loss, leakage and the like caused by storage to unsafe addresses are avoided.
In an application scenario, a designated encryption storage area only used for backing up preset type data of the mobile terminal is arranged in the external storage device, the designated encryption storage area is provided with read-write permission, and the read-write permission is opened only for the mobile terminal bound with the designated encryption storage area or a first system and a second system of the mobile terminal. Further, the specified encryption storage area is in a hidden state, only the mobile terminal bound with the specified encryption storage area can acquire the address of the specified encryption storage area, and other equipment cannot acquire the address. By the method, the safety of the preset type data needing to be backed up can be further improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, before backing up preset type data in data corresponding to the target data option, the method further includes:
step S201: detecting whether the mobile terminal is connected with an external storage device or not;
step S202: if the detection result is yes, displaying a backup option for backing up the mobile terminal to the external storage device on a display interface of the mobile terminal;
step S203: and when the detection result is negative, not displaying the backup option for backing up the data to the external storage device on a display interface of the mobile terminal.
The detection method in step S201 in this embodiment is the same as that in the above embodiment, and is not described here again.
The backup option refers to an option corresponding to a destination of the preset type data to be backed up, and a specific display manner may be similar to the display manner of the data option in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
The backup option may specifically be at least one of an external storage device, a memory card, a first system, a second system, a cloud disk, and the like.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, after step S104, the method further includes:
step S301: when entering the first system or the second system is detected, restoring the first system preset type data or the second system preset type data which are backed up to the external storage device into the first system or the second system, and displaying a restoration progress on a display interface of the mobile terminal;
step S302: and after the restoration is finished, deleting the first system preset type data or the second system preset type data backed up in the external storage equipment.
When the mobile terminal detects that the mobile terminal enters the first system or the second system, the mobile terminal can automatically receive the preset type data of the first system or the second system sent by the external storage device to realize data restoration, and a user can also press a restoration button on a display interface of the mobile terminal to start a restoration process.
When data is restored, the backed-up data can be restored to one or a plurality of default folders of the system, or can be restored to a folder designated by a user. For example, if the user has backed up the QQ chat log prior to factory setup, then at restore time, the chat log is automatically restored to the address where the QQ saved the chat log.
The display of the data restoration progress is similar to the display of the backup progress, and is not described herein again.
Through the mode, a user can conveniently restore the backed-up data, the restoration progress, speed and the like can be visually acquired in the restoration process, and the corresponding preset type data is deleted after the restoration is completed, so that the backup data is prevented from being leaked, and the protection effect is achieved.
In an embodiment, after the restoring of the first system preset type data or the second system preset type data is completed, if an instruction for switching from the first system to the second system or from the second system to the first system is received, the external storage device is unloaded from the first system or the second system, and when the mobile terminal is switched to the second system or the first system, the external storage device is re-mounted to the second system or the first system, so that the second system preset type data or the first system preset type data backed up to the external storage device is restored to the second system or the first system.
In this embodiment, the external storage device is switched between the first system and the second system by switching between the first system and the second system.
In an application scenario, after the preset type data of a first system is restored, switching to another system can be automatically realized, unloading of the external storage device from the first system and mounting of the external storage device to the another system are respectively realized before and after switching, and restoration of the corresponding preset type data is automatically realized after mounting of the external storage device to the another system.
In an application scenario, when data is restored, the external storage device sets write permissions for different systems of the mobile terminal, for example, data corresponding to a backed-up first system data option can only be restored into a first system, data corresponding to a second system data option can only be restored into a second system, and cannot be restored in a cross manner.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The mobile terminal can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and the like provided with a first system and a second system.
The mobile terminal includes: processor 11, communication circuit 12, display 13 and memory 14, processor 11 is coupled to communication circuit 12, display 13 and memory 14 respectively.
