The invention discloses a touch pen and a control method of the touch pen. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic equipment, in particular to a touch pen and a control method of the touch pen.
Background
Through investigation on pen core machines in the pen making industry, the current mainstream processing equipment in the world is a 24-station machine tool manufactured by MIKRON company of Switzerland. Because the processing difficulty of the ball pen core machine is high, the processing equipment is almost zero at home at present, the quality of processed products is poor, the yield is low, and meanwhile, the ball pen cannot be recycled and the problem of resource waste exists.

A pressure sensor 14 is provided at the top of the nib 10 (i.e., the end remote from the reservoir 12), and the pressure sensor 14 detects the pressure applied to the nib 10, generates a pressure signal, and transmits the pressure signal to the controller 18. The liquid stored in the reservoir 12 may be ink for writing.

The stylus of the present embodiment includes a pen case (i.e., the housing 24), an ink reservoir (i.e., the reservoir 12), a pen tip, a pressure sensor, a valve, a controller processing module (i.e., the controller 18), a battery module (i.e., the power supply 20), and the like. The stylus is provided with a pressure sensor, the pressure sensor is arranged at a pen point of the stylus or is linked with the pen point of the stylus, and the pressure sensor is connected with the controller processing module (namely the controller 18). The valve is arranged at the joint of the pen point and the ink storage core (namely the liquid storage device 12), the valve is in a normally closed state when the pen is not used for writing so as to ensure that ink is not discharged, and the valve is opened for ink discharge when the pen is used for writing; the valve is a high-precision fine flow structure, can control the ink flow and ensures no ink leakage. The pen point can directly adsorb ink for writing, and the problems of difficult processing and high cost of the pen point of the ball-point pen are solved; the pen point can be made of materials (such as fiber and the like) with moderate hardness, fine strokes and moderate ink absorption capacity.
